She Eats Avocado

Prieto makes sure to eat healthy. One thing she likes to eat are avocados. She shared this photo on Instagram of herself enjoying fresh avocado, captioning it, "Favorite breakfast." Cedars Sinai reports, "Monounsaturated and polyunsaturated fats, found in avocados, are often called the "good fats." Avocado consumption has been linked to lower levels of bad (LDL) cholesterol.
