This Year is About Balance

María said: "This year the priority is balance, it is paying attention to my mind, body and heart… be patient with the processes and with myself, give myself a chance, make mistakes and forgive myself as part of learning, learn something new, let go of what does not make me happy without lose sight of my goal or the direction of my dream… close my eyes without fear and trust… trust that not everything will happen as I want, but what happens in the end will be better than what I want, as it has always been . 🙏🏽💫

Always appreciate feeling, it makes you powerful"

She Pole Dances

"Today the training was for me ♥️ …," she captioned herself pole dancing. "For a foundational class, a dance background is definitely not necessary, in fact even if you're somewhat 'rhythmically challenged' you can still experience great success, and most importantly have fun!," says ACE Fitness when writing about a class. "If you're in the market for a fun way to be physically active while focusing on improving your coordination, balance, endurance, flexibility and strength, then pole fitness may be right up your alley."

She Does Yoga

María has done handstands, and has an incredible strong back. Careful out there; make sure you're ready. "Higher risk yoga poses appear to include headstand, shoulder stand, lotus and half lotus (seated cross-legged position), forward bend, backward bend, and handstand.5 Beginners in particular should consider avoiding advanced postures such as headstand or lotus position. Particular attention must be paid to the spine, as this is where the highest number of injuries occur," says the Mayo Clinic.
