Maria Menounos, the media personality and TV host, is known for her toned, slender figure. She is looking forward to the summer weather, and her most recent Instagram post proves it. In the post, Menounos lounged on a pool float in the water. She wore a white bathing suit, her abs and legs on display. She captioned the post, “It’s warmin’ up!!!” How does she stay so fit? Read on to see 5 ways Maria Menounos stays in shape and the photos that prove they work—and to get beach-ready yourself, don't miss these essential 30 Best-Ever Celebrity Bathing Suit Photos!

1. She Created Her Own Plan

In an interview with Ladies Home Journal, Menounos revealed that she went through a period where she gained a lot of weight. She says that she tried a lot of established plans to drop the pounds, but nothing work. Menounos decided to look elsewhere. "Since I couldn't find a plan that worked for me, I decided to create my own," she says. "Within a year I lost 40 pounds."

2. She Doesn’t Aim To Be Thin

Menounos says that her main goal is to feel healthy, not to be skinny. She tells Ladies Home Journal that when she was skinny, she wasn’t always healthy, and ended up in and out of the hospital. This is what made her focus on how she felt, not what she weighed. “Just because you're thinner doesn't mean you're healthier. I made it my mission to figure out the very best ways to control my weight and be healthy at the same time."

3. She Focuses On Long Term Success

For Menounos, being healthy took a while. She tells Ladies Home Journal that her focus was correcting unhealthy habits she had, not going on a diet for a couple of weeks. “My goal was to stop overeating, make healthier choices, and lose weight slowly over the course of one year," she says. "Trying to rush or do crazy crash diets does not give you sustainable results."

4. She Has A Food Journal

One thing Menounos does to stay healthy is keeping a food journal. She says that this helps her see what she’s eating, and how it affects her body and weight. "Before you change your diet, spend a week recording everything that you eat—and when you ate it—in a weight-loss journal," she advises in Ladies Home Journal. "Now that you know what you're eating.”

5. She Does Little Workouts Throughout The Day

Menounos tells TooFab that she lives an active life. One way she is able to do this is by finding small ways to be active each day. “I find creative ways to squeeze in exercises during my daily living routine and I stay as active as I possibly can. I walk instead of drive. I opt for stairs instead of escalators. I also have an inexpensive pedometer that measures my daily steps. I strive to do 10,000 a day and whether I accomplish that or not, it's a reminder to try.”

Manoela just shared a new set of swimsuit photos on Instagram. In them, she enjoyed time at the beach in Rio. She wore a black bathing suit top and red shorts, looking gorgeous. 1. She’s Authentic

"Le Defile Walk Your Worth" By L'Oreal Paris: Photocall - Paris Fashion Week - Womenswear Spring/Summer 2023Arnold Jerocki/Getty Images

When it comes to her fans, Manoela wants to be authentic. She says in an interview, “I always try to show people who I really am. So, I don't have that much of being one person and looking like another. I think that when we manage to be as natural as possible, and show this truth, people end up liking it: they see that you, despite all your success, are really a normal person. There are those who insist on perceiving a different reality, supported only by glamour. I don't see myself much of a celebrity these days. I get recognition for my work. For me, it hasn't sunk in yet that I have 12 million people following me. It's something that makes me very happy, but it's much bigger than sometimes I'm really aware.

2. She Wants To Be A Role Model

In the same interview, Manoela says that she wants to inspire young girls. “I feel very responsible today for showing teenagers, and especially girls, that they are managing to occupy more and more of their space in society as the voice of the woman,” she said. “The girl who wants to grow and mature and show everyone that she has an active voice to be able to talk about different subjects, and to be able to show what she wants. This girl power; is coming up a lot these days and talking about it to the girls who accompany me, to the girls who dream of having the life I have, or showing others that they really can say what they want to show is extremely important.

3. She Runs

MTV MIAW 2019Mauricio Santana/Getty Images

Manoela is an avid runner. She revealed that she likes to go running in her Instagram post. In it, she is seen going for a run on the beach. She captioned the post, “Running, footvolley in evolution, sun, salt & sea.” Better Health reports, “Running and jogging are forms of aerobic exercise. Aerobic means 'with oxygen' – the term 'aerobic exercise' means any physical activity that produces energy by combining oxygen with blood glucose or body fat.”

4. She Does Muay Thai

Manoela is getting into martial arts. In this Instagram video, she revealed that she is learning Muay Thai. Manoela is seen sparring with her trainer and learning new moves in the video. She captioned the post, “Who out here training heavy? I came back from a trip thirsty for new practices, and it was at that peak that I had my first Muay Thai class with @jrpimenta_ and the whole team of @pumabrasil. Now only progress. Always with @pimentafightclub.”

5. She Works Out With Her Partner

When Manoela hits the gym, she doesn’t always go alone. She likes to go with her boyfriend, and the couple will sometimes workout together. Manoela shared this video on Instagram of the couple doing different exercises. In it, they are seen doing arm circles with weights, squats with dumbbells, plank taps, and box step-ups. Manoela captioned the post, “Couple who knits together, evolve, and stays together.”

Maria Menounos has sprung into spring. And she’s not alone. Madison LeCroy, Elsa Pataky, Teresa Giudice and more posed in swimsuits, enjoying some vitamin D. How do they stay so fit? Read on to see 7 ways Maria Menounos and the other celebs stay in shape and the photos that prove they work—and to get beach-ready yourself, don't miss these essential 30 Best-Ever Celebrity Bathing Suit Photos!

1. Maria Menounos

After having a benign brain tumor removed, Maria knows what’s up about health. “Pro-tip: try to schedule all of your appointments in the same month,” she wrote on an Instagram post of herself at her doctor’s office. “Get your dentist, gynecologist, skin check and any doctor’s appointments all done at once – this way you can always remember. October for example is when I handle the health biz. I try to set back-to-back appointments and knock out as many as I can at once. Try your best to have a rhythm so you never forget! It’s helped me! Good luck.”

2. Madison LeCroy

Madison-lecroy-1Madison LeCroy/Instagram

The Southern Charm star once did a 30 day cleanse “Day one. No alcohol, no carbs, no sugar. 29 days to go,” she captioned a photo of herself in the gym. Good call. Says the Mayo Clinic: “Eating too many foods with added sugars sets the stage for potential health problems, such as:

  • Poor nutrition. If you choose sugar-laden foods instead of more nutritious foods, you miss out on important nutrients, vitamins and minerals.
  • Weight gain. There's no single cause for being overweight or obese. But added sugar might contribute to the problem. It's easy to get extra calories when eating foods that are sugar sweetened.”

3. Elsa Pataky

Elsa meditates. "Once the kids are asleep, I try to meditate for 10 to 15 minutes, and I make sure I read and unwind before going to bed. At home we always try to put our phones aside just after dinner and we don't check them before bedtime, so we properly disconnect from the world for few hours,” said Pataky to Harper’s Bazaar.

4. Teresa Giudice

Teresa knows how to eat right. "Starting my day with veggie packed egg white omelette and fresh fruit!" she once wrote. "Always look for a veggie heavy meal on the menu when dining out. You'll feel satisfied longer & full quicker!"

5. Heather Graham

Graham avoids sugar. "I do eat sugar sometimes, but as a broad rule, I try to just eat no sugar basically, and I have to say I feel a lot better," she said. "And I will sometimes eat things with white flour, but I try to avoid white flour." Always go for whole grains instead. “If you're not sure something has whole grains, check the product label or the Nutrition Facts panel. Look for the word ‘whole’ on the package, and make sure whole grains appear among the first items in the ingredient list,” says the Mayo Clinic.

6. Camila Cabello

Camila,Cabello,At,The,Los,Angeles,Premiere,Of,'trolls,BandShutterstock

Cabello supports mental health for all. “I’ve spent a lot of time over the last couple of years, and especially this past year home during the pandemic, in constant reflection, learning and exploring the ways I have contributed to systems and beliefs that actively oppress others,” Cabello tells The Hollywood Reporter. “I’ve realized there’s so much more I can and must do to support others who are doing the work to heal our communities…. Grassroots organizers are faced with the exhaustion, emotional burden and trauma that comes with fighting against inequitable systems. Our hope is to offer access to the necessary support they may need as they continue their critical work advocating for social justice.”

7. Fernanda Flores

Want to burn calories and build muscles? Do a stair workout, like Flores, the 90 Day Fiancé star. “After a long vacation full of amazing Mexican food and lots of drinks it’s time to get back to my routine and detox 🌱lots of cardio needed and there are mods options than you think. Take this Stair Climber workout for example, I did a variety of movements on just one machine only 30 minutes. I was able to pass the time easily. It’s great for cardio,” she once wrote. “You will feel the burn in your quads when you squat and climb.”

Maria Menounos, Noovie host and Better Together podcaster, is loving summer outdoors in her backyard, in a bathing suit, with new furniture. “Backyard transformation is here! BEFORE and AFTER 💥 My backyard reno reveal is here! Been working on this for sooooo long and it finally all came together. If you know anything about us Greeks-we don’t pay for anything we can do…so my dad was adamant he would build the beautiful decks in our ct backyard -he crushed it! Picked my dream furniture from @frontgate and voila…hard launch today. Will be dropping them all day. Starting with the chaises because they are my favorite!! No arms, super easy to move around and use..the double chaise even has a little tray that pulls out for your drinks! Got these cute little trees for decor and the pool chairs are THE BEST pool chairs I’ve found. Definitely and investment but they last forever and are perfect,” she said. How does she stay so fit? 1. She Gets Up

“If you’re a complete newbie when it comes to fitness, or if you have been away from exercise for a while and want to start again, there are a few things that you can do to get you moving in no time. The best way to get going is to get up! Move around the office, stretch, take a walk around the block, or go for a run at lunch time. If you’re interested in getting some exercise before bedtime too, there are plenty of ways to do so,” Maria wrote.

2. She Walks

“Walking is a great way to get moving. It’s easy, it doesn’t require any special equipment or a gym membership, and you can do it anywhere. Walking is also effective because it gets your body moving without requiring much effort on your part—you can take as many breaks as you need without feeling guilty about skipping out on exercise altogether,” wrote Maria. “You may have heard that walking boosts brain power and helps with memory retention, but that’s not all! Walking can help reduce stress levels, improve sleep quality, lower blood pressure and cholesterol levels—all things that are good for your overall health and well-being (and happiness!).”

3. She Visits the Doctor

“Pro-tip: try to schedule all of your appointments in the same month,” Maria wrote on an Instagram post. She knows what she’s talking about, as she once had brain tumor symptoms discovered by her doctor. Good luck.”

4. Here’s Her Take on Success

“I realized what matters in life are the people that you positively affect and touch — the things that you do that are not about accolades, awards, or success. Success isn’t a closet of Chanel bags. It all doesn’t matter if you’re going to go, what matters is living while you can. Every time you can dance, someone else can’t. You have to remember that,” she has said, according to Girlboss.

5. Get a Hobby

“I never had hobbies and I never thought I had the time. Now I’ve gone the opposite way — it takes like six hours a week. Do we not have a couple of hours a week to devote to ourselves to be better and happier emotionally and spiritually? I took up guitar and I’ll go into a guitar session having had a very stressful family conversation and leave feeling so uplifted and happy. Whatever that is going to make you feel good — is it dance class? Is it SoulCycle or playing with puppies at the shelter? You need to figure out things that aren’t expensive and figure out how to access your happiness during stressful moments without cost,” she told Girlboss.

An estimated 1 billion people worldwide, across all ethnicities and age groups, have a vitamin D deficiency (VDD). This pandemic of hypovitaminosis D can mainly be attributed to lifestyle (for example, reduced outdoor activities) and environmental (for example, air pollution) factors that reduce exposure to sunlight, which is required for ultraviolet-B (UVB)-induced vitamin D production in the skin,” says one study.

She Strength Trains

The Mayo Clinic says that strength training has a lot of benefits. “Strength training can help you manage or lose weight, and it can increase your metabolism to help you burn more calories. Strength training may enhance your quality of life and improve your ability to do everyday activities. Strength training can also protect your joints from injury. Building muscle also can contribute to better balance and may reduce your risk of falls. This can help you maintain independence as you age.”

She Does Yoga

Sharvari shares a lot of her favorite workouts on Instagram. One thing she likes to do is yoga. Sharvari posted this video of herself doing poses on her page. John Hopkins Medicine states that yoga is very beneficial. “Regular yoga practice may reduce levels of stress and body-wide inflammation, contributing to healthier hearts. Several of the factors contributing to heart disease, including high blood pressure and excess weight, can also be addressed through yoga.”

She Plays Padel

Sharvari likes to play padel to keep herself in shape. She shared this set of photos on Instagram of herself on the court. Playing padel has a lot of health benefits. Everybody Health & Leisure says, “It improves cardiovascular fitness, helps to build strength and endurance, enhances coordination and promotes overall physical and mental well-being. Not to mention, it’s a fantastic way to burn calories.”

She Boxes

Another thing that Sharvari does to keep herself in shape is box. She first picked this up when training for the film, Vedaa. She shared this set of photos on Instagram of herself punching a bag. Natasa Stankovic in Two-Piece Workout Gear Shares "Wednesday Challenge"

Stankovic shares her go-to workout moves, from squats to lunges, cardio, Pilates, and strength training.

Entertainment India - March 2023

Natasa Stankovic isn’t just a content creator—she’s a fitness inspiration. Known for sharing intense workout sessions on Instagram, she keeps her followers motivated with creative exercise challenges and dynamic routines.

In her latest post, Stankovic teamed up with Aleksandar Illic for a lower body blast, pushing through variations of squats and lunges. Dressed in a sleek two-piece workout set, she captioned the session, “Wednesday challenge,” proving that fitness is all about consistency and fun.

So, how does she maintain her lean, strong physique? From strength training to Pilates, here’s a look at Stankovic’s go-to workout moves.

She Does Squats

Stankovic does squats to keep herself in shape, as you can see in her Instagram video. Piedmont says that this exercise has a lot of health benefits. “Whether you’re hoping to tone your muscles, strengthen your core or just improve overall health, squats are one of the best exercises you can do. Although the movements appear relatively simple, squats can take time to master. Joel Hardwick, ACSM EP-C, EIM2, an exercise physiologist at Piedmont Atlanta Fitness Center, says practice will pay off…Hardwick explains that squats are a compound, multi-joint movement, which means they exercise several muscle groups. When you perform a squat, you work your calves, quads, hamstrings, glutes, core and part of your back.”

She Does Lunges

Stankovic is also seen doing lunges in her Instagram video. The Mayo Clinic reports that lunges are very beneficial to do. “The lunge is a body resistance exercise that works the leg muscles. Specifically, the lunge targets the quadriceps and the hamstring muscles in the thigh, the gluteal muscles in the buttock, and to a lesser extent, the lower leg muscles. The lunge is a great conditioning exercise for many sports, especially those that involve lunging movements, such as tennis, basketball or soccer.”

She Does Cardio

Stankovic likes to do cardio workouts to keep herself in shape. She shared this video of herself doing fast box jumps in different directions on Instagram. Stankovic captioned it, “Morning cardio challenge.” Cardio exercises have a lot of benefits. The Cleveland Clinic says, “When you work your heart and other muscles of your body during cardio exercise, this increases oxygen supply to your whole body, allowing all muscles to work harder and more efficiently. Over time, regular cardio exercise allows your muscles to adapt to an increased workload, making regular activities seem easier.”

She Does Pilates

Stankovic shares a lot of her favorite workouts in an Instagram story highlight. In some of the stories, she is seen doing Pilates exercises on a reformer. Pilates is very beneficial. The Cleveland Clinic says, “One of the reasons Pilates is such a good workout is that it specifically focuses on building core strength.”

She Strength Trains

Stankovic likes to strength train to keep herself in shape. She shared this Instagram story of herself using dumbbells. ACE Fitness says that strength training and using weights has a lot of health benefits. “Strength training with heavy weights improves muscle definition. Muscle definition occurs as the result of muscles remaining in a state of semi-contraction and heavy strength training recruits the larger type II muscle fibers responsible for a muscle’s appearance.”

Kim French in Two-Piece Workout Gear Shares "Real Results" Workout

Learn how she sculpts her powerhouse physique with deadlifts, lunges, squats, and more.

Kim French is more than just a personal trainer—she’s a fitness coach who empowers thousands through her Believe App and Instagram workouts. Known for her structured, effective home training plans, she proves that you don’t need a gym full of heavy weights to build serious strength.

In a recent Instagram post, French shared a glimpse of her at-home training, reminding followers that smart training delivers "REAL results." Rocking a sleek two-piece workout set, she showcased some of her go-to exercises, emphasizing that with the right strategy, anyone can see progress.

So what’s in her routine? From deadlifts to hip thrusts, here’s how French sculpts her powerhouse physique.

She Does Deadlifts

French is seen doing deadlifts in her Instagram post. This exercise has a lot of benefits. NASM says, “A Romanian deadlift is a hip-hinge pattern that works the hamstrings and glutes. It is a form of deadlift with noticeably less bend in the knee, leading to greater hamstring engagement than traditional deadlifts. The move was introduced to the masses in the 90s by Romanian weightlifter Nicu Vlad (an Olympic and World Weightlifting champion) and his coach Dragomir Cioroslan. The two invented the move to help Nicu strengthen his back for the clean and jerk. Today, RDLs are commonly used to strengthen the posterior chain, using the core muscles to stabilize and the hamstrings and glutes to drive the movement.”

She Does Lunges

Another exercise that French is seen doing in her Instagram post is lunges. NASM says that they are very beneficial. “The lunge is a versatile, simple and effective movement for lower body training. Various positions, planes of motion and speeds can all yield different training adaptations for the exerciser. Lunges are the gift that keeps on giving!”

She Does Squats

French is seen doing squats in her Instagram video. According to The Cleveland Clinic, squats are very beneficial. “Here’s a quick look at the many benefits of squats, also known as bodyweight squats or air squats: Works major muscle groups. Burns calories. Strengthens your core. Improves lower body strength. Enhances stability and balance. Betters your posture.”

She Does Hamstring Curls

French is seen doing hamstring curls in her Instagram post. According to The Mayo Clinic, hamstring curls are very beneficial. “The seated hamstring curl is an exercise you can do with a weight machine to work the muscles in the back of the thigh.
