She Focuses On Taking Care Of Herself

 

In an interview, Patiño talked about her approach to wellness. She says that for her, wellness isn't about losing weight, it's about taking care of herself. "It's not a diet, it's sports nutrition. It's not about losing weight, it's about taking care of yourself. People who have suffered from an eating disorder, which is a lifelong addiction, have a tendency that any exit within what is a range of healthy food can cause us to return to the past. I have managed to have a healthy diet and without excesses."

She Does Cryotherapy

Patiño is a big fan of cryotherapy. In an interview, she says that she likes to do this after a session at the gym, and she talked about her process. "After completing the training, I go to cryotherapy," she says. "(3 minutes at 150 degrees below zero). Which stimulates circulation, recovers muscle mass and collagen and favors loss of fat."

She Walks Her Dog

Patiño owns a dog, and she prominently features her pooch on Instagram. One thing she likes to do to stay in shape is walk her dog. She and her dog go on walks all over the place. Patiño posted this photo of the two of them running in the waves. She captioned the post, "There, with you, is when I'm free." She also shared this photo of them walking on rocks by the ocean, captioning that post, "You and I."

She Spends Time Outside

As you can see from her recent post on Instagram, Patiño spends a lot of time outside. She sometimes does outdoor activities with her loved ones. She shared these photos of herself on a boat with friends. Patiño captioned the post, "If you live a life of fantasy, your life is worthless until you do something that challenges your reality. She Gets Her Vitamin D
