Maria Sharapova, the tennis star, is expecting her first child with her partner, Alexander Gilkes. And she went to the beach to make the announcement. In the photo, Sharapova posed in a bathing suit top in the sun. She Alternates Boxing and Yoga

Sharapova is a tennis player, which means she has to stay in shape. She tells Well and Good that she likes to do a variety of workouts. Specifically, she alternates between cardio workouts, specifically boxing, and workouts focused on flexibility and toning, specifically yoga. "That's my current regimen: boxing typically three times a week, with a yoga flow workout mixed in between for recovery on the off-days," she says.

She Goes to the Sauna

Sharapova tells Well and Good that she loves going to a sauna. She says it helps her stay in shape and recover from workouts. "Outside of yoga, I'll use an infrared sauna a couple of times a week, too. I've found that it's such a good way to stay fresh."

She Uses A Theragun

A big part of Sharapova's wellness and recovery process is using a Theragun, which is a massage tool. She says that she aims to use it at least twice each day. "Before and after every workout, and just about every evening, I spend about 10 to 15 minutes using my Theragun to stay loose," she says to Well and Good.

She Gets Microdermabrasion

Sharapova spends a lot of time in the sun. While this means she gets a lot of vitamin D, this also means that she puts her skin at risk for sun damage. To help protect her skin, she tells Harper's Bazaar that she likes to do skin treatments, specifically microdermabrasion. "I get the occasional dark spot from spending hours in the sun, and I have microdermabrasion treatments to lighten them."

She Fuels Her Body

Sharapova broke down her daily diet and approach to eating to Harper's Bazaar. She says that while she tries to eat healthy most of the time, she also allows herself to indulge. "I'm very attuned to the type of fuel I put in my body, but I also allow myself a little indulgence," she explains. "I've always had a sweet tooth." Sharapova says that she loves sangria when she's on vacation, and loves candy.
