Maria Sharapova is one of the most well-known tennis players of all time. She recently attended the Worldwide Business Summit in Miami, and shared some photos on Instagram. Sharapova made sure to look nice for this event. In the photos, she wore an all black outfit including a blazer, top and skirt. 1. She Has Microdermabrasion Treatments Done

In 2015, Sharapova shared some of her wellness secrets in an interview with Harper’s Bazaar. Sharapova said that skincare is extremely important to her. Since she is out in the sun so much, she has to take care of it. "I get the occasional dark spot from spending hours in the sun,” she says. “And I have microdermabrasion treatments to lighten them."
2. She Believes in Balance
Sharapova makes sure to eat healthy, however, she also believes in balance. “I'm very attuned to the type of fuel I put in my body, but I also allow myself a little indulgence,” she says to Harper’s Bazaar. Sharapova also listed her go-to meals in the interview. “Breakfast: Rye toast, goat cheese, a piece of ham, and fruit. Lunch: Russians are big on soup. I like tomato with vegetables, and a chicken breast." Healthy snack: Green juice. Dinner: Fish, rice, vegetables. Splurge: My Sugarpova candies. I've always had a sweet tooth. Booze: Sangria, on vacation."
3. She’s Consistent
Sharapova shared some of her favorite workouts to Harper’s Bazaar. She says that she makes sure to work out on a regular basis. "I train five or six times a week for six hours a day with my trainer, Yutaka Nakamura, or one of my coaches. Playing professional tennis requires major dedication. If you take more than three days off, you can start to lose lean muscle."
4. She Recovers

Sharapova makes sure to take care of her body. Especially when it comes to recovering from injuries and giving herself a break. She shared some of the things she does to recover in her Harper’s Bazaar interview. "Weekly sports massages and baths, both ice and hot, help relieve my tired muscles. I add Epsom salts and lavender essential oil."
5. She Boxes
Sharapova shared some of her favorite workouts to Well + Good. "I've started doing a lot of one-on-one boxing at the beach," says Sharapova. "It's such a great cardio workout with a lot of unexpected movements, and I love the focus it requires." Harvard Health states that boxing, and other aerobic exercises, have a lot of benefits. “Fitness boxing is also a great aerobic exercise. Aerobic exercise gets your heart pumping and helps lower the risk of high blood pressure, heart disease, stroke, and diabetes. It can strengthen bones and muscles, burn more calories, and lift mood. Aerobics can also boost your endurance, which helps you climb a flight of stairs or walk farther. Plus, aerobic exercise is associated with improvement in certain brain functions.”
