1. Personal Trainer Three Times a Week
Jacobelli works out with a trainer. She also enjoys Pilates, tennis, snowboarding, and dance. “I tend to train three times a week in the gym with a personal trainer,” she says. “Then two days I do Pilates, so in total five days a week. In the gym I do squats, abs and personalized circuits”.
2. Boxing Exercises
Jacobelli incorporates boxing workouts into her exercise routine, something experts say offers many health benefits. "This kind of boxing has many health benefits, because it constantly requires you to think, change your position, and change your posture," says physical therapist Linda Arslani.

Jacobelli overhauled her diet with the help of a nutritionist. “One of my closest friends is Sasha Sorrentino, a nutritionist who also writes for Journal, and since I am intolerant to gluten and lactose, he prepared a diet plan for me by removing these two elements from my diet: they swelled me up and made me sick to the stomach,” she says. “From that moment on it has been easier”.
4. Fresh Fruit

Jacobelli loves a plate of fresh fruit for a snack—her favorites are strawberries, blueberries, pineapple, kiwi, and melon. “Strawberries have a low glycaemic index (GI) and as such help moderate blood sugar release,” says registered nutritionist Jo Lewin. “Studies suggest that a diet with plenty of low GI foods may be beneficial for weight management and for reducing the incidence of obesity-related diseases. Strawberries are also low in calories, yet sweet tasting so may be helpful as a sweet fix.”
5. She Is Disciplined About Exercise

Jacobelli jokes that she is not always motivated to work out, but discipline carries her through. “I’m actually a very lazy person: some might think it’s not true, but it’s reality,” she says. “I do Pilates to strengthen my back, because I am always in strange positions. It’s great, I recommend it to all women. In the gym, on the other hand, I need a personal trainer because I wouldn’t be able to train by myself.”
