One thing she is doing to improve this is following the popular keto diet. “I have always had the issue that I have to take care of myself too much to not gain weight,” she says. “In fact, right now, I am in a ketosis feeding program. So I have more than eight kilos down.”

Botas consults a lot of experts to keep herself healthy. She wants to take care of both her body and mind. She talks about her process to Las Estrellas. “Physically I feel incredible, mentally too because I'm going through a process. Every week I have an appointment with my nutritionist, psychologist, physical therapist, so it is an integral issue.”
