Marta Hazas is spending a day at the beach. She just shared a new set of photos and one video of herself in the water on Instagram. In them, she wore a straw hat and a flowered bathing suit and a black cover-up with flowers. She captioned the post, “Reverb 1. Reflect [light] on the surface of a brilliant body. 2. 1. She Boxes

Hazas opened up about her wellness routine to Women’s Health. In it, she talked about some of her favorite exercises. “I have started to practice boxing,” she says. “In one of these centers where you only hit the bag, and the truth is that I like it because I release stress and since they are 45-minute classes, I am being quite constant.”
2. She Loves Sports
Hazas tells Women’s Health that she likes to practice sports, as opposed to doing traditional exercises. “What happens is that since I like sports,” she says. “For example, if I'm in an all-inclusive hotel, I end up setting up beach volleyball teams, which is great fun. So in that sense, I am active and I do paddle surfing, volleyball, but I am not one of ‘I have to go to the gym’, it is for pure fun.”
3. She Gets Massages

Hazas is all about self-care. She tells Women’s Health that she likes to get massages. “I love the Tacha Beauty remodeling massage,” she says. “It is a massage that you do not leave with the feeling of being asleep, but rather activates you, generates energy and removes blockages. It is very complete both externally and internally. I try to go once a month to get that massage.”
4. She Uses Sunscreen
Hazas makes sure to take care of her skin. She revealed her secrets to Women’s Health. One thing Hazas likes to do is use sunscreen. “Generally, I use 50 protection all year round on my face,” she says. “Also on the beach because, in addition, the most exposed parts, such as the neckline, show that you have more spots, that your skin is worse. And of course, the skin has memory, that's why I take so much care of myself.”
5. She Loves Pilates
Hazas loves to do Pilates to keep herself in shape. She shared these photos on Instagram of herself doing stretches on a reformer. She captioned the post, “Working on progress.” Better Health states that Pilates has a lot of benefits. “Pilates is a safe and effective method of rehabilitation and exercise that focuses on muscular balance, improves strength and flexibility.”
