Her Diet Is Healthy

Martha maintains a healthy diet. In one interview she revealed some of the things she likes to eat. For breakfast, she enjoys egg whites with slices of avocado and fruit. For lunch, lean protein with veggies, and for dinner, a big salad. In general, she tries to fuel herself for her rigorous workouts.

She Goes Paddle Boarding

Martha is a big fan of standup paddleboarding. "The ocean stirs the heart, inspires the imagination, and brings magic and everlasting joy to the soul," she captioned this Instagram post.

She Does CrossFit

Those who follow Martha on Instagram are well-aware that she is a CrossFit devotee. "It's a mix of aerobic and anaerobic," she told Hola Doctor. "This allows you to do weights and at the same time do a lot of cardio. They are very empirical exercises because there are no devices, which allows you, for example, to do push-ups, work the muscle from the root and, more than anything, does great good for your health." She has even opened up her own CrossFit gym.

She Jump Ropes

Martha also does jump roping. "Jumping rope gets your heart pumping and offers a great cardiovascular workout. When the weather is not the best for an outdoor walk or jog, a jump rope can be a great indoor cardio substitute. Jumping rope can be performed by people at any fitness level," says the Mayo Clinic

She Walks Her Dog

In addition to formal exercise at the gym, Martha takes time to go for walks with her beloved dog. Multiple scientific studies have found that people who walk their dogs tend to be more physically active overall than those who don't.
