McCutcheon revealed some of her wellness tips to Love Sunday magazine. She says that she likes to use the 80/20 rule when it comes to her diet. “For 80% of my week, I will have mainly just healthy proteins, vegetables and fruit, organic and veggie juices, and Flora ProActiv spread. And then I’ll have treats 20% of the time – I’ll have that slice of pizza, chocolate or a G&T to celebrate a friend’s birthday. I’ll do it because I know that for most of the week, I’ve been doing the good bits for my heart."
2. She Focuses On Herself
When it comes to wellness, McCutcheon says that she focuses on herself and what works for her. She tells Love Sunday that she doesn’t aim to lose a ton of weight, she just wants to feel well. “It’s not as simple as just going on a crazy diet. I just feel like it’s really important to encourage women to just be the best version of themselves."

McCutcheon is a dog lover, and her little ones are featured on her Instagram. She tells Love Sunday that her dogs keep her active. “I walk with my dogs every day,” she says. “It’s good for my head and my health.”

McCutcheon notably lost weight, leaving many wondering her secrets. She tells Hello! Magazine that she decided to set goals for herself to meet. “I set myself a goal and I’ve achieved it,” she says. “While a stone might not sound like a lot to some people, on my frame it has made a huge difference, not just to how I look but how I feel about myself.”

She says that it was the best plan for her specific needs. “I needed something that would work swiftly because I think you can lose the will if you’re not seeing results quickly enough.
