"It’s not something to be ashamed of, so many people have it done. She tells Closer Online, "My two insecurities were my" chest "and my teeth and I saved up and did my research." In this video from her YouTube channel, Bedford broke down her daily secrets, and revealed some of her diet and wellness secrets. She says that she likes to use meal preps to help her eat healthy. “It’s just so much easier for someone like me,” she explains. “I’m not a good cook. I get like two meals a day.” Bedford says this helps with her busy schedule, and helps her not skip meals.
