Fitzgerald is a big fan of fitness technology. She tries to spend at least 15 minutes per day doing workouts on The Mirror, her home gym exercise mirror, she told the New York Post. She also uses a Freebeat bike. 


She Works Out in the AM

When Mary wants to get in great shape, like prior to filming a new season of the show, she wakes up early. She joked to the New York Post that while she's "not normally a morning person," during her pre-show "health kick" she set her alarm earlier than usual. 


She Focuses on "Whole Health"

Mary has a comprehensive approach to wellness. "I feel like I haven't really been taking care of my whole health and everything. I've just been working too much, so I'm really focused on it," she told the New York Post. 


She Does Hot Yoga and Pilates

"I'm really focused on [my health],"Mary told Naluda during an interview. In addition to using The Mirror "Hot yoga and pilates a few times a week," are ways she breaks a sweat. 


She Takes the Stairs

As a realtor Mary stays incredibly active and manages to get her steps in. "I also am on the go and showing homes all day, so I get a significant amount of 'stair time' [in]," she told Naulda. 


She Eats Veggies and Candy

Mary has a balanced approach to diet. "I love all veggies and eat them everyday… raw, sauteed, grilled, steamed, etc." she told Naluda. However she also indulges. What is her favorite cheat food? "CANDY! I love candy of all kinds, but my favorite is sour candy like Sour Patch Kids and sour gummy worms," she told Naluda.
