Vang writes that when she is working on getting in shape, she doesn’t stray from her plan. “I simply can't figure out such a thing as cheat days,” she says in her blog. “Then I just fall into a huge sugar/fat/wine hole. For me, it's either or, and when my goal is reached, I can live more normally, because this is not fun in the long run + I would disappear!”

4. She Loves Pilates

Pilates has a lot of benefits. “As far as what muscles Pilates works, it's technically considered a total body workout,” The Houston Methodist reports. “The goal is to be in total control of your body as you move.
