Higgins is in the public eye, which means that a lot of people are unfortunately judging her. However, she has no time for them. Higgins tells Grazia Daily that she doesn’t care what people have to say about her. She also says that this helped her stay positive after her stint on Love Island. “Do you know what? I don’t actually care what people think of me, so I wasn’t really bothered.”
2. She Sticks Up For Herself

During her time on Love Island, Higgins was known for sticking up for herself. This has led to her becoming a feminist icon. She tells Grazia Daily, “I just stand up for myself, and I won’t let anyone talk sh*t about me. And you know, I do talk about sex, but so do guys.”
3. She Isn’t Afraid To Cut People Off
When it comes to relationships, Higgins tells Grazia Daily that she trusts her partner. However, she also says that she doesn’t give second chances to anyone. I’m not a girl to be on edge all the time thinking, ‘I wonder what he’s doing?’ I trust someone until they do me wrong, and if they do me wrong, that’s it. There are no second chances with me. You’re gone.”
4. She Eats A Balanced Diet

Higgins talked about wellness to the Daily Mail. She says that she believes in balance when it comes to her diet. Higgins eats healthy most of the time, and allows herself cheat days. "At the weekends I eat what I want,” she says. “During the week I obviously try my best to eat healthier foods.

Higgins has been open about her struggles with body image. She tells the Daily Mail that she got into a period of over-exercising and struggling with herself. Luckily, she had supportive people around her to help her get through this. "It's good to have people around you that are not afraid to say these things to you. It's so important. I'm feeling so much better."
