1

She Lifts

On her Instagram story, Max shows her fans that she lifts weights! Max has a section on her feed dedicated to her workouts in which she shares her tips with her followers. "A recent meta-analysis found that people who do muscle-strengthening workouts are less likely to die prematurely than those who don't, adding to previous evidence that strength training has long-term health benefits," says Harvard Health. "The study found that just 30 to 60 minutes a week of strength training may be enough. Those who worked out for this duration had a 10% to 20% lower risk of dying during the study period from all causes, and from cancer and heart disease specifically, compared to those who did no strength training. The benefits plateaued after one hour, and decreased after two hours."

Skincare

The actress reveals on her feed that she suffers from dry skin. She says, "If you've got dry and sensitive skin like me, it's important to find the right moisturizer that will keep your skin moisturized!" So, that is where that luminosity comes from!

She Does Those Planks

In a recent video, Max is demonstrating her planking techniques. And not just your regular planks, she combines the plank with cardio exercises. According to HealthCorps, "They improve the strength of our skeletal system, they improve our ability to focus and concentrate, and even help us breathe properly."

Don't Forget the Cardio

Max does vigorous aerobic exercises, as she shows on her Instagram feed. In the gym we can see her doing battle ropes and mountain climbers. Mayo says, "No matter your age, weight or athletic ability, aerobic activity is good for you. Aerobic activity has many health benefits. As your body adapts to regular aerobic exercise, you'll get stronger and fitter."

Healthy Eating

In this post, Max simply says "A bowl lotta love." And what we see is a bowl with fresh fruit, seeds, nuts, coconut flakes and more. The British Nutrition Foundation states, "Following a healthy, balanced diet helps make sure that our bodies get all the nutrients needed to work well from day to day and can also reduce the risk of diseases like heart disease, stroke, type 2 diabetes and some types of cancer in the longer term." This appears to work well so far for Max Collins, as we can see here.
