WWE superstar Maxxine Dupri is excited for the launch of her new reality show—and her fans are too. The athlete posted a photo of herself lounging on the floor in a green bikini, with the caption “how I’ll be watching the debut of our reality show ‘Making It Maximum’ today”. WWE star Tiffany Stratton responded with, “Honestly same.” How does she stay so fit? Read on to see 5 ways Dupri stays in shape and the photos that prove they work—and to get beach-ready yourself, don't miss these essential 30 Best-Ever Celebrity Bathing Suit Photos!

1. Lemon and Vinegar To Start the Day

Apple,Cider,Vinegar,And,Lemons.,Copy,Space.Shutterstock

Dupri starts off her day with a drink made of lemon, apple cider vinegar, lemons, stevia, and sea salt, saying it’s beneficial for her gut health. “Some people find drinking a glass of lemon water, particularly first thing in the morning, aids digestive regularity,” says registered nutritionist Jo Lewin. “Although this is mainly subjective and reports are anecdotal, studies on mice do show some promise. A 2019 study suggested that life-long consumption of a drink rich in lemon polyphenols appeared to delay the age-related changes seen in the gut, including changes in the balance of beneficial gut bacteria.”

2. She Lifts Heavy Weights

Weight lifting (and resistance training) is a big part of Dupri’s training regimen. “Want to reduce body fat, increase lean muscle mass and burn calories more efficiently? Strength training to the rescue! Strength training is a key component of overall health and fitness for everyone,” says the Mayo Clinic. “Research shows that a single set of 12 to 15 repetitions with the proper weight can build muscle efficiently in most people and can be as effective as three sets of the same exercise. As long as you take the muscle you are working to fatigue — meaning you can't lift another repetition — you are doing the work necessary to make the muscle stronger.”

3. She Loves Iced Coffee

Dupri’s drink of choice is a delicious iced coffee, something which can help with her workouts. “For exercisers, coffee has been of interest as a performance enhancer,” says Melissa Wdowik, PhD, RDN. “Some research shows drinking a cup of coffee 30 minutes before exercise increases endurance and performance. The downside is the stimulant and dehydrating effects in those who do not regularly consume coffee, so test it during training.”

4. She Hits the Treadmill

Dupri likes to use a treadmill set on an incline for cardio. "There is no question that if you are not exercising and if you make the decision to start — whether it's walking, jogging, cycling, or an elliptical machine — you are going to be better off," says cardiologist Dr. Aaron Baggish, the associate director of the Cardiovascular Performance Program at Harvard-affiliated Massachusetts General Hospital.

5. She Makes Chickpea Spaghetti

Dupri loves to make pasta dishes using chickpea spaghetti. “Chickpeas are high in choline, and vitamins A, E, and C. “That’s why they reap a ton of health benefits,” says Patricia Bridget Lane, RDN, LDN. “These little tiny peas are just packed with nutrition… Chickpeas are also an excellent source of non-animal protein. They’re great for vegetarians and vegans.”

1. She Eats A Healthy Breakfast

Dupri opened up about her wellness routine to El Brunch. She says that she makes sure to eat healthy, and she shared her favorite breakfast options. “For breakfast, I either have a smoothie, but I put a lot of stuff in my smoothie. I put like chia seeds and flax seeds and protein powder and collagen and fruit and peanut butter. Or I'll do chia seed pudding with fruit on top.

2. She Stays Hydrated

One of Dupri’s biggest wellness secrets is staying hydrated. “I drink a lot of water,” she says to El Brunch. “I drink like a gallon a day.” Harvard Health reports, “Drinking enough water each day is crucial for many reasons: to regulate body temperature, keep joints lubricated, prevent infections, deliver nutrients to cells, and keep organs functioning properly. Being well-hydrated also improves sleep quality, cognition, and mood.”

3. She Loves Pilates

Group,Of,F???,People,Doing,Pilates,Exercises,With,Chair,,Barrel,Shutterstock

Dupri has to work out for her job. She revealed her favorite exercises to El Brunch. She says that she does a lot of Pilates to stay in shape. “I also go to Pilates. I do a Pilates reformer machine, and I think that's the secret.” Houston Methodist reports that the exercise, “Encourages you to stay in touch with your body as you build strength. Other strength training workouts, like weightlifting, encourage a mentality of pushing your body to its limits. This means you might not always be totally listening to your body, making it easier to ignore your body cues.”

4. She Believes In Moderation

Naturally, Dupri makes sure to eat healthy. However, that doesn’t mean restricting herself. She tells El Brunch that she believes in moderation when it comes to her diet. “I eat very clean, but I definitely love a cheat meal. Mm-hmm, I love dessert, so I usually eat chocolate like every day, so, but I eat clean, I would say like 90% of the time.”

slidetitle num="5"]She Goes Outside

Dupri spends a lot of time outside. She shares a lot of outdoor photos and videos on Instagram. One place Dupri likes to go to is the beach. She shared this video of herself running by the ocean. Dupri captioned it, “In her element.” The USDA states going outside has a lot of benefits. “There are many mental wellness benefits associated with being outside in green spaces, such as lower risk of depression and faster psychological stress recovery. Studies have shown that being in nature can restore and strengthen our mental capacities, increasing focus and attention.”

Bebe Rexha, the singer being Better Mistakes, is currently under the sun, and is sharing some snaps with her followers, including one of her in a neon green bathing suit and red hat. The caption? "🍓🥝." "🔥🔥🔥," commented artist Dennis Leupold. (You might also say, to paraphrase one of her songs, "Baby, I'm Jealous.") How does she stay so fit? 1. She Mixes It Up

In an interview with Health, Rexha opened up about her health and wellness. She says that her workout routine is all about variety. Rexha and her trainer like to mix up what type of exercise they do each day. “One day we’ll do yoga; one day we’ll do Pilates,” she said. “We can run one day or box, which is my favorite."""

2. She Works Out When She Travels

62nd Annual GRAMMY Awards - ArrivalsAxelle/Bauer-Griffin/FilmMagic

Rexha has a busy schedule and has to travel all over the world. You’d think that she wouldn’t have time to workout when she’s on the road. However, she tells Health that she makes time for exercise when she travels. “When I go to different places, I’ll try to run or go to the gym—or I’ll take cycling classes or boxing classes wherever I am.”

3. She’s True To Herself

Rexha is all about staying true to herself. She tells Health that she has ignored the advice other music executives have given her, as she wants to be as authentic as possible. “I’ve never followed that ‘play the game’ thing. I’ve just been myself. I’ve had people tell me, ‘That’s why you’re not as big as you could be’—which is fine. You don’t tell me what to do—you cannot judge me or put me in a box or tell me how I need to look.”

4. She Feels Happy With Her Body

Rexha is open about her struggles with her body. She says that she has felt pressure to lose weight in the past. However, she is working on being happy with herself and her body. “I see pop stars who are super thin,” she says to Health. “I could definitely get there. I’ve done it before, where I was 120-something pounds—and I was just miserable. I was always cold, never eating; I had no ass. Now I look at those pictures like, ‘Oh my God, I was so skinny.’ But I wouldn’t go back there. Even for this shoot...a lot of people would probably kill themselves working out. I’ve been not eating perfect or starving myself—I had chicken Parmesan the other night, Thai food the night before. I’ve just been enjoying my life. Then I was kind of bummed because I weighed myself. I was like, ‘Oh my gosh, dammit, I gained, like, six pounds, and I have my Health shoot!’ But then I was like, ‘You know what, when will I ever be ready?’ That’s just nonsense. I think you have to do what’s best for you.”

5. She Can Laugh At Herself

e1972 -Backstage - February 2020 - New York Fashion WeekAlbert Urso/Getty Images

Rexha is also open about her struggles with her mental health. She tells SELF that her way of coping with the bad times is by finding humor in the situation. “It’s important for me to laugh at myself sometimes, and also spread information, and normalize it, because it makes me feel better instead of writing a sobby ballad. Which you totally could do—there’s not anything wrong with that. But I like to be sarcastic about things sometimes. It takes away the pain and the hurt.”

The second that you have a positive mindset, even if you're having your worst day, then you’ll start to believe it and you'll reflect that energy and you'll just make it happen. For me, I was like, 'I'm so ugly' but I'm not going to talk about it. 1. She Says, Be the Best You Can Be

“Every woman has a different metabolism and different genetics, so rather than compete with one another, concentrate on yourself and be the best you can be. Everyone has days when they don’t want to show anything. That’s what the good ol’ jeans and a T-shirt are for. So many times, I haven’t felt ready for shoots. I’m like, why didn’t I work out more? But it’s life,” she has said.

2. She is on a “Forever Vacation”

‘Forever on vacation’ is my motto. It’s just the way I take life. Nothing makes me feel that pissed off or out of control. Whatever I do, whether I’m modeling or doing my clothing line, ále by Alessandra, I just want to feel like it’s fun. If you’re doing something you don’t like, you’re wasting time. Life is short. There is so much to see and do and feel. We should enjoy every moment,” she has said.

3. She Fits in a Workout No Matter What

“Since there is a lot to do around the house sometimes I don‘t have much time to work out, in which case I try to do some stretching and hold a plank for five to 10 minutes,” she said in an interview with FOX News.

4. She Hydrates

Her mother and grandmother taught her “The importance of hydrating! When you are dehydrated, you see it on your face and when you've had your share of water, it glows. Nothing is better for your skin than drinking a lot of water and green juices. I also love fresh coconut water bought on the beach,” she told Harper’s Bazaar.

5. This is What “Brazilian Beauty Means to Her

Years ago, Ambrossio was asked what “Brazilian Beauty” means to her. “Brazilian beauty is very natural and fresh. When I'm in Brazil, I feel connected to nature and wear as little makeup as possible— a great sunscreen, lip balm, and rouge is simple and chic,” she told Harper’s Bazaar.

6. She Likes These Exercises

amfAR Gala Los Angeles 2021 - ArrivalsAxelle/Bauer-Griffin/FilmMagic

“Which exercises should we be doing for a six-pack and a toned” backside? These are my two areas of focus so I do a mix of barre, Pilates and cardio,” she has said. “Pilates (pronounced Pi-LAH-teez) is a system of exercises developed by Joseph Pilates that strengthens the body’s inner core while increasing its flexibility resulting in improved overall health.

In addition, other benefits to practicing Pilates include:

  • longer, leaner muscles
  • injury prevention
  • relief from stress and back pain
  • enhanced athletic performance
  • heightened mind-body awareness,” says the Mayo Clinic.

Leonie Hanne is living her best life in Thailand – in her swimsuit. In a new social media post, the German model flaunts her fantastic figure in a $750 Missoni bathing suit while enjoying a boating day in the tropics. “She dreamed of a tropical adventure 🦋,” she captioned the series of Instagram snaps. “Stunning,” commented one of her followers. ”So beautiful,” added another. How does she approach diet, fitness, and self-care? Here is everything you need to know about her lifestyle habits.

Coffee

Leonie enjoys the perks of caffeine. In one of her posts from Thailand, she drinks a cup of coffee at the poolside. According to the Cleveland Clinic, drinking coffee in moderation has several benefits. “It acts on your brain to improve memory, mood, reaction times, and mental function,” they say, citing a study finding that caffeine can improve endurance and performance during exercise. It is also antioxidant-rich, can ward off diabetes, prevent neurologic disease, lower cancer risk, and ward off depression, they point out.

Pilates

Leonie does Pilates at the super exclusive London studio Pilates in the Clouds. Why is Pilates a good workout? According to the Mayo Clinic, the workout has many benefits, as it “strengthens the body's inner core while increasing its flexibility, resulting in improved overall health.” It can also promote longer, leaner muscles, injury prevention, stress, and back pain relief, enhanced athletic performance, and heightened mind-body awareness.

At-Home Workouts

Leonie tries to get a workout in daily, preferably in the morning. I still try to get up early to maintain a sense of routine. I start every day with a quick at-home workout and a homemade acai bowl, before starting work on emails and content creation. I’ve been getting really into TikTok lately, it’s funny and keeps me feeling energised!” she told Arcadia.

Community

It takes a village, according to Leonie. “Community is key! The people you surround yourself with are more important than ever, as we are all trying to find ways to stay connected without being physically present. Speaking to people either on the phone or through social media can shift your mindset and motivation more than ever before,” she says.

Small, Healthy Habits

Leonie focuses on maintaining small, healthy habits. “Do something every day that brings you joy. Even if that means having something small to look forward to, like having your favourite snacks around the house or changing into an outfit that makes you feel good about yourself,” she says.

Sophie claims she hasn’t gone under the knife. “It’s your own body, you can do what you want to,” she told Grazia, weighing in on the show’s reputation for girls getting work done. “I wouldn’t have surgery myself; I don’t want it. I’ve got such a low pain tolerance as well; I’d be squirming around.”

She Gets Her Steps In

Stand Up Paddle Boarding

Sophie loves paddle boarding. The American Council on Exercise (ACE) agrees that paddle boarding is great for the core and cardio. Water sports can burn an average of 385 calories for a 140-pound male and 436 calories for a female of the same size, per a study conducted by Arizona State University.

She Skis

When Sophie hits the mountains, she throws on a pair of skis. “Ski club,” she captioned a photo. Research has linked downhill skiing to several health benefits. In addition to promoting physical fitness, it may decrease the risk of cardiovascular and metabolic diseases. Studies have also found that the more frequently a person skis, the prevalence of known hypercholesterolemia, systemic hypertension, diabetes, the frequency of mental stress, and the occurrence of memory deficits decline.

She Loves Group Fitness

“You’ve got to be body confident,” Sophie told Grazia. One of her favorite sweat methods? Group fitness. “A few gym classes can’t hurt,” she said.

She Goes Snorkeling

On her recent Maldives vacation, Sophie and Josh snorkeled in the crystal clear water. Surprisingly, putting on a snorkel and fins and swimming through the water is a great workout. In addition to being a great aerobic exercise and burning calories, other health benefits may include improved cardiovascular function, stress reduction, mood enhancement, and muscular toning.

Tammy Hembrow is a fitness influencer and expert. She has her own app, called Tammy Fit. Hembrow has a lot of challenges on her app. Recently, she advertised a challenge with a workout video on Instagram. Hembrow captioned the post, “We are 3 days into our first @tammyfitapp challenge of the year & I am more motivated than everrrrr. (Sign ups are still open if you haven’t joined yet - there’s still time to catch up!! - link in bio). Soooo happy seeing so many of my girlies (and guys) in this challenge doing it with me!! And I CANNOT wait to see everyone’s results at the end of the 8 weeks. We got thissss 💪🏼”

She Does Pulldowns

Hembrow is seen doing pulldowns in her Instagram video. Piedmont reports that pulldowns have a lot of benefits. “The lat pulldown is a fantastic exercise for strengthening the latissimus dorsi muscle, the broadest muscle in your back. This muscle promotes good posture and spinal stability. Form is crucial when performing a lat pulldown to prevent injury and reap the best results.”

She Lifts Weights

Tammy Hebrew is seen using dumbbells.

Tammy Hebrew/Instagram

Hembrow is seen doing a lot of exercises with weights in her Instagram video. ACE Fitness states that using weights to workout has a lot of benefits. “Strength training with heavy weights improves muscle definition. Muscle definition occurs as the result of muscles remaining in a state of semi-contraction and heavy strength training recruits the larger type II muscle fibers responsible for a muscle’s appearance.”

She Tracks Her Meals

Hembrow likes to track her meals on her app. She talked about the benefits of this in the caption of this “What I Eat In A Day” Instagram video. “Make sure to take advantage of the calorie/macro tracking features in the @tammyfitapp during this challenge guys. It can be really helpful in reaching specific goals quicker. And it also can help educate you on your food choices when it comes to nutrition, ratios, hidden calories, overeating or under eating etc. honestly I’d recommend any beginner try it out just to get a good feel for how you’re fuelling your body!! I feel like when people think of ‘meal tracking’ it can be seen as something that seems restrictive or something only bodybuilders do. When in reality it can be such a helpful tool and you can learn things that will actually encourage long term habits 🫶🏼🫶🏼”

She Loves Bananas

Tammy Hebrew has a banana snack.

Tammy Hebrew/Instagram

Hembrow is seen enjoying bananas in her “What I Eat In A Day” Instagram video. The Cleveland Clinic states that bananas have a lot of benefits. “A single medium-sized banana offers about 32 mg of the mineral magnesium, which fulfills around 8% to 10% of your daily magnesium requirement. Magnesium is involved in many processes in your body, including: Blood pressure. Blood sugar levels. Building proteins. Maintaining bone. Muscle function. Nerve function.”

She Loves Cottage Cheese

Tammy Hebrew's snack the contains banana and cottage cheese.

Tammy Hebrew/Instagram

Hembrow is seen enjoying her bananas with cottage cheese in the previous Instagram video. Cottage cheese is very healthy. UCLA Health reports, “Cottage cheese’s protein content and low calories make it an ideal food for weight management. Research shows that whether you are trying to lose weight or reduce your risk of overweight or obesity, eating a high-protein diet can help you feel full and satisfied for longer.”
