She wrote in the caption, "Whether it's keeping my immune system up, balancing hormones, healing the gut lining, digestive help, or sleep aids — I have a few favorite supplements I like to keep on hand. Which have for the most part all been recommend by professionals."


She Works Out In The Mornings, Even On Weekends

Maroney posted this post-workout photo on her Instagram, where she revealed that she likes to work out every morning, even during the weekends. She writes, "Happy Sunday! Hope you're having a good day wherever you are in the world. I just finished my morning workout!"


She Gets Microneedling Facials

According to this post on Instagram, Maroney makes sure to take care of her skin. One of the ways she does so is by getting microneedling facials. "I left feeling like I really just did something productive for my skin," she writes.

She Speaks Out Against Sexual Assault

Maroney was one of many gymnasts who took Dr. Larry Nassar to court for sexual harassment and assault. Maroney took part in the trial over the summer, and made a powerful opening statement, accusing the FBI for failing to investigate her and others' claims.
