Megan Fox in Bathing Suit Top Gets Engaged to Machine Gun Kelly

Here’s how the mother-of-three stays fit.

Congratulations are in order for Megan Fox and Machine Gun Kelly, aka Colson Baker. The duo got engaged in Puerto Rico on Wednesday, with Fox showing off her svelte figure in a swimsuit top as the musician got down on his knees and proposed with a diamond and emerald ring. "In July of 2020 we sat under this banyan tree," she captioned the engagement. "We asked for magic. We were oblivious to the pain we would face together in such a short, frenetic period of time. Unaware of the work and sacrifices the relationship would require from us but intoxicated off of the love. And the karma. Somehow a year and a half later, having walked through hell together, and having laughed more than I ever imagined possible, he asked me to marry him. And just as in every lifetime before this one, and as in every lifetime that will follow it, I said yes.…and then we drank each other's blood." She Works Out with a Trainer

Megan has trained with Harley Pasternak, who is responsible for some of the hottest bodies in Hollywood. "After my second baby, I noticed that losing weight was much more difficult this time despite working out and counting calories," she wrote in a testimonial on his website. She uses the health guru's 5 Factor plan, utilized by Jessica Simpson and Ariana Grande, to get into the best shape of her life. "Once I implemented the other three missing principles into my daily routine, I noticed an immediate result. I lost the remaining weight and felt leaner than I had prior to my first pregnancy."

She Doesn't Eat Processed Foods

Fox completely dismissed white flour and sugar from her diet. "I cut out all sorts of breads and those sorts of carbohydrates. No crackers, no pretzels, no chips, anything unhealthy. The worst thing I put in my body is coffee once a day," she revealed to E!

"I do bursts of cardio with really heavy weights…circuit training." Pasternak added to People that there are five phases to her workout, "a minimum five-minute cardio warm-up, a lower body sculpting exercise, an upper body toning exercise, then an abdominal sculpting exercise, and finally, a five minute cool down."
