1. She Uses Oxygen Treatments On Her Skin

Fox’s makeup artist, Jenna Kristina, opened up about the actress’ favorite products and treatments to WhoWhatWear. She says that she likes to use Element Eight’s O2 Squalane Moisturizer and other oxygen treatments on Fox. "I'm in love with oxygen treatments, and this product instantly hydrated, plumped, and created the perfect base for makeup application," says Kristina. "The special OATH technology works. I've never seen results like this! It gave incredible, perfect skin as a base for the dramatic cat eye we chose for her look. Megan loved it so much that I left the bottles with her."
2. She Moisturizes

A big part of Fox’s skincare routine is moisturizing. "I have to wash my face every 12 hours and then moisturise," she said to The Huffington Postin 2015. "I only take showers as I don't like sitting in bath water. After my shower I moisturise with grapeseed oil from Whole foods. It's a great moisturiser and lighter than olive oil."
3. She Has Supportive Friends

Fox has a lot of supportive friends in her life. She talked about the importance of this in an interview with Sports Illustrated Swimsuit. “The way women have to walk through life is so different than how men have to walk through life. And while it is important to have your partner who is also a best friend, if you are a female with a male partner, you’re going to miss a certain type of compassion and understanding and bonding. The way you laugh with your friends is always going to be different. The way you cry with your friends is always going to be different.”
4. She Avoids Negativity

Fox opened up about her career in an interview with Glamour Magazine. She says that she makes sure to avoid negativity as much as she can. “When so many people around the world are thinking about you or have negative thoughts or intentions toward you, that energy permeates and penetrates me,” she continues. “I don’t have boundaries and walls for that. I’m still human. I am still fragile in that way, I can feel. And that was part of the struggle.” Fox also says that she avoids social media for this reason.
5. She Avoids Certain Things
Fox makes sure to avoid certain things in order to improve her wellness. “I’m always completely sober,” she says to Glamour Magazine. “I don’t even drink a glass of wine. I don’t ever smoke. I don’t drink coffee. I’m super strict with my diet and I never deviate.”
