"I exercise really hard twice a week. I got my ass kicked this morning before I came here! I do bursts of cardio with really heavy weights. Circuit training," she told E! News.

Megan is very strict about what she puts in her body. "I cut out all bread and those sort of carbohydrates. No crackers, no pretzels, no chips. Nothing unhealthy," she told E! News. During an interview with GLAMOUR she ordered gluten-free toast with jam for breakfast.

Megan confirmed that she does drink the blood of her fiancé, Machine Gun Kelly. “Yeah. "I’m much more controlled. I read tarot cards and I’m into astrology and I’m doing all these metaphysical practices and meditations. And I do rituals on new moons and full moons, and all these things. And so, when I do it, it’s a passage or it is used for a reason. And it is controlled where it’s like, ‘Let’s shed a few drops of blood and each drink it.’ He’s much more haphazard and hectic and chaotic, where he’s willing to just cut his chest open with broken glass and be like, ‘Take my soul.’”

7. She Prioritizes Self-Care

Megan explained to Glamour that “self-care is enough quiet time to be able to connect to my super consciousness, my higher consciousness, connect to God, connect to spirit,” adding that she needs it. “And this lifestyle makes it very difficult sometimes. I do feel very lost when I’m not able to do that, so I have to have time to ground myself. And that is being able to do the metaphysical things that I like to do, the spiritual things that I like to do and having silence. I avoid my phone as much as I possibly can all the time, but there are times where I avoid it completely. The same thing with anything that has an LED light in it. And I just go back to what our bodies were made for, which is to be in nature and to be silent within ourselves.”

“I came into the world really bright and sunny and happy,” Fox recently told the CR Fashion Book as part of their upcoming “CR PARADE” issue. “However, at a certain point, I went through some trauma in childhood and I developed a pretty severe eating disorder and manic depression, which runs in my family, so there was definitely some wrestling with chemical imbalance going on,” she shared. Now? “I’ve been in this moment that has been very proactive and rewarding both emotionally and spiritually. I’m really happy with this moment,” she said.

But you just can't keep that up," Rita told Shape. "With the plan I'm on, you can eat quite a bit as long as you exercise." She starts her day off with two boiled eggs, asparagus, and half a cup of muesli with almond milk. "For lunch, I have chicken or fish with vegetables, and for dinner, I have six to eight ounces of fish with vegetables and half a potato. Plus snacks," she revealed. One thing she doesn't eat? "Most of us don't eat enough plant food, which is so important for heart health," Jason Ewoldt, R.D.N.,L.D., a wellness dietitian at Mayo Clinic Healthy Living Program, told the Mayo Clinic. “And, in a plant-based diet, Ewoldt says, you can eat virtually unlimited amounts of fresh or frozen fruits and veggies. I felt so cool because I could take off one hand. That’s my earliest memory of skiing, but I’ve been doing it as long as I can remember. It’s my favorite.” How does it help her achieve her amazing body? “It’s a lot of upper body strength, it’s balance, it’s core, it’s legs—you get tired really fast,” she says. “I see such a change in my body after an entire summer of [skiing].
