1. She Has Done the Five-Factor Workout
Fox has worked with well-known celebrity trainer, Harley Pasternak. Like all of his clients, she followed his “Five-Factor Diet and Workout.” Pasternak explains to People, “There are five phases: a minimum five-minute cardio warm-up, a lower-body sculpting exercise, an upper body toning exercise, then an abdominal sculpting exercise, and finally, a five-minute cool down."
2. She Does Two Intense Workouts A Week

For Fox, fitness is more about quality than quantity. Instead of working out for a brief period of time, a lot of days, she opts for longer, intense workouts, a couple of times a week. "I exercise really hard twice a week," she told E! News. "I got my a-- kicked this morning before I came here.”
3. She Circuit Trains

Fox likes to mix it up when it comes to working out. She is also a fan of circuit training, which is doing a series of exercises focusing on one aspect, and either repeating it, or moving on to a different series of exercises. She told E! News, “I do bursts of cardio with really heavy weights. Circuit training."
4. She Cut Out Carbs

When it comes to her diet, Fox says that she eats pretty healthy, and that she’s not afraid to make sacrifices and cut certain things out. She revealed to E! News that she cut out a lot of certain carbohydrates. "I cut out all bread and those sort of carbohydrates," she said. "No crackers, no pretzels, no chips. Nothing unhealthy. The worst thing I put in my body is coffee, once a day."
5. She’s Not Afraid Of Her Power

Fox has been a sex-symbol since the beginning of her career. And she’s not afraid to show some skin, or be powerful. "Women don't have to be desperate and try so hard," she told Cosmo. "Allow yourself to be strong and powerful and men will be crawling on their hands and knees."
