Megan Fox Lives in This Moment

"I came into the world really bright and sunny and happy," Fox recently told the CR Fashion Book as part of their upcoming "CR PARADE" issue. "However, at a certain point, I went through some trauma in childhood and I developed a pretty severe eating disorder and manic depression, which runs in my family, so there was definitely some wrestling with chemical imbalance going on," she shared. Now? "I've been in this moment that has been very proactive and rewarding both emotionally and spiritually. I'm really happy with this moment," she said.

Camila Cabello Heals

Cabello helped launch the Healing Justice Project, which distributed money to good causes. "As I learned more about other people's experiences in the world, I was like, 'How do I help the people who are on the frontlines of dismantling systems that create oppression? And how do I bridge that with my own personal journey with mental health and healing?'" Cabello, who has had anxiety, told People.

Madonna has sworn by a macrobiotic diet in the past. "It's true plant-based foods, such as fruits, vegetables, legumes, nuts and whole grains, are packed with nutrition. And research has also shown that eating lots of them is linked with lower cancer rates," says the Mayo Clinic.

Rita Ora is Disciplined

Ora is incredibly disciplined when it comes to her diet. "I've been the girl on tour who eats when she can and goes along when the band wants to go out all the time. But you just can't keep that up," Rita told Shape. "With the plan I'm on, you can eat quite a bit as long as you exercise." She starts her day off with two boiled eggs, asparagus, and half a cup of muesli with almond milk. "For lunch, I have chicken or fish with vegetables, and for dinner, I have six to eight ounces of fish with vegetables and half a potato. Plus snacks," she revealed. One thing she doesn't eat? Bread or sugar. "But I'm not starving myself. I used to be like, 'I'm not eating!' Eating isn't the problem, though. It's about what your body needs, and everyone's body is different."

"My favorite way to wind down and end the day is with a hot bath. Today I'm using lavender essential oils and some Epsom salt to make for a really relaxing soak. I also usually light candles and listen to music to help myself unwind. Right now, I'm really into the new Tame Impala album, mixed with some classics like The Everly Brothers and The Beatles," she told Refinery 29

Ashanti Cut Out a Lot of Meat

"I cut out a lot of meat," Ashanti told People. "I think again, self-health and self-awareness are so important. All of that stuff is so important to maintaining your body, knowing what's in your food, the GMO's and the chemicals, and I'm super aware of this stuff."

Kourtney Kardashian is Into Organic

Kardashian hit the VMAs with boyfriend Travis Barker. "Some people know, but I'm crazy obsessed about food," she once told the Coveteur. "I started going through my pantry last night and it was just making me so angry some of the ingredients that are in some of our snacks. I don't do my grocery shopping a lot, because I just don't have time, so I was reading and it looks healthy from the packages, but when you read the ingredients none of it is organic. I'm really into organic. I hate the whole GMO situation."

Ciara is Committed

Ciara tries to workout at least four times a week. "What I learned by having that daily commitment—and it doesn't mean that I go in the gym every day, because you need to let your body recover—but when I started to become more consistent, I realized how much better I felt, and how much easier my workouts became because it wasn't so aggressive. That's game-changing on the body and the mind. I feel like I can conquer the world on the days I work out, and it's very rewarding," she told People.

Eilish has been a vegan. "Most of us don't eat enough plant food, which is so important for heart health," Jason Ewoldt, R.D.N.,L.D., a wellness dietitian at Mayo Clinic Healthy Living Program, told the Mayo Clinic. "And, in a plant-based diet, Ewoldt says, you can eat virtually unlimited amounts of fresh or frozen fruits and veggies. Whole grains, legumes (beans), healthy oils, seeds and nuts round out a plant-based diet."
