This is What She Eats
Megan detailed her daily diet to Closer. "For breakfast I'll have waffle and beans for plus orange juice and a cappuccino mid-morning. Lunch is a chicken and vegetable stir fry with extra bean sprouts. For dinner I'll make sausage and mash with onion gravy or filet steak with spinach and sweet potato followed by Solero ice cream for dessert." As for snacks, she munches on "Peperami, Babybel cheese, Capri Sun, red grapes, garlic and jalapeño stuffed olives or Parma ham."
She Suffers From IBS
Megan has irritable bowel syndrome (IBS) explaining to MailOnline how it has impacted her health. "When I get really bloated my belly can swell up to the point where I literally look two months pregnant. I can go from that extreme, to having a really bad belly and losing weight – because if you can't keep [food] down, how are you going to keep it on?" she said. "I'm constantly working with new people every day of the week, and if I'm turning up to a new job and I have [bowel] issues, the last thing you want to be doing is running to the toilet, it's horrible. When I get a really bad bout of painful bloating and that urgency that I need to go to the toilet, and I'm out on a night out with my friends, there's been times when I've had to leave and go back."
She Enjoys Water Sports
Megan is a water baby, spending a lot of her time in the ocean. She manages to burn a few calories while she's at it by engaging in water sports, including jet skiing and paddleboarding, regularly sharing photos of her sessions on social media. "Morning paddle board with the baby sharks," she captioned this Instagram Reel.
She Doesn't Eat Gluten
Megan, who suffers from celiac disease, avoids all gluten. She even published her own cookbook called, Can You Make That Gluten Free? Years of showing you guys my recipes on here, hundreds of lovely messages weekly asking am I ever going to release one? And here it is! I'm very proud of myself!" she wrote on social media.
She Walks Her Dog
While it might come as a surprise, exercise isn't part of Megan's stay-fit approach. "I really don't work out that much, but I take my poodle Daisy out for a walk every day. It's really more about what I eat," she told Closer. "Exercise improves heart health because it helps you maintain a healthy weight and controls blood sugar. And dogs can be great mood boosters," says the Mayo Clinic.
