1. She Fuels Up with Food

Megan doesn’t follow an extreme diet. “For breakfast I’ll have waffle and beans for plus orange juice and a cappuccino mid-morning. Lunch is a chicken and vegetable stir fry with extra bean sprouts,” she dished to Closer about her daily eats. “For dinner I’ll make sausage and mash with onion gravy or filet steak with spinach and sweet potato followed by Solero ice cream for dessert.” As for snacks, she munches on “Peperami, Babybel cheese, Capri Sun, red grapes, garlic and jalapeño stuffed olives or Parma ham.”
2. She Drinks Red Wine

Red wine, in moderation, has long been thought of as heart healthy,” says the Mayo Clinic. “The alcohol and certain substances in red wine called antioxidants may help prevent coronary artery disease, the condition that leads to heart attacks.” Megan loves a glass of red wine.
3. She Paddle Boards
Megan would rather exercise al fresco than hit the gym. She enjoys jet skiing and also paddleboarding. “Morning paddle board with the baby sharks,” she captioned this Instagram Reel. The American Council on Exercise (ACE) agrees that paddle boarding is great for the core and also a great form of cardio. The water sport can burn an average of 385 calories for a 140 pound male and 436 for a female the same size, per a study conducted by Arizona State University.
4. Her Diet Is Gluten-Free

Megan, who was diagnosed with celiac disease, maintains a gluten-free diet. She even published her own cookbook called, Can You Make That Gluten Free? “Years of showing you guys my recipes on here, hundreds of lovely messages weekly asking am I ever going to release one? And here it is! I'm very proud of myself!" she wrote on social media.
5. She Goes for Walks

Megan also enjoys walking, especially with her beloved canine friend. “I really don’t work out that much, but I take my poodle Daisy out for a walk every day. It’s really more about what I eat,” she told Closer. Going for a daily walk can be a game changer in terms of exercise, especially at a brisk speed. One study published in JAMA Internal Medicine found that walking at a brisk pace for about 30 minutes a day led to a reduced risk of heart disease, cancer, dementia and death, compared with walking a similar number of steps but at a slower pace.
6. She Hydrates
Megan is also big into hydration, drinking everything from water to coconut water. According to the U.S. National Academies of Sciences, Engineering, and Medicine men should drink about 15.5 cups (3.7 liters) of fluids a day and women about 11.5 cups (2.7 liters) of fluids.
