2023 Vanity Fair Oscar Party Hosted By Radhika Jones - ArrivalsSteve Granitz/FilmMagic

Megan has her own workout. She started “Hottie Bootcamp” when she needed a fun way to get fit. The calorie-blasting and toning workout blends together strength and cardio workouts, including squats and kettlebell exercises. “These kettle bell work outs are hard...I really hate them butttt they get the job done,” she captioned one of her videos.

2. She Pole Dances and Twerks

Megan also stays fit with some unconventional methods, like twerking and pole dancing, which she calls “thee hardest work out I’ve ever done,” in an Instagram video. "Sometimes doing the same workouts or working out in the same places becomes a lil boring/ repetitious for me so I had to spice it up a little bit and take a pole class.” She said it was tough “but I’m definitely going back ! What are somethings y’all do to keep the work out interesting ?"

3. She Eats Healthy

2022 iHeartRadio Music Festival - Night 2 - ShowJeff Kravitz/Getty Images

Megan maintains a healthy diet, but she tries to make it more appealing. "That's such an important thing about eating healthy: wanting to be excited to eat the healthy food," she explains in a video. Per BET she also does seven-day challenges: "no bread, no sugar, no fried food, a gallon of water a day."

4. She Cheats

Megan eats healthy…most of the time. “Am I the only one that starts craving random” stuff “when I’m eating clean,” she wrote in a post. Chopped beef sandwiches, pancakes, M&Ms, and “some s’mores....” are a few of her go-to treats. And of course, Flamin’ Hot Cheetos and Doritos, as she has partnered up with the brand.

5. She Stays Accountable

Accountability is a key part of Megan’s mission to stay fit, which is why she shares her health journey with fans. A few months after she started Hottie Bootcamp, she shared a transformation photo, encouraging her followers to “stay consistent.” "Balance exercises can help you keep your balance at any age. Older adults especially may think about regularly doing exercises to keep or improve balance. This is important because balance tends to worsen with age. Poor balance can lead to falls and broken bones, called fractures. Balance exercises can help older adults prevent falls and keep doing things on their own," says the Mayo Clinic.

1. She Eats Greek Yogurt

Megan once made a Greek yogurt parfait with fruit and granola. Good choice. You could eat something like that on the Mediterranean diet. “What does breakfast look like when you're following the Mediterranean diet? Appealing and full of fiber-rich foods, such as fruit and whole grains, that can keep you feeling pleasantly full for hours. This version includes plain Greek yogurt, blueberries, apple slices, whole-grain toast and peanut butter,” says the Mayo Clinic.

2. She Held a “Hottie Bootcamp”

Megan’s bootcamp features high-intensity workouts and healthy eating. "This journey is not necessarily about losing weight but about me getting healthier in general and seeing how I can transform my body in the healthiest way possible," she went on to explain. "So this is just about me cutting things from my diet, adding things to my diet and figuring out what's best for my overall health."

3. She Tossed All Her Junk Food

"I like to snack and I like to eat whatever I want to eat. And I just feel like lately, the things that I’ve been eating have been not so good for my body,” she sais at the start of her Bootcamp. She added: "Throwing out thee junk food 🥺 Today I cleaned out the fridge to the best of my abilities 😂 ps. Untouched food was not shown and I will donate it I just had to show y’all my commitment to getting rid of the junk 💙."

4. She Does Squats

26th Annual Webby AwardsMike Coppola/Getty Images

Megan was seen doing squats with a kettlebell. “When done correctly squats require an optimal ROM from the mobile joints of the ankle, hip and thoracic spine. If these joints are working correctly then performing an effective squat pattern should not cause any discomfort to a client, however if a client loses mobility from any of these joints that it could adversely affect the joints of the knee or lumbar spine which are designed for providing structural stability,” says ACE Fitness.

5. She Boxes

Get a punching bag to get your heart moving. “Cardio can mean anything from running and biking to jumping jacks and kickboxing. For strength training, bodyweight exercises, free weights or resistance bands can all be beneficial. Whatever workout you plan to do at home, try to mix in a combination of cardio and strength training that works for you and your goals,” says the Cleveland Clinic.

Alyah Chanelle Scott is currently starring on the hit HBO series, The Sex Lives of College Girls. She and her friends are spending time at Coachella this week. 1. She’s Confident

Veronica Beard - Fall 2023 - RTW - Front RowGetty Image

Scott is all about self-confidence. She opened up about her secrets to Teen Vogue. “I think I just like to trust myself more. I no longer feel like I have to look a certain way or be a certain way, especially in comparison to my white peers and what they are doing. I’m now trying to feel more comfortable and confident with my body and with who I am. That includes wearing what feels good on the day. If that is sweats, then I’ll wear sweats. If that's a low body con dress, then that's what I’ll wear.”

2. She Doesn’t Wear Too Much Makeup

Scott is all about being natural. She tells Teen Vogue that she doesn’t wear a lot of makeup. “My go-to makeup routine normally is no makeup. Honestly, I’d love [not] wearing anything and just letting my dark spots do whatever and just walk out the door. But, if I’m going to do makeup, I use Fenty Beauty's foundation, a quick lip color that doubles as my blush, and some mascara.”

3. She Believes In Diversity

Unity,And,Diversity,Are,At,The,Heart,Of,A,DiverseShutterstock

Scott is an advocate for diversity. Especially when it comes to TV. “I hope that people are beginning to show up and, instead of checking boxes that they are inherently beginning to put that into the work so that it doesn’t come off forced or contrived,” she tells Grazia. “The norm becomes inclusive and equitable and diverse. Mindy seems to be very good at that in her canon of work. She often includes something we don’t see that often, which is young black and brown girls not being hyper-sexualized but just being sexual and having the experiences that we see young white women having all the time—but just to see it in a different way—and to see disabled people having the same experience, just seeing different bodies and different types of people. And it’s done not necessarily to check boxes but just to represent people. I hope that that’s what the work continues to be.”

4. She Reassures Herself

Interscope Coachella PartyGetty Image

Scott tells Grazia that she struggled with self-doubts when it comes to her career. She says that she made sure to reassure herself. “I dealt with a lot of imposter syndrome on this show—as me and also as Whitney,” she says. “Whitney definitely experiences it as well. But as Alyah entering the space and walking onto the Warner Bros. lot and all these doors opening I kept thinking: Why me? Why am I here? What’s going on? And I think aspects of that are real and true, but also I think a lot of it is about my past trauma of realizing my body subconsciously knows that there are systems in place that desire to keep me out of these spaces so that when I step into these spaces I’m now questioning myself because of all these systems. That’s trauma I didn’t ask for but I inherently have. And it was definitely work every single day on the set to say to myself, ‘Put that out of your mind because it’s not real. You’re here because you’re supposed to be here.’”

5. She Takes Care Of Her Acne

Scott makes sure to take care of her skin. She tells Byrdie that fighting acne is important to her. “The SkinCeuticals Triple Lipid Restore moisturizer is my everything. I've had cystic acne since I was about 12-years-old, and this product always helps restore my moisture barrier when I'm using any harsher or drying products for my acne.”

Odeya Rush is known for her roles in films like Let It Snow, Dumplin’, and the live-action Goosebumps, plus the new Apple TV+ hit Cha Cha Real Smooth. But it's not all work and no play. Rush recently enjoyed a beach day with her friends and posted some highlights on her Instagram story. She posed in two different swimsuits, a black one-piece and a light pink bikini. She captioned the story, “Good afternoon.” How does she stay so fit? Read on to see 5 ways Odeya Rush stays in shape and the photos that prove they work—and to get beach-ready yourself, don't miss these essential 30 Best-Ever Celebrity Bathing Suit Photos!

1. She Takes Care Of Her Skin

odeya-rush-1Odeya Rush/Instagram

Rush is open about her struggles with her skin, specifically with acne. She revealed to Byrdie that she is pretty particular about the products she uses. “I was using so many different random things that I’d read about—every person you meet when you have acne recommends something, and that doesn’t mean it’s right for you. My skin is much better now. I use Supergoop Unseen Sunscreen every day, and I use a hyaluronic acid from the Ordinary, and I also use a .5 retinol at night—that made the biggest change in my skin, I think. So now I’ve found what’s right for me, but I wish I’d found it back then.”

2. She Goes Makeup Free

odeya-rush-2Odeya Rush/Instagram

Rush also tells Byrdie that she has stopped wearing so much makeup. She says that this has helped with her skin. “I try to not wear makeup,” she says. When she does use makeup, Rush says she likes to use products like, “IT Cosmetics that I know won’t break me out.”

3. She Compliments Herself

odeya-rush-3Odeya Rush/Instagram

Another thing Rush does to help her skin is complement it. She tells Byrdie that this has helped her accept herself at all times. “Every time I look in the mirror, I try to say something positive about my skin, because when you have acne, you wake up every morning and you look in the mirror and you think, ‘oh god, what do we have today, how can we cover this up?’ So, I really practiced changing the words I say to myself, and not saying to myself, ‘Ugh, my skin.’”

4. She Thinks Positive

Rush tells Byrdie that she is a positive thinker. She says that this keeps her from spiraling or feeling negative. “You can wind up in a really negative place out of nowhere and your thoughts just spiral. So when bad thoughts come up, I try as much as I can to cancel them out with something positive or to shift my focus to something else, because the more I do it, the more I know it’ll be a habit for me.”

5. She Wears Things She’s Comfortable In

US-ENTERTAINMENT-FESTIVAL-SXSWSuzanne Cordeiro/Getty Images

Rush is a fashionista. She says to Refinery29 that she likes to wear outfits that make her feel comfortable, and that this helps with her wellbeing. “After I’ve been on set all day and I have the evening to myself, it's refreshing to wear an outfit that I've completely styled, that I feel good in, and that feels like me. Hair, makeup, and wardrobe can put me into the mindset of a character; it makes you appreciate your style more when you have those breaks.”

For Hewitt, fitness is all about variety. “I try to switch it up a bit,” she told OK! Magazine. “I’ve found that if every week I do something different it tricks my muscles into not getting used to doing any one thing. I’ve been doing pilates, I’ve been doing yoga, I’ve done just plain old walking. I wear 10 pound weights on my ankles while I’m working just so that as I’m moving during the day I’m constantly building muscle. It’s not great for your back but I’m doing it anyway. I do a booty workout thing that I just did for Shape, which was really fun. And I do Zumba. I have DVDs and I dance around like a crazy person in my house.”

In addition to her impressive acting ability, the star is a total bombshell and has one of the fittest figures in Hollywood. Here are the top 5 habits that help her stay fit at 27.

Water Skiing

Sydney Sweeney arrives to "The Road to the Golden Globes Party"

Sydney has been water skiing since she was a toddler. “The moment I could walk, my mom put me on what’s called a U-board to learn how to ski,” she told Women’s Health. “I remember that whenever we would go by the docks of my grandma’s or my cousin’s house, I’d wave. I felt so cool because I could take off one hand. That’s my earliest memory of skiing, but I’ve been doing it as long as I can remember. It’s my favorite.” How does it help her achieve her amazing body? “It’s a lot of upper body strength, it’s balance, it’s core, it’s legs—you get tired really fast,” she says. “I see such a change in my body after an entire summer of [skiing]. My arms are stronger, more sculpted. My abs are rock solid. But I never look at it as a workout because it is so much fun,” she said.

Morning Workouts

Sydney mixes up her exercise routine, but likes to get workouts over with early in the day. “I like to work out in the morning, so I’ll either go for a run or I’ll go to Solidcore,” says Sydney. The high-intensity, low-impact Pilates-inspired workout “makes me feel so strong, but also elongated,” Sydney said about her sweat sessions. “I feel so good afterwards.”

Self-Care

Sydney engages in self-care activities. “I love to paint, and I love to read,” she said. “Those are the activities that are just for me.” One Harvard study published in Social Science & Medicine found that people who read books regularly had a 20% lower risk of dying over the next 12 years than those who weren't readers or who read periodicals.

She Walks and Hikes

One of the ways she treats her anxiety is by spending time outdoors with her dog, Tank. She takes him on walks or hikes. Going for a daily walk can be a game changer, especially at a brisk speed. One study published in JAMA Internal Medicine found that walking at a brisk pace for about 30 minutes a day reduced the risk of heart disease, cancer, dementia, and death, compared with walking a similar number of steps but at a slower pace.

Strength training may also help you:

  • Develop strong bones
  • Manage your weight
  • Enhance your quality of life
  • Manage chronic conditions
  • Sharpen your thinking skills

Don’t skip the doc apts, always better to be preventative.”

Mariana does reformer Pilates. “POV: Stepping into the prettiest torture chamber,” she wrote across a video of herself at the studio. Why is Pilates a good workout? According to the Mayo Clinic, the workout has many benefits, as it “strengthens the body's inner core while increasing its flexibility, resulting in improved overall health.” It can also promote longer, leaner muscles, injury prevention, stress and back pain relief, enhanced athletic performance, and heightened mind-body awareness.

Mariana recently got an aesthetic body treatment, Emsculpt NEO. “I’ve heard all the rage about the benefits to spot reducing fat & toning muscle so I had to give it a try to target those pesky lower abs. It was a 10/10 & a great addition to my workout routine,” she wrote.
