Megan has her own workout. She started "Hottie Bootcamp" when she needed a fun way to get fit. The calorie-blasting and toning workout blends together strength and cardio workouts, including squats and kettlebell exercises. "These kettle bell work outs are hard…I really hate them butttt they get the job done," she captioned one of her videos.

She Pole Dances and Twerks

Megan also stays fit with some unconventional methods, like twerking and pole dancing, which she calls "thee hardest work out I've ever done," in an Instagram video. "Sometimes doing the same workouts or working out in the same places becomes a lil boring/ repetitious for me so I had to spice it up a little bit and take a pole class." She said it was tough "but I'm definitely going back ! What are somethings y'all do to keep the work out interesting ?"

Megan maintains a healthy diet, but she tries to make it more appealing. "That's such an important thing about eating healthy: wanting to be excited to eat the healthy food," she explains in a video. Per BET she also does seven-day challenges: "no bread, no sugar, no fried food, a gallon of water a day."

She Cheats

Megan eats healthy…most of the time. "Am I the only one that starts craving random" stuff "when I'm eating clean," she wrote in a post. Chopped beef sandwiches, pancakes, M&Ms, and "some s'mores…." are a few of her go-to treats. And of course, Flamin' Hot Cheetos and Doritos, as she has partnered up with the brand.

5

She Stays Accountable

Accountability is a key part of Megan's mission to stay fit, which is why she shares her health journey with fans. A few months after she started Hottie Bootcamp, she shared a transformation photo, encouraging her followers to "stay consistent." "Balance exercises can help you keep your balance at any age. Older adults especially may think about regularly doing exercises to keep or improve balance. This is important because balance tends to worsen with age. Poor balance can lead to falls and broken bones, called fractures. Balance exercises can help older adults prevent falls and keep doing things on their own," says the Mayo Clinic.
