Megan Thee Stallion transformed her body to get swimsuit ready, as part of her Hottie Bootcamp, and eventually ended up in the Sports Illustrated Swimsuit Issue. The results are on display in a new photo she shared, captioned “Bodying Barcelona.” She wears a brown two piece and is being helped out of a boat like the queen she is. How does she stay so fit? Read on to see how Megan Thee Stallion stays in shape and the photos that prove they work—and to get beach-ready yourself, don't miss these essential 30 Best-Ever Celebrity Bathing Suit Photos!

1. She Uses Bosu Balls

As part of Megan’s hottie bootcamp, she is seen balancing on two bosu balls. “The BOSU is an effective tool for training both static and dynamic balance, as well as training motor skills, kinesthetic awareness and proprioception. When training on an unstable surface, the core automatically fires and contracts to keep the body upright. Thus, the BOSU challenges individuals to build strength and balance simultaneously. Beginning exercisers should have solid balance skills on the ground before using the BOSU ball,” says ACE Fitness.

2. She Tried Pole Dancing

Pole dancing works your entire body, including your core. “Bending to put on shoes or scoop up a package, turning to look behind you, sitting in a chair, or simply standing still — these are just a few of the many mundane actions that rely on your core and that you might not notice until they become difficult or painful. Even basic activities of daily living — bathing or dressing, for example — call on your core,” says Harvard Health.

3. She Did Squats

“The body-weight squat is a compound exercise that primarily targets the muscles of the lower body—the glutes, quadriceps and hamstrings. Squats are considered an essential exercise to anyone’s strength routine, both for increasing the size of the legs and glutes as well as developing strength and power. Squats, when performed correctly, offer numerous benefits and should be considered a whole-body exercise,” says ACE Fitness.

4. She Did HIIT Training

High intensity interval training can help you lose weight. “Short-term moderate-intensity to high-intensity exercise training can induce modest body composition improvements in overweight and obese individuals without accompanying body-weight changes. HIIT and MICT show similar effectiveness across all body composition measures suggesting that HIIT may be a time-efficient component of weight management programs,” said one study.

5. She Did Aerobic Workouts

Aerobic exercise doesn’t just make you leaner. It makes you smarter. “A recent NIA-supported study from the University of Wisconsin led by Dr. Ozioma Okonkwo found that even moderate physical activity may increase metabolism in brain regions important for learning and memory. The study asked cognitively normal, late-middle age (average age 64 years old) participants to wear an accelerometer for 7 consecutive days to measure daily physical activity. Scientists were then able to determine the amount of time each individual engaged in light (e.g., a slow walk), moderate (e.g., a fast walk), and vigorous activities (e.g., run). The physical activity data were analyzed to determine how they corresponded with glucose metabolism within brain areas that have been demonstrated to be impacted in people with Alzheimer’s. Increasing levels of engagement in moderate physical activity were associated with increases in cerebral glucose metabolism across all brain regions examined,” says one study.

1. She Eats Greek Yogurt

Greek,Yogurt,In,Blue,Bowl,On,Black,Table,Top,View.Shutterstock

Megan once made a Greek yogurt parfait with fruit and granola. Good choice. You could eat something like that on the Mediterranean diet. “What does breakfast look like when you're following the Mediterranean diet? Appealing and full of fiber-rich foods, such as fruit and whole grains, that can keep you feeling pleasantly full for hours. This version includes plain Greek yogurt, blueberries, apple slices, whole-grain toast and peanut butter,” says the Mayo Clinic.

2. She Held a “Hottie Bootcamp”

2022 Billboard Music Awards - ArrivalsMindy Small/FilmMagic

Megan’s bootcamp features high-intensity workouts and healthy eating. "This journey is not necessarily about losing weight but about me getting healthier in general and seeing how I can transform my body in the healthiest way possible," she went on to explain. "So this is just about me cutting things from my diet, adding things to my diet and figuring out what's best for my overall health."

3. She Tossed All Her Junk Food

"I like to snack and I like to eat whatever I want to eat. And I just feel like lately, the things that I’ve been eating have been not so good for my body,” she sais at the start of her Bootcamp. She added: "Throwing out thee junk food 🥺 Today I cleaned out the fridge to the best of my abilities 😂 ps. Untouched food was not shown and I will donate it I just had to show y’all my commitment to getting rid of the junk 💙."

4. She Does Squats

Megan was seen doing squats with a kettlebell. “When done correctly squats require an optimal ROM from the mobile joints of the ankle, hip and thoracic spine. If these joints are working correctly then performing an effective squat pattern should not cause any discomfort to a client, however if a client loses mobility from any of these joints that it could adversely affect the joints of the knee or lumbar spine which are designed for providing structural stability,” says ACE Fitness.

5. She Boxes

Get a punching bag to get your heart moving. “Cardio can mean anything from running and biking to jumping jacks and kickboxing. For strength training, bodyweight exercises, free weights or resistance bands can all be beneficial. Whatever workout you plan to do at home, try to mix in a combination of cardio and strength training that works for you and your goals,” says the Cleveland Clinic.

Megan Thee Stallion is showing off her best-shape-ever body — in a bathing suit. In a new social media post the rapper, who has spent the last year working hard to transform her body, flaunts her chiseled abs in a swimsuit. She shared the photos via Instagram, driving her followers wild. “I wish I could love every picture separately,” commented one. “My legit motivation. Let me put this bagel down and hit this gym,” added another. How did the Body singer achieve her fit figure? Celebwell has the lowdown on her top health habits.

1. Discipline

Megan kickstarted her fitness journey at the start of 2023. "I'm really proud of my journey," she told People in June. "Fitness has become a part of my lifestyle. I've been disciplined and committed to working out on a regular basis and investing in my health."

2. Self-Care Days

Megan revealed to People that she takes self-care days “journaling, praying, spending time with my dogs, working out, binging my favorite shows and just doing activities that make me happy,” she revealed.

3. Hottie Bootcamp

“I might have to drop a Hottie Bootcamp sometime soon,” Meghan joked to People about the workout program she created to motivate people. However, there is nothing funny about her workouts. She does lots of squats, explaining in a #FitTok that she's aiming to "build this bootyyy.” She also added that she previously did a lot of HIIT workouts and cardio to lsoe weight, but now she is trying to build up her booty and thighs.

4. Outdoor Workouts

While Meghan definitely spends a lot of time in the gym, she also heads outdoors to blast calories. A few of her favorite workouts, per her TikTok clips? Sand dune springs and boxing on the beach.

5. Fueling Her Body with Food

Megan recently got into Pilates, sharing a clip of her workout on the reformer. Why is pilates a good workout? According to the Mayo Clinic there are lots of benefits to the workout, as it “strengthens the body's inner core while increasing its flexibility resulting in improved overall health. It can also promote longer, leaner muscles, injury prevention, relief from stress and back pain, enhanced athletic performance, and heightened mind-body awareness.

6. Fueling Her Body with Food

Megan also maintains a healthy, protein rich diet. One of her favorite meals is fried salmon with strawberries, bananas, blackberries, kale, almond milk, organic peanut butter and ice.

Krissy Cela in Two-Piece Workout Gear Shares "8 Weeks of Lifting"
Getty images

Krissy Cela is a fitness trainer on the Evolve You app and influencer. Recently, she has been documenting her process of losing pregnancy weight on Instagram. In a recent post, Cela revealed that she had been consistently weight training. She captioned it, “8 weeks of lifting, not depriving, recovering and sticking to an actual PLAN! Not doing random workouts. All my programs are on the @evolveyou app. I'm currently on the strong program and absolutely loving it! But there are home workouts too. Use code KRISSY for money off! (own brand).”

She Strength Trains

Cela strength trains to keep herself in shape. ACE Fitness says that this has a lot of benefits. “Strength training with heavy weights improves muscle definition. Muscle definition occurs as the result of muscles remaining in a state of semi-contraction and heavy strength training recruits the larger type II muscle fibers responsible for a muscle’s appearance.”

She’s Consistent

Cela revealed in the caption of her Instagram post that she made sure to be consistent with her wellness. “So yeah… just keep lifting some heavy iron, don’t really listen to people who tell you not to unless you have an injury of some sort. Eat your fats, carbs and protein and get your steps in. Keep it simple and remember a cute gym set will make you lift heavier 😂Proud of myself because it really wasn’t easy showing up daily ngl.”

She Accepts Herself

Cela talked about her journey to accept herself in the caption of this Instagram post. “When I was growing up, all I ever wanted was to be pretty. I hated the way I looked and felt out of place, especially as the only girl in school with upper lip hair and a foreign background. I resented that my Albanian parents imposed cultural norms that limited what I could wear and how I could express myself. Now, in my 30s, I’ve learned to embrace my roots while also appreciating the many unique qualities I bring to the table that go beyond mere appearances. I didn’t realize how much being creative, strong, and loving would mean to me. I didn’t understand the true value of these qualities until now.”

She Works Her Lower Body

Cela shared some of her favorite lower body workouts in this Instagram post. She captioned it, “This mammaaa is putting in the work! Loving it so much moving my body and building my strength all over again 💅🏽All workout programs are from the @evolveyou app so if you’re stuck on where to start I really think you should just come and join the party and see what the fuss is all about. She Walks

Another thing that Cela does to keep herself in shape is go for walks. She shares a lot of posts on Instagram of herself doing so. Cela shared this set of photos of herself hiking with her dog and partner. She captioned the post, “Postpartum walks! Taking it easy and feeling good! Bianca Bustamante is revving up her engine in 2025 – in her workout gear. In a new social media post, the racecar driver reveals she is taking “the next major step” in her physical journey as a race driver “and I’ve set the target high!” she says in a new Instagram post, filled with video clips of herself lifting heavy weights at the gym. “Never been more motivated in my life, it’s not physically easy for a girl in this sport, but I’m super excited to take on this new challenge and the next big step on my racing journey,” she added. How does she approach diet, fitness, and self-care? Here are her top lifestyle tips.

Lifting Weights

Bianca spends hours at the gym where she focuses on strength training along with endurance, cardio, reaction time, and reflexes. “You know, to be a driver, it’s a complete package. It takes strength. It takes mental fortitude. It takes reflexes, smart thinking, and survival skills,” she told MEGA Active. “Sometimes it's for the body, sometimes it's for the mind. Nothing more peaceful than early sessions,” she captioned an Instagram post of one of her sessions.

Double Down On Training

Bianca Bustamante at the gym.

In her recent post, Bianca reveals that she working extra hard at the gym. “I’ve been working hard over the years to build a solid foundation, but in 2025, I’ll be working with @j_w_90 and I’m doubling down on my training. Increasing to two workouts a day not just on lifts but aerobic endurance, as well as a better focus on nutrition and rest, in order to raise the bar to compete in the higher formulas,” she said.

Fueling Your Body With Protein

Bianca makes sure to eat enough protein in order to build more muscle and stay as lean as possible to meet the weight requirement. “It’s been a really cool journey seeing my body develop and transform into this whole different person I never knew I could become,” she said. In her new post she added that she is meal prepping. “I’m soooo all in that im even learning how to cook & meal prep better than ever before,” she writes.

Taking Cold Plunges

As for recovery, cold plunging is part of Bianca’s training regime. Limited research supports the benefits of cold plunges, which may include easing sore muscles, bringing body temperature down, increasing focus, improving sleep, and decreasing inflammation, per the Cleveland Clinic. However, a 2021 study found that cold water immersion therapy promotes post-sport recovery.

Working On Self-Esteem

Positive self-talk is also important. “Of course, I put a lot of pressure on myself, but in the end, I always tell myself that as long as I give my best and I learn from it, any mistake I make is valid,” Bianca explained. “I always try to repeat that to myself that I am valid. I’m here for a reason and there’s nothing I would rather do than be here.”

In a new social media post the influencer, who calls herself La Barbie Negra, looks flawless as she poses on the beach in a neon yellow swimsuit. “#viral,” she captioned the series of Instagram snaps. “Wow Wow,” one of her followers commented, while several others added fire emojis. How does she approach diet, fitness, and self-care? Here is everything you need to know about her lifestyle habits.

Jogging

Brenda enjoys jogging. According to the Mayo Clinic, running is great for cardiovascular health, muscle building, and weight loss. “For every mile run, the average person will burn approximately 100 calories,” they say.

Walking Her Dog

She also takes her dog on long walks. Going for a daily walk can be a game changer, especially at a brisk speed. One study published in JAMA Internal Medicine found that walking at a brisk pace for about 30 minutes a day reduced the risk of heart disease, cancer, dementia, and death, compared with walking a similar number of steps but at a slower pace.

Dancing

You can also find Brenda dancing to burn calories. Dancing is an excellent workout for many reasons. It builds strength and promotes flexibility, helps you lose weight, and even promotes cardiovascular function. A 2016 study published in the American Journal of Preventive Medicine determined that people who engaged in moderate-intensity dancing were 46 percent less likely to develop or die from heart disease than non-dancers. In comparison, moderate-intensity walkers were just 25 percent less likely to suffer heart health issues

Swimming

Brenda spends a lot of time in her swimsuit so it isn’t surprising she loves to swim. According to the CDC, swimming is a good way to get regular aerobic physical activity. Just two and a half hours per week of aerobic physical activity, such as swimming, bicycling, or running, can decrease the risk of chronic illnesses. In addition to the many physical benefits, multiple studies support the mental health benefits of swimming.

Hydration

Finally, Brenda hydrates, especially after a long workout or sun exposure. According to the Mayo Clinic, hydration is essential for various reasons. Water helps eliminate waste through urination, perspiration, and bowel movements, keeps your temperature regular, lubricates and cushions joints, and helps protect sensitive tissues.
