Megan started her "Hottie Bootcamp," workout on social media when she decided to get into shape. The calorie blasting and toning workout is a blend of strength and cardio workouts, including squats and kettlebell exercises. "These kettle bell work outs are hard…I really hate them butttt they get the job done," she captioned one of her videos.
Keep Exercise Interesting
Megan likes to think outside of the box when it comes to exercise. In fact, she calls pole dancing "thee hardest work out I've ever done," in an Instagram video. "Sometimes doing the same workouts or working out in the same places becomes a lil boring/ repetitious for me so I had to spice it up a little bit and take a pole class." She said it was tough "but I'm definitely going back ! What are somethings y'all do to keep the work out interesting ?"
Megan maintains a healthy diet and prioritizes hydration. Per BET she has completed a seven-day challenge: "no bread, no sugar, no fried food, a gallon of water a day."
Megan is all about a cheat day. "Am I the only one that starts craving random" stuff "when I'm eating clean," she wrote in a post. Chopped beef sandwiches, pancakes, M&Ms, and "some s'mores…." are a few of her go-to treats. And of course, Flamin' Hot Cheetos and Dorritos, as she has partnered up with the brand.
Megan keeps herself accountable by sharing her health journey with fans. A few months after she started Hottie Bootcamp, she shared a transformation photo, encouraging her followers to "stay consistent."
