Megan details her "Hottie Bootcamp" workout on social media. It consists of a blend of strength and cardio workouts, including squats and kettlebell exercises. "These kettle bell work outs are hard…I really hate them butttt they get the job done," she captioned one of her videos. She also starts her workouts off by running on a treadmill. 


She Keeps Exercise Interesting

Megan gets creative when it comes to exercise, declaring pole dancing "thee hardest work out I've ever done," in an Instagram video. "Sometimes doing the same workouts or working out in the same places becomes a lil boring/ repetitious for me so I had to spice it up a little bit and take a pole class." She said it was tough "but I'm definitely going back ! What are somethings y'all do to keep the work out interesting ?"


She Eats Healthy

Megan eats healthy and stays hydrated. According to BET she once embarked on a seven-day challenge: "no bread, no sugar, no fried food, a gallon of water a day." When it comes to wheat: "All types of grains are good sources of complex carbohydrates and some key vitamins and minerals, but whole grains — the healthiest kinds of grains — in particular are an important part of a healthy diet," says the Mayo Clinic.


She Cheats

Megan allows herself to indulge in cravings. "Am I the only one that starts craving random" stuff "when I'm eating clean," she wrote in a post. Chopped beef sandwiches, pancakes, M&Ms, and "some s'mores…." are a few of her go-to treats.
