She opened up about what motivates her to stay in shape on her Instagram story. “I'm going to the gym in the morning because I like to eat donuts,” she writes. “Because I love custard. So I'm not going to lose them and I have to go to the gym because otherwise the compensation law where would I be.”
2. She’s Disciplined
Martínez is all about having discipline. Especially when it comes to working out. "Discipline is doing what I have to do,” she says on her Instagram story. “Even if I don't feel like it (...) Being disciplined will help you more than being encouraged."
