She Goes To The Beach

If you take one look at Fevola's Instagram account, you will notice that she loves to get outside, and spend time in the fresh air. Specifically, she loves to go to the beach. Fevola has posted several photos on Instagram of herself spending time by the beach, lounging on the shore, and enjoying the water

She Goes Bike Riding

One of the ways Fevola stays in shape is by going for a bike ride. She has posted several photos and reels on Instagram of herself riding her bike outside. Notice that she has a helmet—good call! "Summer weather promotes great outdoor activities, such as biking and skateboarding," says Steven Adamson, M.D., Emergency Department director Mayo Clinic Health System in Lake City. "However, bicycle and skateboard injuries are far too common in the Emergency Department. Wearing a helmet and appropriate safety gear along with following safety rules can prevent many injuries. Adults and kids need to take appropriate safety precautions."

She Changed Her Lifestyle

In 2019, Fevola posted this before and after photo on Instagram, where she revealed that she had gone through a lot of lifestyle changes that year. She says that she struggled to gain muscle weight a lot of her life, and that she adapted a different diet and fitness routine to help her accomplish this. "I've struggled my whole life to gain muscle, constantly being told to 'eat a burger' (trust me I am) after months of training and eating the right foods instead of junk, I'm finally starting to see the results I've wished for. A well balanced diet, regular exercise and a positive mindset has made all the difference."

She Takes Care Of Her Celiac Disease

Last June, Fevola revealed in her Instagram stories that she was diagnosed with Celiac Disease. This means that she cannot process gluten. She revealed that she has changed her diet to accommodate her Celiac, writing, "This reason this is such a shock to me is because my whole teenage years I've been eating an intense carb-loading diet. I would eat six pieces of bread a day, pasta etc. in an effort to gain weight when in reality it was doing the opposite effect and causing nutrient deficiencies. I'm really grateful to my doctor, he saw my iron levels were low and wanted to run a test for celiac." She ended her story with asking her followers for gluten-free recipes.

She Works Out At Home

During the COVID-19 pandemic and lockdown, Fevola had to move her workouts to her home, and she decided to share them with her followers. Fevola revealed her at-home workout on her Instagram stories, where she was seen doing 3 sets of 12 knee raises, 3 sets of 12 sit-ups, and 3 sets of 20 bicycle crunches.
