Mia, a franchise owner of The Joint Chiropractic, is all about good posture and taking care of your back. "Every day we wake up and I say, 'Okay, we are doing something great. We are adding value back to our community.' And we're making it affordable and convenient, which of course adds value to it as well," she said in an interview with the company.

Mia actively prioritizes self-love. "Don't go too fast, Don't go too slow, just let your body flow – a message," she captioned this post.
