One of Dee's favorite ways to get outside, get active, and get her adrenaline going is motocross. She has posted several photos on Instagram of herself and her friends going riding on the track. She posted this set of photos with the caption, "BRB." She also posted this photo series, with the caption, "Feel the fear, but then do it anyway."

She Runs On The Treadmill

Dee posts a lot of gym and workout videos on Instagram, and always lets her followers know what she does to stay in shape. When it comes to cardio, Dee is a fan of getting on the treadmill and going for a run. She posted this video of herself on the treadmill at the gym, running on an incline. She captioned the post, "Running away from 99 problems like."

She Works Out Her Legs

Dee doesn't skip leg day, and it clearly shows. She posted this video on Instagram, showing her followers what her typical lower body workout looks like. In the video, Dee is seen doing both squats and bridge raises with a barbell, lunges with smaller weights, and shifting a weight on the floor while in a squat. She Boxes

Another way Dee loves to stay in shape is by taking boxing lessons. She posted this series of videos on Instagram of herself boxing with her trainer at home. She captioned the post, "Practice makes progress." Add this to your workout, says ACE Fitness: "From ready-stance position, perform a left jab, punching directly in front of the body at approximately shoulder height before immediately throwing a right cross, pivoting on the right foot and rotating the hips as you punch across the body. Then perform an elusive slip to the left, ducking at an angle as you draw the right shoulder forward and the left shoulder back while bending the knees. Quickly finish with a left upper cut, exploding up with the left hand toward chin height as you rotate the body. Recoil back to the starting ready-stance position and repeat this 4-move combination as many times as possible for 40 seconds."
