She and her husband got to spend some time by the pool, and Heaton posted a photo of the two of them on Instagram. She wore a dusty rose swimsuit, showing off her tan and toned body. She Likes To Switch Up Her Workouts

Heaton is dedicated to her fitness, and one of her main goals is variety. She says that she likes to try new and exciting workouts to challenge her body, and so she doesn't get bored. She tells YourHealthyLiving.com, "I keep switching it up rather than following the same routine all the time. I think if you do the same things every day the body just gets used to it."

She Avoids Processed Foods

When it comes to her diet, Heaton says that she makes sure her family eats healthy. One of the main things she does is avoiding processed foods, while favoring homemade and fresh food. "Everything we have at home is fresh and healthy and I like to cook everything from scratch," she said to YourHealthyLiving.com. "We stay away from processed or starchy foods. We try to eat organic sometimes but as it can be expensive, it depends on our budget for the week."

She Eats Healthy Meals

Heaton broke down her daily diet in an interview with YourHealthyLiving.com. She says that she keeps all her meals and snacks healthy each day. "A typical day at home would begin with a smoothie made with blueberries and protein powder, then lunch would be an egg white omelet with a side salad and our evening meal would be some sort of protein with plenty of vegetables. I might have Greek yoghurt or a protein bar for a snack."

She Takes Vitamin C Supplements

Heaton makes sure to get enough vitamins each day. One of the things she does is take supplements each day, and she specifically cites Vitamin C supplements as an example. She told Closer Online, "Take a daily Vitamin C supplement, which helps to flush out excess water."

She Doesn't Use Condiments

When it comes to her food, Heaton prefers it on the bland side. She tells Closer Online that she doesn't put too much seasoning or condiments on her food, in order to avoid extra calories, sugar, and sodium. "Don't add sauces and condiments to your meals – they sneak in calories."
