She Prioritizes Working Out

Heaton has a busy schedule, but she still finds time to work out. In fact, she tells DailyMail that she makes working out a priority, even with how busy she is. "A very understanding husband maybe and a lot of will power to get up early to work out. I do a lot of my projects at night when the kids are asleep. It's a balancing act. I don't have nannies or family nearby but we make it work."

She Makes Smoothies

Heaton is a big fan of making smoothies in the morning. She says that she likes to pack different healthy ingredients and powders as a way to get vitamins and protein in her diet. She also says that she makes these smoothies as a post-workout recovery drink. "I have a coffee first thing, then I make a smoothie with oats, protein powder and water for after my workout," she tells Closer Online

She Doesn't Have Cheat Days

Most people who like to eat healthy don't do it all the time. In fact, a lot of them have what we call "cheat days," which are basically days where they indulge in unhealthy habits. However, Heaton tells Closer Online that she used to cheat, but stopped when she realized it wasn't working for her. "At first, I'd cheat on nights out and drink alcohol, so my weight loss halted."

She Takes Vitamin C Supplements

No matter how healthy you eat, it can still be difficult to get enough vitamins, minerals, and other nutrients into your diet. Heaton admits that this can be difficult for her. For that reason, she tells Closer Online that she likes to take supplements. "Take a daily Vitamin C supplement, which helps to flush out excess water."

She Lives A Healthy Lifestyle

On Heaton's Instagram story, she broke down her typical day, and it turns out, she lives a pretty healthy lifestyle. "30 mins of heavy leg work, 15 mins of running at 8.5km, 45 min spirit class @davidlloyduk at @davidlloydnorthwood. Filling my body with 200 cals of 100% lean protein @jacklinksuk ..Vitamin C at the outside spa .. and then finish off with a steam sauna and head back to d, Washing, Cleaning, Ironing, Dog walk, Dog clean, Dog cuddles, School run, Traffic home / with arguments and screaming, Well, u get it!"
