She says that she loves to do cardio workouts, but only once a week in order to avoid injuries."Once a week I add cardio because after 40 years, if you are not very fit, put stress on the body with training that raise too much the beating of the heart, and strive to the muscles is not good."

In an interview with a magazine, Hunziker talked about her diet. She says that she cuts out a lot of things in her diet. "I avoid sugars and simple carbohydrates.
