Michelle Keegan is adding swimwear designer to her resume! In her latest post on social media, the Coronation Street star reveals she launched a bathing suit collection, modeling a white style and showing off her fabulous figure. “So this has been over 2 YEARS in the making…I can’t believe it’s finally launch day!! 🥳 I’ve always wanted to create my very own swimwear range that everybody feels comfortable in but with a twist. It was completely worth the wait in order to perfect a multi-way bikini that you can wear in 20 different ways, and that you can wear from the beach to the bar,” she captioned the series of snaps. “The name ‘Orfila Bee’ @orfilabee is so special to me as Orfila was my Grandma’s maiden name and she remains one of the biggest influences in my life. The ‘Bee’ is to represent the city in which I was proudly born and raised in. Hope you love it as much as I do.” How does the actress keep herself so fit? Read on to see 6 of Michelle Keegan’s top do’s and don’ts for staying in shape and the photos that prove they work—and to get beach-ready yourself, don't miss these essential 30 Best-Ever Celebrity Bathing Suit Photos!

1. Don’t Punish Yourself

Michelle doesn’t allow exercise to equate to punishment. "If I really, really don’t want to go - I don’t go," she explained to Cosmopolitan UK. Instead, she exercises three times a week for 45 minutes, but skips her workouts if she isn’t in the mood. "I just don’t punish myself, it’s not, like, my life to go to the gym. If I can go to the gym I will, if I can’t, I can’t," she said. "I think the more you go, the more you guilt trip yourself because you feel like it’s part of your routine. If I can go four or five times a week, great. If I can only go twice - or once - at least I’ve been."

2. Do Practice Carb Loading

Michelle makes sure to get enough carbs in her diet to stay energized, but tries consuming them earlier in the day. "I try not to eat carbs late at night," she told Cosmopolitan. "I hate that feeling of feeling really full before going to bed."

3. Don’t Focus On Cardio

Virgin Media British Academy Television Awards 2022 - Special Access ArrivalsMike Marsland/WireImage

Michelle doesn’t put her emphasis on cardio. "I hate cardio. I just hate that feeling of not being able to breathe," she confessed to Cosmopolitan. "A few years ago I would have done about 40 minutes of cardio, whereas now I feel like the more I do weights, the more I see a change in my body. For my body, weight training is better for me. I do alternative days, so one day I’ll focus on my legs, and the next day I’ll focus on my arms.”

4. Do Mix Up Your Workouts

Michelle maintains variety with exercise. "I never do the same thing. I change it up all the time," Michelle explained to Cosmopolitan. "I’ve started doing HIIT exercises before I do any weights now, and I actually really enjoy [it] because I feel like I’ve done something. I’ve sweated before I’ve even got onto the weights." One way she stays inspired? Putting on different HIIT workouts on YouTube.

5. Don’t Eat Red Meat

"Our Girl" Screening - PhotocallMike Marsland/WireImage

There is one thing you won’t find Michelle eating: Red meat. "I’ve never really liked the taste, ever," she told Cosmopolitan. "I’ve never been one to go out and have a steak, I’ve never craved it. Even with a roast dinner, if my mum would serve lamb or beef, I’d always leave it to the side. A few years ago I did a photoshoot with a lamb and that just threw me, it put me off lamb." She also stays away from the majority of dairy products. "It's hard because I like cheese, but I’m trying not to have any milk in my coffee so I’m using alternative products like coconut milk and almond milk," she explained.

6. Do Allow Yourself to Cheat

Various,Types,Of,Cheese,-,Brie,,Camembert,,Roquefort,And,CheddarShutterstock

Michelle allows herself to cheat on occasion. "I love a good cheeseboard, I also love a Chinese on a Saturday night," she told Cosmopolitan. "I never feel guilty when I eat cheat food because if I’ve been quite strict all week, I feel like I deserve it. I never feel guilty if I eat a cheat meal. I’m a proper foodie, I love my food."

Love Island winner Millie Court knows how to take the perfect picture and she’s showing off her skills on social media. The British star posted a series of photos of herself wearing an animal print bikini as she posed by the pool in a luxury villa. “All about the angles and pose gals… 🤪😂,” she captioned the post. How does she stay so fit? Read on to see 5 ways Court stays in shape and the photos that prove they work—and to get beach-ready yourself, don't miss these essential 30 Best-Ever Celebrity Bathing Suit Photos!

1. Fresh Orange Juice To Start the Day

Court loves to indulge in a glass of freshly-squeezed orange juice to kick start her day. “Oranges contain health-promoting compounds known as flavanones,” says registered nutritionist Nicola Shubrook. “Research suggests that these phytochemicals help support the body and protect us from conditions such as heart disease and cancer – they’re also thought to have anti-inflammatory, antiviral and antimicrobial benefits. What’s more, orange peel actually contains higher amounts of certain nutrients than the flesh, so using recipes that incorporate the zest of an orange will give your diet an extra boost.”

2. Meghan Markle Is Her Makeup Inspiration

The Duke And Duchess Of Sussex Attend The Invictus Games Dusseldorf 2023 - One Year to GoSamir Hussein/WireImage

Court is inspired by Meghan Markle’s “flawless” skin and makeup, and tries to emulate her natural aesthetic. “Meghan Markle, her skin is absolutely flawless – her make-up always looks lovely as her make-up always looks lovely and natural,” she says. “At the moment the make-up I use does change fairly often, not necessarily my staples like concealer and foundation, but I do switch up the bronzers, blushers and mascara that I use. My staple foundation is Too Faced, but I do switch between Fenty and L’Oreal Infallible. For Concealer I use Revolution or Nars Cream Concealer. I also use Nars blusher, Benefit Hoola Bronzer and Mac Blusher.”

3. She Is True To Herself

Millie Court seen attending the ITV Summer Party 2022 at TheBrett Cove/SOPA Images/LightRocket via Getty Images

Court is now a household name—but she stays down-to-earth. “Obviously, life has just really changed,” she says. “I've realized how important it is to have your friends and family close. Coming out and seeing the papers and people's opinions, I think everyone could see I was genuine in there and just really normal. I love to laugh, I love a drink – I'm a true Essex girl and I think people could see that. So, no matter what happens, I just want to make sure that Essex is still inside me, that I stay true to myself and just enjoy what is happening at the moment!”

4. Dieting Made Her Miserable

ITV Palooza! 2021 - ArrivalsKarwai Tang/WireImage

Court felt under pressure to lose weight before going on TV, something she now regrets. “I’ve always been [before Love Island] fluctuating between a size 8 and 10, but most of the time a size 10,” she says. “I was so happy with the way I looked, I didn’t think twice about it. On the weeks leading up to Love Island I felt the need to lose several pounds because I knew I was going to be surrounded by beautiful slim girls. I worked out every single day and ate salad for lunch and to tell you the truth I was miserable whilst doing it. I’d changed whilst I was on the show for several reasons that’s probably for another story time. But I went from a size 10 to a 6, and it’s the smallest I’ve ever been as a young adult. Because of my height, this made me look unhealthily skinny, of which I was (not eating barely anything, feeling ill all the time, tired, dizzy etc) and I remember looking at myself, I’d lost my boobs and my bum and those curves I once had and I MISSED them.”

5. She Loves Her Curves

Court put on weight after leaving Love Island, and couldn’t be happier with her new curves. "There was a point where people thought I was pregnant because I was putting on loads of weight," she says. "When I was on Love Island I was a size 6 but now I’m a size 10. But I prefer me as a 10 because I’ve got my [chest] back, I’ve got my bum back and I’ve got curves. So, I don’t really care what the newspapers have got to say about me being a size 10."

Kate Upton is celebrating Pride Month in not just one swimsuit but many. “What better reason to wear rainbow… Happy #PrideMonth! 1. She Focuses on Her Overall Health

"I decided I needed to learn about our bodies," shared Upton, according to Shape. "I wanted to know what it was all about. Why are we working out? Not to get skinny, 'cause that couldn't motivate me anymore. Because I was just dead inside on that subject.” As a result, Upton launched a beauty line in partnership with Found Active.

2. She Was Ogled Early in Her Career

"Everybody was oohing and ahhing and taking secret photos of me and being like, 'You love this attention, don't you?'" she said on the Skimm podcast about her first Sports Illustrated Swimsuit pary at age 19. "That was my last pool party. I never would get in any kind of bikini in front of people [again] because it was just too overwhelming."

3. She Does Strength-Based Circuit Training

“A typical circuit training workout includes about 8-10 exercise stations. After completing a station, instead of resting, you move quickly to the next station. A muscular strength and endurance circuit alternates muscle groups, such as upper body, lower body and core, so little or no rest is needed in between stations,” says ACE Fitness.

4. She De-Stressed with Exercise

"Depending on where they were shooting, we did five to seven days a week, usually pretty late at night for 60 to 90 minutes. I would have to get a babysitter to watch my girls and train her. It was very, very intense. It served two purposes: de-stressing and toning,” Upton's trainer, David Kirsch, told Elle Australia.

5. She Was There for Her Husband

Upton’s partner Justin Verlander revealed to the Bleacher Report that “I was depressed and kind of just upset at the world and trying to hide my own” stuff.” And Upton? “She was what I needed,” he said. “I don’t like to talk to people about being hurt. As athletes, you’re not supposed to. It’s an excuse,” he said. "But she was someone I could talk to. I mean, basically a therapist. Somebody I could trust with…worries about my career. Worries about, can I make it? Worries about what I’m going through to get back. And just the overall” badness “of it all.”

In addition to her impressive acting ability, the star is a total bombshell and has one of the fittest figures in Hollywood. Here are the top 5 habits that help her stay fit at 27.

Water Skiing

Sydney Sweeney arrives to "The Road to the Golden Globes Party"

Sydney has been water skiing since she was a toddler. “The moment I could walk, my mom put me on what’s called a U-board to learn how to ski,” she told Women’s Health. “I remember that whenever we would go by the docks of my grandma’s or my cousin’s house, I’d wave. I felt so cool because I could take off one hand. That’s my earliest memory of skiing, but I’ve been doing it as long as I can remember. It’s my favorite.” How does it help her achieve her amazing body? “It’s a lot of upper body strength, it’s balance, it’s core, it’s legs—you get tired really fast,” she says. “I see such a change in my body after an entire summer of [skiing]. My arms are stronger, more sculpted. My abs are rock solid. But I never look at it as a workout because it is so much fun,” she said.

Morning Workouts

Sydney mixes up her exercise routine, but likes to get workouts over with early in the day. “I like to work out in the morning, so I’ll either go for a run or I’ll go to Solidcore,” says Sydney. The high-intensity, low-impact Pilates-inspired workout “makes me feel so strong, but also elongated,” Sydney said about her sweat sessions. “I feel so good afterwards.”

Self-Care

Sydney engages in self-care activities. “I love to paint, and I love to read,” she said. “Those are the activities that are just for me.” One Harvard study published in Social Science & Medicine found that people who read books regularly had a 20% lower risk of dying over the next 12 years than those who weren't readers or who read periodicals.

She Walks and Hikes

One of the ways she treats her anxiety is by spending time outdoors with her dog, Tank. She takes him on walks or hikes. Going for a daily walk can be a game changer, especially at a brisk speed. One study published in JAMA Internal Medicine found that walking at a brisk pace for about 30 minutes a day reduced the risk of heart disease, cancer, dementia, and death, compared with walking a similar number of steps but at a slower pace.

Mariana relies on old-school strength training to keep her body toned. “Training till failure instead of reps + taking my ab routine up a notch by incorporating weighted exercises,” she wrote about one of her workout tactics. “I can feel my muscles being challenged and am in tune with my movements.” According to the Mayo Clinic, strength and weight training help reduce body fat, preserve and increase lean muscle mass, and burn calories more efficiently. Strength training may also help you:

  • Develop strong bones
  • Manage your weight
  • Enhance your quality of life
  • Manage chronic conditions
  • Sharpen your thinking skills

Other healthy habits? “Prioritizing digestion,” she writes in the same post. “Making sure I get enough fiber & starting off every morning with a juice cleanse. This has helped me feel so much better everyday.” She also gets regular blood work done. “So important to check your levels and know what’s going on in your body routinely! Don’t skip the doc apts, always better to be preventative.”

Hiking

Mariana enjoys hiking. “Elevation therapy,” she captioned a post from one of her fitness adventures. According to the National Parks Service, the physical benefits of hiking include:

  • Building stronger muscles and bones
  • Improving your sense of balance
  • Improving your heart health
  • Decreasing the risk of some respiratory issues

Mariana does reformer Pilates. “POV: Stepping into the prettiest torture chamber,” she wrote across a video of herself at the studio. Why is Pilates a good workout? According to the Mayo Clinic, the workout has many benefits, as it “strengthens the body's inner core while increasing its flexibility, resulting in improved overall health.” It can also promote longer, leaner muscles, injury prevention, stress and back pain relief, enhanced athletic performance, and heightened mind-body awareness.

Emsculpt NEO

Mariana recently got an aesthetic body treatment, Emsculpt NEO. “I’ve heard all the rage about the benefits to spot reducing fat & toning muscle so I had to give it a try to target those pesky lower abs. It was a 10/10 & a great addition to my workout routine,” she wrote.
