Michelle Keegan, from shows like Coronation Street, Our Girl and Brassic, is missing time by the ocean. She just posted a new photo of herself on vacation on Instagram. She Works Out On A Regular Basis

Exercise is an important part of Keegan's life. She says that she tries to get a workout in at least three times a week, depending on how busy she is. "I try and exercise on average about three times a week but this can vary depending on my work schedule," she said to Hello! Magazine. "I really believe in living a balanced life so I don't beat myself up if I don't make it to the gym.

She Switches It Up

Keegan broke down her go-to exercises to Hello! Magazine. She says that she does a lot of different things when she goes to the gym. "My routine in the gym is usually a twenty minute HIIT work out. I like The Body Coach work outs, followed by a weight session. I mix up my weight training, focusing on legs in one session, arms in the next and then core giving me a full body work out across the week."

She Cuts Out Some Things In Her Diet

Keegan also revealed some of her diet secrets in her Hello! Magazine interview. She says that she is limiting or cutting out some foods each day. "I don't eat red meat, and at the moment I am trying to cut down the amount of dairy I have," Keegan said. "I try to avoid having carbs late at night when I am preparing for a photo shoot."

She Believes In Moderation

Keegan tells Hello! Magazine that she's a believer in moderation and balance in her diet. "When it comes to diet, I believe in everything in moderation," she says. "I don't believe in beating yourself up or stopping yourself having anything you really want. One of my favorite foods is cheese and I love having a Chinese on a Saturday night. I think it is healthy to have a relaxed approach and balanced outlook."

She Walks A Lot

Keegan tells The Mirror that one of her favorite new ways to workout is by going for walks. "I've really got into walking in lockdown. I love going for walks with my dogs, getting a bit of fresh air, and getting coffee on the way round. With the dogs, in the sunshine, that for me is a big treat.
