1. She Does Yoga

Cyrus does Ashtanga yoga, captioning one sequence: "I surrender back on the floor feeling it's [sic] grounding nature/properties....if you can take even 10 seconds to feel the weight of gravity and think of someone or something you are thankful for! Gratitude is the cure for stress." "Since yoga is based on breathing, parts of the nervous system are affected when exhales are lengthened and breath is controlled. This is cued throughout particular yoga sequences. Specifically, yoga can help lower the fight-or-flight response and improve the body's 'rest-and-digest' response," says the Mayo Clinic.
2. She Was Vegan But Now Eats Fish

“I was vegan for a very long time and I’ve had to introduce fish and omegas into my life because my brain wasn’t functioning properly,” she said on the Joe Rogan Podcast. Her first fish after staying vegan was cooked by her ex, Liam Hemsworth. “My ex-husband cooked me some fish on the grill,” she said. “I cried, like, for a long time. I cried for the fish … it really hurts me to eat fish.” “Now I’m so much sharper than I was and I think that I was, at one point, pretty malnutritioned,” she said. “I remember going to Glastonbury [music festival] and that was a show that I loved—I loved my performance—but I was running on empty.”
3. She Does Pilates

“Cyrus began practicing Pilates back in 2013 and has been a fan ever since. At one point, she was reportedly attending classes on an almost daily basis and even installed a Pilates studio in her own home. According to Cyrus' former instructor, Mari Winsor, Cyrus works out for half an hour and does a wide variety of exercises, from sidekicks to ab crunches,” says Elle Australia.

"You have to learn how to not just tighten up your tummy but actually pull your tummy in to your lower back as much as you can," Cyrus' Pilates instructor told People. "Just doing 40 crunches a day isn't gonna do it for you." Hemsworth once called them "Abs like a ninja turtle."
