Millie Court first made waves as a contestant on Love Island. Since then, she’s grown a large following on Instagram. Court is on vacation in South Beach, Florida, and she made sure to spent time at the beaches. She shared a set of photos of herself posing on a lifeguard stand. Court wore a strapless white bikini, her figure on display. She captioned the post, “Sagittarius’ don’t like to be told what to do (no trespassing ❌).” How does she stay so fit? Read on to see 5 ways Millie Court stays in shape and the photos that prove they work—and to get beach-ready yourself, don't miss these essential 30 Best-Ever Celebrity Bathing Suit Photos!

1. She’s Responsible When It Comes To Money

London Celebrity Sightings - September 1, 2022Ricky Vigil M/GC Images

After appearing on Love Island, Court’s salary increased big time. She tells Fabulous that she went on a shopping spree to celebrate. “I had never spent that much money in one go in my life,” she says. Court also says that she is working on saving money for indulgences, rather than blowing it. “I wouldn’t say I don’t worry about money any more, but I am choosing to be smart and make good investments for my future. I still try to be sensible and save, but I buy a treat for myself once a month.”

2. She Went To A Dermatologist

The Sun's "Who Cares Wins" Awards 2022Joe Maher/WireImage

In a video on her YouTube channel, Court opened up about her skincare routine. She says that she previously struggled with acne and sought help from a medical professional. “I was so upset about my face, and so self-conscious that I needed to do something about it,” Court says. “I needed professional help, because what I was trying to find and use wasn't helping. So that's when I had a call with Amanda from Skin Revolution. Call her my skin mom. We had a call together and we went through everything, like my diet and what products I'm using at the moment. Any medication that I was on, like everything, sort of. So I've got a healthcare sheet I had to fill out. And from that then then we would have a, like an in-depth chat and she was able to figure out what it was that was wrong.”

3. She Uses Gentle Skincare Products

When it comes to products, Court says that she uses things that are gentle on her skin. “So my morning routine was the Cleansing Lotion by Environ,” she says in her YouTube video. “All this stuff is very good for your skin. It's not like harsh, it's not aggressive on your skin, which was the most important thing that Amanda said. You should never be using anything that stings your face. It should all be very kind to your skin. So this all was very nice to put on. It didn't hurt.”

4. She Asked For Help To Break A Bad Habit

In her YouTube video, Court revealed that she used to pick at her breakouts, which would make them worse. To help her stop, she enlisted her friends and family. “I'd be watching the tele and I'd be picking my face and without even realizing, I had to teach myself to stop like my friends, my family, if they saw me picking, I said, please shout me, tell me to stop. And they were really, really good in that sense. They would help me and be like, ‘stop picking’.”

5. She Uses Oils

Court revealed in her YouTube video that she likes to use oils on her face. “I use two different types of oil. A lot of people think that when you have acne or spots that the best thing to do is dry out. When actually, in fact you are drying out your skin, putting your skin in panic mode and it thinks it's like, you know, suffocating. Like it's not got all of the natural oils and stuff that should be in your face. So it starts to overproduce to make that, which then leads to a really, really oily face. So you're actually making it worse. So what you actually have to do is provide your face with the oils that it needs, and it's actually less oilier. So it seems bizarre to put oil on your face if you've got oily skin, but that is what your skin needs. So it doesn't produce as much.”

Millie has discussed her fluctuating weight and unhealthy habits. After appearing on Love Island, she ended up gaining weight ad was trolled by her followers. "[In] the weeks leading up to Love Island, I felt the need to lose several pounds because I knew I was going to be surrounded by beautiful, slim girls. I worked out every single day and ate salad for lunch and to tell you the truth I was miserable while doing it,” she said in a post. "I went from a size 10 to a six, and it’s the smallest I’ve ever been as a young adult. Because of my height, this made me look unhealthily skinny, of which I was (not eating barely anything, feeling ill all the time, tired, dizzy) and I remember looking at myself, I’d lost my boobs and my bum and those curves I once had and I missed them."

2. Embrace Your Body

London College of Fashion, UAL - Front Row - LFW February 2023Dave Benett/Getty Images

Millie encourages self-love. "We're all different shapes and sizes, each size perfect in our own way. But please don't get stuck to the beauty standard of 'perfection'," she wrote in the same post. "Loving our imperfections can be difficult, but when you learn to embrace them and realise that our imperfections don’t define us, they are just a part of us alongside everything that creates you as a person."

3. Take Baths

Milllie takes baths as part of her self-care routine. "Drowning my sorrows in the bath because my Met Gala invite got lost 💔…," she captioned this Instagram snap. Why should you consider soaking in hot water? Not only have hot baths been linked to better sleep and even found helpful to minimize anxiety and depression, but one recent study found that they may even boast cardiovascular benefits.

4. Cheat

Millie eats healthy most of the time. However, she does indulge on occasion. She loves to feast on burgers. “Last stop in LA,” she captioned this photo of herself standing outside of SoCal’s famous In-N-Out Burger.

5. Take a Hike

Millie also stays in shape by hiking. “Obligatory Hollywood sign pic wearing all @puma,” she captioned this snap from one of her excursions. “Hiking is one of the best ways to get exercise. No matter what type of trail you find yourself on, hiking is a great whole-body workout—from head to toe and everything in between,” says the National Parks Service. Some of the physical benefits include building stronger muscles and bones, improving your sense of balance, improving your heart health, and decreasing the risk of certain respiratory problems. It also offers many mental health benefits, according to a Stanford University study.

1. She Has Learned to Love Herself

“HAPPY INTERNATIONAL WOMENS DAY ✨ Today is a day where we can celebrate us. I have so many women in my life who inspire me every day and I wanted to give a little something today that can hopefully inspire one of you. Loving our imperfections can be difficult, but when you learn to embrace them and realise that our imperfections don’t define us, they are just a part of us alongside everything else that creates you as a person. None of us are the same, and that’s a special thing. We are one of a kind 🤍 This picture shows me at my most vulnerable… but I’m learning to love myself, imperfections and all. And so should you,” she wrote once.

2. She Was Once “Unhealthily Skinny”

"I went from a size 10 to a six, and it’s the smallest I’ve ever been as a young adult. Because of my height, this made me look unhealthily skinny, of which I was (not eating barely anything, feeling ill all the time, tired, dizzy) and I remember looking at myself, I’d lost my boobs and my bum and those curves I once had and I missed them,” she wrote on Instagram. "The point of this [is], since coming out of Love Island, I found my love for food again and yes I’m getting back to my usual size."

3. She Likes a Nice Bath

“Drowning my sorrows in the bath because my Met Gala invite got lost 💔…,” she captioned one recent photo. Consider adding Epsom salt. “Pour about 300 grams (1.25 cups) of Epsom salt into a clean bathtub as it fills with hot water. (Avoid using Epsom salt in a tub with jets, a hot tub or a whirlpool bath unless the manufacturer says it’s OK.),” says the Cleveland Clinic.

4. This is Her Skin Icon

"At the moment the make-up I use does change fairly often, not necessarily my staples like concealer and foundation, but I do switch up the bronzers, blushers and mascara that I use,” she has said. Her icon? "Meghan Markle, her skin is absolutely flawless – her make-up always looks lovely as her make-up always looks lovely and natural."

5. She Has Had Acne

Pride Of Britain Awards 2021 - Red Carpet ArrivalsMike Marsland/WireImage

“I suffered from acne about a year and a half ago and then I started to work with a skin aesthetician, who helped me to find my skincare routine and helped me to start dealing with the breakouts. Now that my acne has gone, we are on more of a journey to find the right products; doing treatments like microneedling once a month to deal with the scarring. I am so happy with the outcome because the difference from what it was to now is just incredible. I genuinely used to think there was never going to be a time when I could get rid of the acne and I think when you are suffering you think it’s going to be with you forever. Don’t get me wrong, it isn’t an overnight process – it took me a year and a half to be acne free, but through a good skincare routine and using the right products it can be combated. My skin aesthetician advised me that the products you use to treat acne don’t start working for 4-6 months, so it took six months before I started to see a difference. The secret to good skin is also about good lifestyle, it’s all about looking after the inside to make your skin glow,” she told Hello.

Love Island winner Millie Court knows how to take the perfect picture and she’s showing off her skills on social media. The British star posted a series of photos of herself wearing an animal print bikini as she posed by the pool in a luxury villa. “All about the angles and pose gals… 🤪😂,” she captioned the post. 1. Fresh Orange Juice To Start the Day

Court loves to indulge in a glass of freshly-squeezed orange juice to kick start her day. “Oranges contain health-promoting compounds known as flavanones,” says registered nutritionist Nicola Shubrook. “Research suggests that these phytochemicals help support the body and protect us from conditions such as heart disease and cancer – they’re also thought to have anti-inflammatory, antiviral and antimicrobial benefits. What’s more, orange peel actually contains higher amounts of certain nutrients than the flesh, so using recipes that incorporate the zest of an orange will give your diet an extra boost.”

2. Meghan Markle Is Her Makeup Inspiration

The Duke And Duchess Of Sussex Attend The Invictus Games Dusseldorf 2023 - One Year to GoSamir Hussein/WireImage

Court is inspired by Meghan Markle’s “flawless” skin and makeup, and tries to emulate her natural aesthetic. “Meghan Markle, her skin is absolutely flawless – her make-up always looks lovely as her make-up always looks lovely and natural,” she says. “At the moment the make-up I use does change fairly often, not necessarily my staples like concealer and foundation, but I do switch up the bronzers, blushers and mascara that I use. My staple foundation is Too Faced, but I do switch between Fenty and L’Oreal Infallible. For Concealer I use Revolution or Nars Cream Concealer. I also use Nars blusher, Benefit Hoola Bronzer and Mac Blusher.”

3. She Is True To Herself

Millie Court seen attending the ITV Summer Party 2022 at TheBrett Cove/SOPA Images/LightRocket via Getty Images

Court is now a household name—but she stays down-to-earth. “Obviously, life has just really changed,” she says. “I've realized how important it is to have your friends and family close. Coming out and seeing the papers and people's opinions, I think everyone could see I was genuine in there and just really normal. I love to laugh, I love a drink – I'm a true Essex girl and I think people could see that. So, no matter what happens, I just want to make sure that Essex is still inside me, that I stay true to myself and just enjoy what is happening at the moment!”

4. Dieting Made Her Miserable

ITV Palooza! 2021 - ArrivalsKarwai Tang/WireImage

Court felt under pressure to lose weight before going on TV, something she now regrets. “I’ve always been [before Love Island] fluctuating between a size 8 and 10, but most of the time a size 10,” she says. “I was so happy with the way I looked, I didn’t think twice about it. On the weeks leading up to Love Island I felt the need to lose several pounds because I knew I was going to be surrounded by beautiful slim girls. I worked out every single day and ate salad for lunch and to tell you the truth I was miserable whilst doing it. I’d changed whilst I was on the show for several reasons that’s probably for another story time. But I went from a size 10 to a 6, and it’s the smallest I’ve ever been as a young adult. Because of my height, this made me look unhealthily skinny, of which I was (not eating barely anything, feeling ill all the time, tired, dizzy etc) and I remember looking at myself, I’d lost my boobs and my bum and those curves I once had and I MISSED them.”

5. She Loves Her Curves

Court put on weight after leaving Love Island, and couldn’t be happier with her new curves. "There was a point where people thought I was pregnant because I was putting on loads of weight," she says. "When I was on Love Island I was a size 6 but now I’m a size 10. But I prefer me as a 10 because I’ve got my [chest] back, I’ve got my bum back and I’ve got curves. So, I don’t really care what the newspapers have got to say about me being a size 10."

Millie has shared photos of herself working out at the gym. Per Seventeen, in one of her Instagram Stories she perfectly executed knee-to-chest reps, an arm routine, and ab work. To work out your abs, try this modified plank from the Mayo Clinic:

  • "Lie on your stomach. Raise yourself up so that you're resting on your forearms and your knees. Align your head and neck with your back, and place your shoulders directly above your elbows. Tighten your abdominal muscles.
  • Raise your right arm off the floor. Hold for three deep breaths. Repeat with your left arm.
  • Raise your right leg off the floor. Hold for three deep breaths. Repeat with your left leg.
  • For added challenge, raise your left arm and your right leg at the same time. Repeat with your right arm and left leg."

2. She Fights

EE British Academy Film Awards 2022 - VIP ArrivalsDave J Hogan/Getty Images

Millie is a fighter. “It’s not a training workout. I train to box,” she told Vulture. “Obviously I don’t want to do it professionally. But I have done some inter-clubs before. It’s at Phoenix MMA U.K., down in London. It’s a great gym, and I have lots of friends. Because I’m homeschooled, I get kind of lonely sometimes. So I like to go to the gym. I do Thai boxing Mondays, jujitsu Tuesdays and Thursdays, and Wednesdays I do boxing with Mark. He was a world champion at one point. I absolutely love it. I actually have a punching bag right outside in my garden. I’m obsessed with working out. I eat like a pig so it kind of makes up for that.”

3. She Doesn’t Like to Work Out

Millie confessed to Glamour UK, that “shockingly” she doesn’t like to work out. “I'm good at working out my face, not good at working on my body,” she said. “I find it important, though, as we all have to be healthy and give our body the exercise it needs.”

In her latest film, Millie does all the aerial work. “I love aerial silks. It's always been a passion of mine,” she told Glamour UK. “So I find using aerial silks really fun and therapeutic – it gives me a break from the world. And you find art within it. While I was doing it, I thought, gosh, the silks in so many ways represent womanhood: there’s strength, both masculinity and femininity, and you can create poses and shapes that are so different to show your sexuality,” she continued. “It represents so much: you can be big and you can be tiny and you can be afraid of the silk. You can be afraid of the height you are going at. You can be afraid of how low you are. And so it represents a story.”

5. She Is Active Outdoors

When Milie isn’t working, she can often be found outdoors. A few of her favorite activities? Spending time on the beach and scuba diving. “bye buddy, i hope you find your dad !” she captioned this image. "Whatever activity you choose, do it regularly. Aim for at least 150 minutes a week of moderate physical activity or 75 minutes a week of vigorous aerobic activity — preferably spread throughout the week," says the Mayo Clinic.

She Strength Trains

In her Instagram post, Sharvari is seen doing a strength training exercise. The Mayo Clinic says that strength training has a lot of benefits. “Strength training can help you manage or lose weight, and it can increase your metabolism to help you burn more calories. Strength training may enhance your quality of life and improve your ability to do everyday activities. Strength training can also protect your joints from injury. Building muscle also can contribute to better balance and may reduce your risk of falls. This can help you maintain independence as you age.”

She Does Yoga

Sharvari shares a lot of her favorite workouts on Instagram. One thing she likes to do is yoga. Sharvari posted this video of herself doing poses on her page. John Hopkins Medicine states that yoga is very beneficial. “Regular yoga practice may reduce levels of stress and body-wide inflammation, contributing to healthier hearts. Several of the factors contributing to heart disease, including high blood pressure and excess weight, can also be addressed through yoga.”

She Plays Padel

Sharvari likes to play padel to keep herself in shape. She shared this set of photos on Instagram of herself on the court. Playing padel has a lot of health benefits. Everybody Health & Leisure says, “It improves cardiovascular fitness, helps to build strength and endurance, enhances coordination and promotes overall physical and mental well-being. Not to mention, it’s a fantastic way to burn calories.”

She Boxes

Another thing that Sharvari does to keep herself in shape is box. She first picked this up when training for the film, Vedaa. She shared this set of photos on Instagram of herself punching a bag. She Runs

Sharvari likes to run to keep herself in shape. She shared this set of photos on Instagram of herself running on the beach. She captioned the post, “Decided to seas the day!” Better Health says that running is very beneficial. “Regular running or jogging offers many health benefits. Running can: help to build strong bones, as it is a weight bearing exercise, strengthen muscles, improve cardiovascular fitness, burn plenty of kilojoules, help maintain a healthy weight.”

Natasa Stankovic in Two-Piece Workout Gear Shares "Wednesday Challenge"

Stankovic shares her go-to workout moves, from squats to lunges, cardio, Pilates, and strength training.

Natasa Stankovic isn’t just a content creator—she’s a fitness inspiration. Known for sharing intense workout sessions on Instagram, she keeps her followers motivated with creative exercise challenges and dynamic routines.

In her latest post, Stankovic teamed up with Aleksandar Illic for a lower body blast, pushing through variations of squats and lunges. Dressed in a sleek two-piece workout set, she captioned the session, “Wednesday challenge,” proving that fitness is all about consistency and fun.

So, how does she maintain her lean, strong physique? From strength training to Pilates, here’s a look at Stankovic’s go-to workout moves.

She Does Squats

Stankovic does squats to keep herself in shape, as you can see in her Instagram video. Piedmont says that this exercise has a lot of health benefits. “Whether you’re hoping to tone your muscles, strengthen your core or just improve overall health, squats are one of the best exercises you can do. Although the movements appear relatively simple, squats can take time to master. Joel Hardwick, ACSM EP-C, EIM2, an exercise physiologist at Piedmont Atlanta Fitness Center, says practice will pay off…Hardwick explains that squats are a compound, multi-joint movement, which means they exercise several muscle groups. When you perform a squat, you work your calves, quads, hamstrings, glutes, core and part of your back.”

She Does Lunges

Stankovic is also seen doing lunges in her Instagram video. The Mayo Clinic reports that lunges are very beneficial to do. “The lunge is a body resistance exercise that works the leg muscles. Specifically, the lunge targets the quadriceps and the hamstring muscles in the thigh, the gluteal muscles in the buttock, and to a lesser extent, the lower leg muscles. The lunge is a great conditioning exercise for many sports, especially those that involve lunging movements, such as tennis, basketball or soccer.”

She Does Cardio

Stankovic likes to do cardio workouts to keep herself in shape. She shared this video of herself doing fast box jumps in different directions on Instagram. Stankovic captioned it, “Morning cardio challenge.” Cardio exercises have a lot of benefits. The Cleveland Clinic says, “When you work your heart and other muscles of your body during cardio exercise, this increases oxygen supply to your whole body, allowing all muscles to work harder and more efficiently. Over time, regular cardio exercise allows your muscles to adapt to an increased workload, making regular activities seem easier.”

She Does Pilates

Stankovic shares a lot of her favorite workouts in an Instagram story highlight. In some of the stories, she is seen doing Pilates exercises on a reformer. Pilates is very beneficial. The Cleveland Clinic says, “One of the reasons Pilates is such a good workout is that it specifically focuses on building core strength.”

She Strength Trains

Stankovic likes to strength train to keep herself in shape. She shared this Instagram story of herself using dumbbells. ACE Fitness says that strength training and using weights has a lot of health benefits. “Strength training with heavy weights improves muscle definition. Muscle definition occurs as the result of muscles remaining in a state of semi-contraction and heavy strength training recruits the larger type II muscle fibers responsible for a muscle’s appearance.”

So what’s in her routine? From deadlifts to hip thrusts, here’s how French sculpts her powerhouse physique.

She Does Deadlifts

French is seen doing deadlifts in her Instagram post. This exercise has a lot of benefits. NASM says, “A Romanian deadlift is a hip-hinge pattern that works the hamstrings and glutes. It is a form of deadlift with noticeably less bend in the knee, leading to greater hamstring engagement than traditional deadlifts. The move was introduced to the masses in the 90s by Romanian weightlifter Nicu Vlad (an Olympic and World Weightlifting champion) and his coach Dragomir Cioroslan. The two invented the move to help Nicu strengthen his back for the clean and jerk. Today, RDLs are commonly used to strengthen the posterior chain, using the core muscles to stabilize and the hamstrings and glutes to drive the movement.”

She Does Lunges

Another exercise that French is seen doing in her Instagram post is lunges. NASM says that they are very beneficial. “The lunge is a versatile, simple and effective movement for lower body training. Various positions, planes of motion and speeds can all yield different training adaptations for the exerciser. Lunges are the gift that keeps on giving!”

She Does Squats

French is seen doing squats in her Instagram video. According to The Cleveland Clinic, squats are very beneficial. “Here’s a quick look at the many benefits of squats, also known as bodyweight squats or air squats: Works major muscle groups. Burns calories. Strengthens your core. Improves lower body strength. Enhances stability and balance. Betters your posture.”

She Does Hamstring Curls

French is seen doing hamstring curls in her Instagram post. According to The Mayo Clinic, hamstring curls are very beneficial. “The seated hamstring curl is an exercise you can do with a weight machine to work the muscles in the back of the thigh. As the name implies, the seated hamstring curl targets the hamstring muscles here in the back of the thigh. Strong hamstring muscles help to protect your ligaments in the knee.”

She Does Hip Thrusts

French shared this video on Instagram of herself doing hip thrusts. She captioned it, “Hip Thrusts are no doubt one of the best exercises for building your Glutes but of course with any exercise, the form has to be correct for you to see the maximum benefits…✖️ Feet too far forwards will engage your hamstrings more ✖️ Feet too close to you will engage your quads more ✔️ Feet placed so your calves are vertical will engage your glutes more.”
