Emmanuelle Chriqui is making the most of her time in Greece. The Entourage star flaunts her famous figure in a blue swimsuit in one of her latest social media posts, sharing details about her vacation. “Wow Mykonos!! A place full of surprises.. streets that feel like secrets.. magical hideaways waiting to be discovered. Tho it’s known as party central.. it’s also super vibey and hippy chic.. we ate at some of the most incredible restaurants, swam in the bluest water and shopped in the coolest of boutiques,” she captioned the gorgeous snap. How does she stay so fit? Read on to see 5 ways Emmanuelle Chriqui stays in shape and the photos that prove they work—and to get beach-ready yourself, don't miss these essential 30 Best-Ever Celebrity Bathing Suit Photos!

1. She Eats Her Nutrients

“I'm massively into health and nutrition and I'm just into clean eating whenever possible: lots of vegetables and lots of leafy greens. Trying to eat my food as opposed to trying to take a thousand supplements—which is something I'm just learning. Sleep, working out, meditation—living a healthy life,” she told E! Online.

2. She Works Out

Emmanuelle gets her sweat on. “I workout. I mean, I haven’t in a while, but I go in spurts of working out,” she told Access. “Circuit training – weights and cardio. I like to mix it up.” Circuit training "involves doing a series of resistance-training exercises for different movements or body parts with little-to-no rest between each exercise. An effective circuit alternates between upper- and lower-body parts or movements like from push-ups to pull-ups for muscles responsible for different movements in the same region of the body," says ACE Fitness.

3. She Starts the Day with Hot Water with Citrus

Chriqui starts off the day with a cocktail: Hot water with fresh citrus. “I hand-press half a lime or lemon straight into the cup,” she says. It’s a smart way to tackle hydration. If you greet the morning with H2O, you’ve gotten a head start in case you forget to hydrate later,” she told Men’s Health.

4. She Meditates

Environmental Media Association IMPACT Summit VIP Dinner At The Pendry West Hollywood, Sponsored By Montage InternationalJesse Grant/Getty Images

Chriqui spends twenty-two minutes meditating every morning. “Transcendental Meditation is what works for me,” she told Men’s Health. "Transcendental meditation is a type of meditation. With transcendental meditation, also called TM, you silently repeat a mantra in your head. The focus of transcendental meditation is to settle your body down to a state of restful alertness. Your body is deeply relaxed and your mind is quiet, but you’re wide awake. With this type of meditation, your active mind settles inward until you transcend to a state of pure consciousness. Transcends means to go beyond," says the Cleveland Clinic.

5. She Skips Breakfast

Asparagus,Salad,/,Salad,Bowl,With,Copy,SpaceShutterstock

Emmanuelle isn’t a morning person. “Breakfast stresses me out,” Chriqui told Men’s Health. “I’m just not hungry in the morning, so why force feed myself?” When she is hungry, she turns to plant-based meals – like an asparagus salad.

Game of Thrones star Emilia Clarke has discovered the secret to an amazing life—just go to Italy and stay there as long as possible. Clarke, 37, shared a series of pictures of her trip to the gorgeous country, sharing photos of the food, scenery, and herself looking happy in a swimsuit. “😎MAMMA MIA! ITALIA!! You will always have my heart, my summer, and my sea legs.. get the people you love, stick them on a boat and then by a pool, add Italian food and one too many bottles of prosecco and hey presto! You have peak relaxation. For full effects repeat once a year,” she captioned the post. Here’s how Clarke takes care of herself when she’s not in Italy.

1. Morning Ritual

Clarke never sleeps through her alarm, as her morning ritual is a non-negotiable. “The morning time is for me to try and calm my brain down,” she says. “I do yoga every morning for 15 minutes. I meditate, then I get to my beauty care. I use a cleanser, toner and moisturizer. If I need it, I'll do a sheet mask; I use Rodial Pink Diamond. I’ll put it on and get into the shower since I don’t get my face wet. I’ll also use a face roller after moisturizing. I use a foam roller in the morning and sometimes before I go to bed. With my job, I’m standing, fighting or doing a photoshoot and having meetings with people. I get home and just feel so tense. I might do an Epsom salt bath. Anything you can do to relax your muscles will allow your brain to relax, too. I’ll journal, and if I have time I’ll meditate. I sleep with an eye mask, a silk one.”

2. "You Can't Light Filler"

London,,United,Kingdom-,November,11,,2019:,Emilia,Clarke,Attends,TheShutterstock

Clarke has never had Botox or injectables, but says she won’t rule it out down the road. “I work in an industry where I've got to move my face, and I've got to be expressive, and you can't light filler,” she says. “You just can't light it. It doesn't look right, you look shiny and strange. If my job is telling me that I need to have anything more than possibly a bit of botox when I'm 45 or whatever, then I'll stop doing the job.”

3. New Beauty Experiments

Clarke likes to give new beauty looks a trial run with a trip to her favorite UK grocery store. “It’s going to sound really mad, but when I don’t think I can pull off an eyeshadow or a lipstick, I’ll do a little road test in Sainsbury’s,” she says. “Pick a day where you’re not doing too much, try on the lipstick and see how you feel walking down the street. Ask: 'Are people looking at me like I’m crazy? Do I feel good?' Then when you wear it to your event or party, it’s not completely new to you. I did it recently with a bright coral lipstick and it's now my new favourite lip colour. It has allowed me to be bolder.”

4. Hot Baths

New,York,-,Oct,29:,Emilia,Clarke,Attends,The,UniversalShutterstock

Clarke loves a hot bath at the end of the day. “I like to use half a tonne of Epsom salts in it and maybe a bit of lavender oil if I'm feeling fruity,” she says. “I light candles, get my book out, have some classical music playing, all of that jazz. Then I do yoga every morning and, since lockdown, I've started meditating. I meditate every night using the Calm app. I find it's been a really helpful tool for if I'm having a panic in the day and I need to just take five minutes to breathe.”

5. Be Kind

Clarke has learned to have a kinder inner voice since the pandemic lockdowns. “I've definitely learnt in lockdown to catch myself when my inner saboteur is raging strong, and to just be aware of it,” she says. “I came up with some mantras to practice kindness on myself. I know it sounds prescriptive, and normally all that self-love stuff makes me feel weird inside, but actually during lockdown I found my own way of doing it without feeling like a human Clintons card.”

Reality star and TV presenter Georgia Toffolo is spending time in Kenya right now. And she’s got some amazing vacation fashion choices. Toffolo posted a new photo on Instagram of herself in an all red outfit, which complimented her pale skin and blonde hair perfectly. She wore a red swimsuit and a sheer skirt cover up. Toffolo captioned the post, “I’m always overdressed but who cares, I felt a million dollars (new motto).” How does she stay so fit? Read on to see 5 ways Georgia Toffolo stays in shape and the photos that prove they work—and to get beach-ready yourself, don't miss these essential 30 Best-Ever Celebrity Bathing Suit Photos!

1. She Starts Her Day Off Healthily

Toffolo broke down her daily routine in an interview with Getthegloss.com. She revealed that her mornings start pretty healthily, as she eats a healthy breakfast and likes to get moving right after. “I’m not big on tea or coffee, I’m a boiled eggs and soldiers’ type of breakfast girl, with a big slathering of marmite,” Toffolo says. “I then get grooving to the park and take my little crazy spaniel Monty for a big, long walk. It sets me up for the day in such a positive way.”

2. She Goes To Spin Classes

Aldi launches Its First Ever Champagne Bar VeuveDave Benett/Getty Images

Toffolo tells Getthegloss.com that she is a big fan of going to spin classes like Soul Cycle at her local gym. She says that she likes to go to these classes with one of her friends, and that she likes to go only on the weekends, because of how intense they are. “I go to Soul Cycle spinning with my friend Mikey Pearce, he owns a super cool vegan food company called Clean Kitchen. We’re VERY competitive at the classes so normally I’m exhausted afterwards. I stroll home through the park and then I’ll be found cuddled up on the sofa with a good book until further notice.”

3. She Speaks Out About Her Struggles

Wireless Festival 2021Joseph Okpako/WireImage

Toffolo has struggled with her acne and her skin all her life, and has been attacked for it on social media. She tells Glamour that she decided to open up about her struggles so people knew what she was going through and could relate to her. “I started to speak about my acne struggles on social media and in interviews and people responded really well to it. Celebrities are often perceived as these perfect beings but I didn’t feel like that and the more I shouted from the rooftops about my bad skin, the more people realized I’m just a normal girl with normal insecurities. I’ve actually found it very liberating. Besides, if anyone’s mean to me online, I remind myself that it says a lot more about them than it does about me.”

4. She’s Comfortable With Herself

SHEIN X Georgia Toffolo Spring Edit Launch EventAntony Jones/Getty Images

While Toffolo has had her insecurities, she tells Glamour that she is starting to find acceptance in herself. "While my journey with my skin is still very much ongoing, and I’m yet to reach any conclusions, my perspective has changed. I’ve realized you don’t gain validation from other people just because you have perfect skin or hair, it comes from the inside and I feel brighter and happier since I made peace with, and begun to accept, my spots. I still wear makeup but I’m no longer hiding behind pot after pot of foundation or endless filters on Instagram. If only I could have told myself to accept my skin 10 years ago."

5. She Doesn’t Hide Behind Makeup

Toffolo appeared on, and won, the popular British reality series, I’m A Celebrity, Get Me Out Of Here, in 2017. She told Hello! Magazine that the experience helped her make a lot of personal strides, specifically in not feeling the need to wear makeup all the time. “There’s lots of insecurities that I’ve dealt with after this jungle thing, like my skin, particularly. I’ve suffered for years with acne and apparently there was a real hoo-ha that I was allowed to take in makeup. Well, I’m not ashamed to say that, yes, I did wear foundation in there. I’m terribly self-conscious about my skin. I’ve been in tears about it many a time – my friends know how much I suffer. I have hidden behind thick, camouflage foundation for years. I found a strength within me that I didn’t even know I had. I’ve really surprised myself.”

1. She Has Learned to Love Herself

“HAPPY INTERNATIONAL WOMENS DAY ✨ Today is a day where we can celebrate us. I have so many women in my life who inspire me every day and I wanted to give a little something today that can hopefully inspire one of you. Loving our imperfections can be difficult, but when you learn to embrace them and realise that our imperfections don’t define us, they are just a part of us alongside everything else that creates you as a person. None of us are the same, and that’s a special thing. We are one of a kind 🤍 This picture shows me at my most vulnerable… but I’m learning to love myself, imperfections and all. And so should you,” she wrote once.

2. She Was Once “Unhealthily Skinny”

"I went from a size 10 to a six, and it’s the smallest I’ve ever been as a young adult. Because of my height, this made me look unhealthily skinny, of which I was (not eating barely anything, feeling ill all the time, tired, dizzy) and I remember looking at myself, I’d lost my boobs and my bum and those curves I once had and I missed them,” she wrote on Instagram. "The point of this [is], since coming out of Love Island, I found my love for food again and yes I’m getting back to my usual size."

3. She Likes a Nice Bath

“Drowning my sorrows in the bath because my Met Gala invite got lost 💔…,” she captioned one recent photo. Consider adding Epsom salt. “Pour about 300 grams (1.25 cups) of Epsom salt into a clean bathtub as it fills with hot water. (Avoid using Epsom salt in a tub with jets, a hot tub or a whirlpool bath unless the manufacturer says it’s OK.),” says the Cleveland Clinic.

4. This is Her Skin Icon

"At the moment the make-up I use does change fairly often, not necessarily my staples like concealer and foundation, but I do switch up the bronzers, blushers and mascara that I use,” she has said. Her icon? "Meghan Markle, her skin is absolutely flawless – her make-up always looks lovely as her make-up always looks lovely and natural."

5. She Has Had Acne

Pride Of Britain Awards 2021 - Red Carpet ArrivalsMike Marsland/WireImage

“I suffered from acne about a year and a half ago and then I started to work with a skin aesthetician, who helped me to find my skincare routine and helped me to start dealing with the breakouts. Now that my acne has gone, we are on more of a journey to find the right products; doing treatments like microneedling once a month to deal with the scarring. I am so happy with the outcome because the difference from what it was to now is just incredible. I genuinely used to think there was never going to be a time when I could get rid of the acne and I think when you are suffering you think it’s going to be with you forever. Don’t get me wrong, it isn’t an overnight process – it took me a year and a half to be acne free, but through a good skincare routine and using the right products it can be combated. My skin aesthetician advised me that the products you use to treat acne don’t start working for 4-6 months, so it took six months before I started to see a difference. The secret to good skin is also about good lifestyle, it’s all about looking after the inside to make your skin glow,” she told Hello.

In her latest Instagram post, Sharvari showcased her grit with a hardcore beach workout, flipping a massive tire in the sand. Adding a playful pun to her caption, she wrote, “Never tyre’d of a good beach workout.”
So, how does she stay in such incredible shape? From strength training to boxing, here’s a look at her go-to fitness moves.

She Strength Trains

In her Instagram post, Sharvari is seen doing a strength training exercise. The Mayo Clinic says that strength training has a lot of benefits. “Strength training can help you manage or lose weight, and it can increase your metabolism to help you burn more calories. Strength training may enhance your quality of life and improve your ability to do everyday activities. Strength training can also protect your joints from injury. Building muscle also can contribute to better balance and may reduce your risk of falls. This can help you maintain independence as you age.”

She Does Yoga

Sharvari shares a lot of her favorite workouts on Instagram. One thing she likes to do is yoga. Sharvari posted this video of herself doing poses on her page. John Hopkins Medicine states that yoga is very beneficial. “Regular yoga practice may reduce levels of stress and body-wide inflammation, contributing to healthier hearts. Several of the factors contributing to heart disease, including high blood pressure and excess weight, can also be addressed through yoga.”

She Plays Padel

Sharvari likes to play padel to keep herself in shape. She shared this set of photos on Instagram of herself on the court. Playing padel has a lot of health benefits. Everybody Health & Leisure says, “It improves cardiovascular fitness, helps to build strength and endurance, enhances coordination and promotes overall physical and mental well-being. Not to mention, it’s a fantastic way to burn calories.”

She Boxes

Another thing that Sharvari does to keep herself in shape is box. She first picked this up when training for the film, Vedaa. She shared this set of photos on Instagram of herself punching a bag. Sharvari captioned the post, “BEAST MODE on for Vedaa! ⚠️☠️🥊 Took up boxing to become Vedaa... Now I am ready to pack a punch or be strong enough to take a brutal beating 💪#Vedaa coming to a theatre near you on August 15th.”

She Runs

Sharvari likes to run to keep herself in shape. She shared this set of photos on Instagram of herself running on the beach. She captioned the post, “Decided to seas the day!” Better Health says that running is very beneficial. “Regular running or jogging offers many health benefits. Running can: help to build strong bones, as it is a weight bearing exercise, strengthen muscles, improve cardiovascular fitness, burn plenty of kilojoules, help maintain a healthy weight.”

Natasa Stankovic in Two-Piece Workout Gear Shares "Wednesday Challenge"

Stankovic shares her go-to workout moves, from squats to lunges, cardio, Pilates, and strength training.

Entertainment India - March 2023

Natasa Stankovic isn’t just a content creator—she’s a fitness inspiration. Known for sharing intense workout sessions on Instagram, she keeps her followers motivated with creative exercise challenges and dynamic routines.

In her latest post, Stankovic teamed up with Aleksandar Illic for a lower body blast, pushing through variations of squats and lunges. Dressed in a sleek two-piece workout set, she captioned the session, “Wednesday challenge,” proving that fitness is all about consistency and fun.

So, how does she maintain her lean, strong physique? From strength training to Pilates, here’s a look at Stankovic’s go-to workout moves.

She Does Squats

Stankovic does squats to keep herself in shape, as you can see in her Instagram video. Piedmont says that this exercise has a lot of health benefits. “Whether you’re hoping to tone your muscles, strengthen your core or just improve overall health, squats are one of the best exercises you can do. Although the movements appear relatively simple, squats can take time to master. Joel Hardwick, ACSM EP-C, EIM2, an exercise physiologist at Piedmont Atlanta Fitness Center, says practice will pay off…Hardwick explains that squats are a compound, multi-joint movement, which means they exercise several muscle groups. When you perform a squat, you work your calves, quads, hamstrings, glutes, core and part of your back.”

She Does Lunges

Stankovic is also seen doing lunges in her Instagram video. The Mayo Clinic reports that lunges are very beneficial to do. “The lunge is a body resistance exercise that works the leg muscles. Specifically, the lunge targets the quadriceps and the hamstring muscles in the thigh, the gluteal muscles in the buttock, and to a lesser extent, the lower leg muscles. The lunge is a great conditioning exercise for many sports, especially those that involve lunging movements, such as tennis, basketball or soccer.”

She Does Cardio

Stankovic likes to do cardio workouts to keep herself in shape. She shared this video of herself doing fast box jumps in different directions on Instagram. Stankovic captioned it, “Morning cardio challenge.” Cardio exercises have a lot of benefits. The Cleveland Clinic says, “When you work your heart and other muscles of your body during cardio exercise, this increases oxygen supply to your whole body, allowing all muscles to work harder and more efficiently. Over time, regular cardio exercise allows your muscles to adapt to an increased workload, making regular activities seem easier.”

She Does Pilates

Stankovic shares a lot of her favorite workouts in an Instagram story highlight. In some of the stories, she is seen doing Pilates exercises on a reformer. Pilates is very beneficial. The Cleveland Clinic says, “One of the reasons Pilates is such a good workout is that it specifically focuses on building core strength.”

She Strength Trains

Stankovic likes to strength train to keep herself in shape. She shared this Instagram story of herself using dumbbells. ACE Fitness says that strength training and using weights has a lot of health benefits. “Strength training with heavy weights improves muscle definition. Muscle definition occurs as the result of muscles remaining in a state of semi-contraction and heavy strength training recruits the larger type II muscle fibers responsible for a muscle’s appearance.”

Kim French in Two-Piece Workout Gear Shares "Real Results" Workout

Learn how she sculpts her powerhouse physique with deadlifts, lunges, squats, and more.

Kim French is more than just a personal trainer—she’s a fitness coach who empowers thousands through her Believe App and Instagram workouts. Known for her structured, effective home training plans, she proves that you don’t need a gym full of heavy weights to build serious strength.

In a recent Instagram post, French shared a glimpse of her at-home training, reminding followers that smart training delivers "REAL results." Rocking a sleek two-piece workout set, she showcased some of her go-to exercises, emphasizing that with the right strategy, anyone can see progress.

So what’s in her routine? From deadlifts to hip thrusts, here’s how French sculpts her powerhouse physique.

She Does Deadlifts

French is seen doing deadlifts in her Instagram post. This exercise has a lot of benefits. NASM says, “A Romanian deadlift is a hip-hinge pattern that works the hamstrings and glutes. It is a form of deadlift with noticeably less bend in the knee, leading to greater hamstring engagement than traditional deadlifts. The move was introduced to the masses in the 90s by Romanian weightlifter Nicu Vlad (an Olympic and World Weightlifting champion) and his coach Dragomir Cioroslan. The two invented the move to help Nicu strengthen his back for the clean and jerk. Today, RDLs are commonly used to strengthen the posterior chain, using the core muscles to stabilize and the hamstrings and glutes to drive the movement.”

She Does Lunges

Another exercise that French is seen doing in her Instagram post is lunges. NASM says that they are very beneficial. “The lunge is a versatile, simple and effective movement for lower body training. Various positions, planes of motion and speeds can all yield different training adaptations for the exerciser. Lunges are the gift that keeps on giving!”

She Does Squats

French is seen doing squats in her Instagram video. According to The Cleveland Clinic, squats are very beneficial. “Here’s a quick look at the many benefits of squats, also known as bodyweight squats or air squats: Works major muscle groups. Burns calories. Strengthens your core. Improves lower body strength. Enhances stability and balance. Betters your posture.”
