Serhant and her husband took a trip together to the Maldives after their daughter was born. In this Instagram post, she opened up about the feelings she felt when taking this trip, specifically with leaving her daughter at home. She says that she is focusing on the good things in her life and being grateful, rather than putting energy into the negative. “I am grateful for so much,” she wrote. “And am making the conscious decision to celebrate the precious things in life, instead of feeling so guilty all the time.

2. She Spends Time In The Water

Serhant loves to spend time in the water. Her Instagram is full of photos of herself in the pool or ocean. She posted this photo of herself with her husband wading in a pool in the Maldives. Serhand captioned the photo, “No one else I’d rather fight the waves of this blue hole plunge pool with.”

3. She Worked Out Her Issues

Serhant and her husband struggled to have children. She wrote a revealing piece about the process for Parents.com. In it, Serhant says that the process helped her and her husband work out their issues. “We bonded more than ever before. I finally stopped expecting him to be a superhero with the ability to read my mind and started to understand him more. I respected him for stepping up and really being there. In many ways, I'm grateful we got the time to rebuild our relationship with an even stronger foundation, before we welcomed our daughter.”

4. She’s Inspired By New York’s Fitness Scene

Serhant revealed some of her wellness secrets to Bella Magazine. She says that living in New York City helps her stay in shape, as there is a large fitness scene there. Serhant also says that she’s inspired by the workouts her husband does. “Once I got into it, and saw I gained muscle and didn’t lose weight, I was hooked!”

Serhant is from Greece, where she grew up eating healthy, fresh food. She tells Bella Magazine that this has helped her eat healthy while living in the states. “After eating fresh food in Greece, I had trouble eating meat and dairy in the United States,” she says. While Serhant is not a vegan, her diet is pretty close to one.
