She Used to Struggle with Body Confidence
Miranda hasn't always been quite so confident in a swimsuit. In 2016 she revealed to People that she struggled with body confidence. "I definitely had moments when I didn't want to go to a pool party because I was like, 'Oh my gosh, I'll have to wear a bathing suit' – just the whole like thing of going somewhere and having your body be on display. It's scary. I was so shy," she said. "I'm at a place where I'm like really comfortable in my own skin. I don't worry anywhere near as much as I used to. When I was younger, I would just stress about everything and I wanted everything to go well so badly that I didn't really enjoy the moment enough."
She Doesn't Go to the Gym
You won't find Miranda sweating away in a fitness studio. "I don't ever go to the gym," she told People. "I just hike a lot. My best friend and I walk near my house every night."
Her Diet Is Healthy
Miranda revealed to People that she maintains a healthy diet. "I would drive 40 miles to get a good salad," she said. "If I could only eat one meal for the rest of my life, it would be spicy tuna on crispy rice," she added to Us Weekly. Another snack she likes? "I can't leave the house without Kind bars." She also revealed to Web MD that she likes Italian food.
She Bikes
Miranda told Web MD that she enjoys bikining with pals. "I have a tandem bike, and my friends and I are really into it. We always say we're going to be in a tandem bike race or go professional. You have to get the hang of it, like when you turn corners, you have to move your bodies the same way," she said.
She Loves Smoothies
Miranda told Web MD that she loves fruit. She also loves blending up healthy and nutritious drinks. "I'm always making smoothies," she said. Add nut butters to your smoothies. Nut butters contain monounsaturated fats that will fill you up, not out. They contain fat-burning compounds that limit the amount of fat absorbed by the body, so some passes through undigested. They're also high in magnesium and B vitamins, which could lend you more energy to burn at the gym. They're also high in protein and fiber, which will make your smoothie more satisfying.
