Model and former Victoria’s Secret Angel Miranda Kerr recently enjoyed a beach day. Kerr shared some new shots on Instagram. In them, she posed on the sand in a white swimsuit with a white dress over it. She captioned the post, “Sunshine + salt water.” How does she stay so fit? Read on to see 5 ways Miranda Kerr stays in shape and the photos that prove they work—and to get beach-ready yourself, don't miss these essential 30 Best-Ever Celebrity Bathing Suit Photos!

1. She’s Motivated

Kerr, like many, works with a personal trainer to stay in shape. She works with Megan Roup, and the two opened up about their experiences to Shape Magazine. Roup says that Kerr has a lot of motivation to stay in shape. "Miranda is a pretty motivated person when it comes to working out and has built a consistent routine with movement," Roup says. "I think, like most of us, having a support system, an accountability buddy, or community you can lean on to stay consistent with movement can be a big motivator."

2. She Does Quick Workouts

G'Day USA Arts GalaSteve Granitz/FilmMagic

Kerr has a busy schedule, so she tells Shape that short workouts work for her. “Sometimes it can feel overwhelming to dedicate a full hour [to a] workout when you're so busy, which is why I love Megan's short, quickie options. You really feel like you are getting such great results and can do it in little 15- to 20-minute increments throughout the day."

3. She’s Conscious

Kerr is all about self-care. She tells Shape that she puts a lot of thought into what she does for it. "It's about what we eat, what we think, what we put on our skin, who we surround ourselves with, what we do, and what exercises fulfill us," she says. "Self-care is about nourishing your mind, body, and spirit. If we can take time to give back to ourselves, then we can give so much more to others."

4. She Believes In The 80/20 Rule

Kerr eats healthy, however, she does still indulge. She tells Shape that she believes in the 80/20 rule when it comes to her diet. "I also live the 80/20 lifestyle to stay balanced,” she says. “So, I eat healthy 80 percent of the time, and indulge the other 20 percent of the time.”

5. She Drinks Three Different Beverages In The Morning

Kerr makes sure to stay hydrated, and it starts first thing in the morning for her. She tells The Skinny Confidential that she drinks three different things each morning. “I wake up in the morning, I have like 32 ounces of room temperature water, one lemon squeezed in that flushes everything out from the night with you sleeping, or maybe lack of sleep because you have a newborn. Then I have 32 ounces of cold press, celery juice. And the celery is really alkalizing for your system. It helps me with energy levels. It's helped with digestion. I really love it. After that, I have this medical medium smoothie heavy metal detox smoothie, and that's really good.”

It was a sunny Sunday for Miranda Kerr…in her swimsuit! The Australian model ended the weekend by sharing a photo of herself in a blue swimsuit on social media. “Happy sun day sunshine,” she captioned the gorgeous snap. How does the model and mother-of-three maintain her fit physique? 1. She Drinks Her Nutrients

When asked about her go-to drink by Elle UK, she revealed that it is "a nutrient filled beverage. That's my smoothie, it's really like…it's got all my vitamins in it. It's just like, coconut water with goji berries, chia seeds, maca powder, spirulina, cacao and then I get all my vitamins and open them and put it in there."

2. She Starts the Day with a Trendy Drink

Miranda Kerr is one of the many starts who wakes up to a certain citrus drink. “Hot water with lemon to start the day, it's really good and it stimulates the digestive systems,” she told Elle UK. “And then after that I have my cold-pressed green juice every day. And it has like kale, spinach, cucumber, celery.”

3. She Is Always Moving

Louis Vuitton's 2023 Cruise ShowPhillip Faraone/WireImage

Miranda is always moving. Her advice on how to get movement in, even if you are sitting at a desk all day? “I would say to just stay active even if you're sitting at an office desk all day, like you can clench/tighten different parts of your muscles. I do it all the time when I'm in the car or on the way to the airport. And I'll be like, I'm doing this, or I'm squeezing my butt, doing the calf muscles, even do face exercises like this (makes grimacing face movements and fish faces),” she told Elle UK. “Yeah. It helps to tighten the face. It's really weird. But it's good, I'll do all those different weird things. I think it's just important to stay moving, just get the blood flow pumping, it doesn't have to be strenuous. Just moving and exercising different parts of your body. Why not, right? I mean if you're sitting there, doing nothing, you have no other option. I mean you could also be listening to an audiobook at the same time, or music.”

4. She Is a Yogi

Miranda revealed to Body & Soul that she is a devoted yogi. “I’ve been practicing a mix of hatha and kundalini yoga for 15 years,” she said, adding that she does it every day. “Even if I just find 10 minutes to do a few sun salutations, that helps me to re-energise and stay balanced,” she continued. “Hatha yoga has lots of restorative postures, like inversions, which are good to do post-flight. Kundalini works on a more energetic level. With kundalini you can use different types of breaths, like the ‘Breath of Fire’, to awaken the body.”

5. She Also Does These Workouts

“I like to exercise every day, but I mix it up,” Kerr added to Body and Soul. “Sometimes I’ll go for a walk or run, or I’ll do Pilates or resistance training. I may even just put some music on and let Flynn dance around while I hold the plank position for 10 minutes to strengthen my core.”

6. Her Diet Is Healthy

Kerr also revealed to Body & Soul that she maintains a healthy diet, focusing on nutrition. She mostly eats vegetables, fruit, nuts, meat and lots of nutrient-dense “superfoods” including acai and maca powder. She tries to avoid wheat and sugar. “I’m a certified health coach in integrative nutrition in the US,” she said. “I’ve learnt that if you feed your body with the right nutrients then you feel your best and you can be your best.”

Indian actress Kate Sharma is enjoying a magical trip to the island of Koh Samui, Thailand. Sharma shared a reel of herself swimming in a beautiful pool, wearing a bright pink swimsuit and sarong, with palms and blue skies in the background. “Poolside paradise 😍,” she captioned the post. How does she stay so fit? 1. Fresh Lime Soda

Sharma’s go-to drink is fresh lime soda. “Limes are packed with antioxidants and phytonutrients," says Carly Sedlacek RDN, LD. “Limes are low in calories, high in micronutrients and punch above their weight with regard to both water and fiber content. They’re really good for us, but most of us aren’t going to make a snack of them. The juice — without added sugar — is the best we can do.”

2. Running Outside

Sharma loves running outside, especially at the beach. “There’s good evidence that spending time outside can reduce stress, depression levels, and anxiety,” says Josh Lawler, a UW environmental & forest sciences professor. “We suspect that one of the routes for the physical benefits is through [the] decreased stress and anxiety.”

3. She Chooses Happiness

Sharma says she chooses happiness in her personal life. “I don't date much but I have had rough patches in relationships. Ups and down are part of life and moving on is an art of life,” she says. “Break ups were there but that all made me so strong and I am a girl who looks at the broader aspect in life. So pain was there but feeling the pain and being sad is a choice.

So I chose happiness. It took time to heal but today I learned happiness is the most important thing in this world.”

4. Bathing Beauty

Sharma loves to take baths. “Taking a bath has great physical and mental health benefits,” says family medicine provider Amy Zack, MD. “Soaking in a tub is something many people have access to but don’t take advantage of enough. But it can be beneficial for a lot of people.”

5. She Is an Artist

When it comes to her career, Sharma loves the benefits creativity brings to her life. “Artist is an artist, no matter where he/she performs," she says. "It’s always a pack of feelings and entertainment which we have to give to the audience. Films and music videos both tell a story. The only difference is that films are on a larger scale in every form, while music videos take less time but require the same level of consistency and hard work as an artist."

4. She Gets Her Vitamin D

"Vitamin D isn't naturally found in many foods, but you can get it from fortified milk, fortified cereal, and fatty fish such as salmon, mackerel and sardines. Your body also makes vitamin D when direct sunlight converts a chemical in your skin into an active form of the vitamin (calciferol)," says the Mayo Clinic. "The amount of vitamin D your skin makes depends on many factors, including the time of day, season, latitude and your skin pigmentation. Depending on where you live and your lifestyle, vitamin D production might decrease or be completely absent during the winter months. Sunscreen, while important to prevent skin cancer, also can decrease vitamin D production."

Sophie claims she hasn’t gone under the knife. “It’s your own body, you can do what you want to,” she told Grazia, weighing in on the show’s reputation for girls getting work done. “I wouldn’t have surgery myself; I don’t want it. I’ve got such a low pain tolerance as well; I’d be squirming around.”

She Gets Her Steps In

Stand Up Paddle Boarding

Sophie loves paddle boarding. The American Council on Exercise (ACE) agrees that paddle boarding is great for the core and cardio. Water sports can burn an average of 385 calories for a 140-pound male and 436 calories for a female of the same size, per a study conducted by Arizona State University.

She Skis

When Sophie hits the mountains, she throws on a pair of skis. “Ski club,” she captioned a photo. Research has linked downhill skiing to several health benefits. In addition to promoting physical fitness, it may decrease the risk of cardiovascular and metabolic diseases. Studies have also found that the more frequently a person skis, the prevalence of known hypercholesterolemia, systemic hypertension, diabetes, the frequency of mental stress, and the occurrence of memory deficits decline.

She Loves Group Fitness

“You’ve got to be body confident,” Sophie told Grazia. One of her favorite sweat methods? Group fitness. “A few gym classes can’t hurt,” she said.

She Goes Snorkeling

On her recent Maldives vacation, Sophie and Josh snorkeled in the crystal clear water. Surprisingly, putting on a snorkel and fins and swimming through the water is a great workout. Tammy Hembrow is a fitness influencer and expert. She has her own app, called Tammy Fit. Hembrow has a lot of challenges on her app. Recently, she advertised a challenge with a workout video on Instagram. Hembrow captioned the post, “We are 3 days into our first @tammyfitapp challenge of the year & I am more motivated than everrrrr. (Sign ups are still open if you haven’t joined yet - there’s still time to catch up!! - link in bio). Soooo happy seeing so many of my girlies (and guys) in this challenge doing it with me!! And I CANNOT wait to see everyone’s results at the end of the 8 weeks. We got thissss 💪🏼”

She Does Pulldowns

Hembrow is seen doing pulldowns in her Instagram video. Piedmont reports that pulldowns have a lot of benefits. “The lat pulldown is a fantastic exercise for strengthening the latissimus dorsi muscle, the broadest muscle in your back. This muscle promotes good posture and spinal stability. Form is crucial when performing a lat pulldown to prevent injury and reap the best results.”

She Lifts Weights

Tammy Hebrew is seen using dumbbells.

Tammy Hebrew/Instagram

Hembrow is seen doing a lot of exercises with weights in her Instagram video. ACE Fitness states that using weights to workout has a lot of benefits. “Strength training with heavy weights improves muscle definition. Muscle definition occurs as the result of muscles remaining in a state of semi-contraction and heavy strength training recruits the larger type II muscle fibers responsible for a muscle’s appearance.”

She Tracks Her Meals

Hembrow likes to track her meals on her app. She talked about the benefits of this in the caption of this “What I Eat In A Day” Instagram video. “Make sure to take advantage of the calorie/macro tracking features in the @tammyfitapp during this challenge guys. It can be really helpful in reaching specific goals quicker. And it also can help educate you on your food choices when it comes to nutrition, ratios, hidden calories, overeating or under eating etc. honestly I’d recommend any beginner try it out just to get a good feel for how you’re fuelling your body!! I feel like when people think of ‘meal tracking’ it can be seen as something that seems restrictive or something only bodybuilders do. When in reality it can be such a helpful tool and you can learn things that will actually encourage long term habits 🫶🏼🫶🏼”

She Loves Bananas

Tammy Hebrew has a banana snack.

Tammy Hebrew/Instagram

Hembrow is seen enjoying bananas in her “What I Eat In A Day” Instagram video. The Cleveland Clinic states that bananas have a lot of benefits. “A single medium-sized banana offers about 32 mg of the mineral magnesium, which fulfills around 8% to 10% of your daily magnesium requirement. Magnesium is involved in many processes in your body, including: Blood pressure. Blood sugar levels. Building proteins. Maintaining bone. Muscle function. Nerve function.”

She Loves Cottage Cheese

Tammy Hebrew's snack the contains banana and cottage cheese.

Tammy Hebrew/Instagram

Hembrow is seen enjoying her bananas with cottage cheese in the previous Instagram video. Cottage cheese is very healthy. It’s hard to believe that Jennifer Aniston is 55 and turning 56 in February! Since soaring to fame in 1994, the Friends star has hardly aged in the three decades that have passed – and she has never been secretive about her devotion to health and wellness. Her hard work over the years has paid off through her strong and lean body and ageless looks. Here is everything you need to know about Jennifer Aniston’s approach to longevity.

She Maintains a High Protein Diet

Jennifer Aniston arrives to the 76th Primetime Emmy Awards

"My nutrition is very much the same. It's usually a lot of high protein, vegetables, salads, soups,” she tells People. “I do 80/20. I give myself days where I can have whatever I want. I don’t deprive myself,” she added to TODAY. Why should you consider amping up your protein intake? According to clinical trials, consuming more protein than the recommended dietary allowance not only reduces body weight (BW) but also enhances body composition by decreasing fat mass while preserving fat-free mass (FFM) in both low-calorie and standard-calorie diets.

She Cheats on Occasion

Jennifer allows herself to indulge in “everything I would possibly want on a weekend,” she told People. Her cheat meal “depends,” she says. “I mean, dare I sound repetitive, but Mexican food is a real favorite of mine. It's not even that much of a cheat, to be honest. Or a cheeseburger or pizza or pasta — all that stuff.”

She Tries to Get Enough Sleep

“My bigger challenge is sleep. I think that’s all part of our nutritional hygiene — the amount of water we get as well as the amount of sleep we get. It’s the combination of all of those things that make your workouts the most effective," she told TODAY.

“I’ve become gentler with myself,” she says of her approach to fitness, which has “definitely evolved” over the years. “I find that I can be gentler on my body and still get the benefits of a great workout,” she told Prevention. She specifically loves P.Volve workouts, a functional fitness that helps you “function throughout the day” and “work out your essential muscle groups to keep your body strong,” she says. “So you can live a long, healthy, strong life.”

She Hydrates

Aniston prioritizes hydration, drinking a whopping 100 ounces of water per day. "But occasionally I just have to have a Diet Coke—there's nothing like it!" According to the Mayo Clinic, hydration is essential for various reasons. Water helps eliminate waste through urination, perspiration, and bowel movements, keeps your temperature regular, lubricates and cushions joints, and helps protect sensitive tissues.

She Does Pilates, Spinning, Elliptical, and Running Workouts

“I had an injury last fall and I was only able to do Pilates, which I absolutely love. But I was missing that kind of sweat when you just go for it,” she recently told InStyle. “I'm going back to my 15-15-15, which is a 15-minute spin, elliptical, run. And then just old school: I can chase myself around a gym. I need some kind of movement, even if it's just 10 minutes a day on a trampoline.”
