It's just like, coconut water with goji berries, chia seeds, maca powder, spirulina, cacao and then I get all my vitamins and open them and put it in there."

2. She Starts the Day with a Trendy Drink

Miranda Kerr is one of the many starts who wakes up to a certain citrus drink. “Hot water with lemon to start the day, it's really good and it stimulates the digestive systems,” she told Elle UK. “And then after that I have my cold-pressed green juice every day. Her advice on how to get movement in, even if you are sitting at a desk all day? “I would say to just stay active even if you're sitting at an office desk all day, like you can clench/tighten different parts of your muscles. I do it all the time when I'm in the car or on the way to the airport. And I'll be like, I'm doing this, or I'm squeezing my butt, doing the calf muscles, even do face exercises like this (makes grimacing face movements and fish faces),” she told Elle UK. “Yeah. It helps to tighten the face. It's really weird. But it's good, I'll do all those different weird things. I think it's just important to stay moving, just get the blood flow pumping, it doesn't have to be strenuous. Just moving and exercising different parts of your body. Why not, right? I mean if you're sitting there, doing nothing, you have no other option. I mean you could also be listening to an audiobook at the same time, or music.”

4. She Is a Yogi

Miranda revealed to Body & Soul that she is a devoted yogi. “I’ve been practicing a mix of hatha and kundalini yoga for 15 years,” she said, adding that she does it every day. “Even if I just find 10 minutes to do a few sun salutations, that helps me to re-energise and stay balanced,” she continued. “Hatha yoga has lots of restorative postures, like inversions, which are good to do post-flight. Kundalini works on a more energetic level. With kundalini you can use different types of breaths, like the ‘Breath of Fire’, to awaken the body.”

“I like to exercise every day, but I mix it up,” Kerr added to Body and Soul. “Sometimes I’ll go for a walk or run, or I’ll do Pilates or resistance training. I may even just put some music on and let Flynn dance around while I hold the plank position for 10 minutes to strengthen my core.”

Wang says that she had people with her that encouraged her to stay active. “Unlike many New Yorkers, I happened to have quarantined in Miami after Paris Fashion Week with my workday fashion family. If you are lucky enough to be with a group of people you know so well and have travelled with so extensively, being restricted can bring so many positive and different nuances to the experience. All of them are extremely fit, which pushed me to 'work out' most days.”

Wang makes sure to eat healthy. She shared some of her favorite meals in an interview with Harper’s Bazaar. I choose my SPF usually based on where I am. If I’m in Miami or California, I’ll go for something stronger, maybe SPF 55. But typically, I like SPF 30. I use RoC’s moisturizer with SPF, when I’m in New York because it’s protecting my skin, and I’m not allergic to it. My skin has changed so much in recent years that now things I never used to react to irritate it.”

Because your body doesn't make or store vitamin C, it's important to include vitamin C in your diet,” says the Mayo Clinic. “Most people can get enough vitamin C for the day in their food. An orange or a cup of strawberries, chopped red pepper or broccoli provides enough vitamin C for the day. The recommended daily amount for vitamin C is 75 milligrams (mg) a day for women and 90 mg a day for men. During pregnancy, 120 mg a day are recommended. Although the movements appear relatively simple, squats can take time to master.
