1. She Battled Panic Attacks

After serving her time in the Israeli military, Mishel battled anxiety. “I had a very meaningful IDF service. I was a commander of a search and rescue ship in the Navy. It's a very intense role - physically and mentally, with a lot of responsibilities and commitment. I felt like it fulfilled me," she told Y Net News. She saw a doctor but tried alternative coping methods first. "I went on with my work, I didn't give up. I learned to practice breathing and talk to myself in front of the mirror through affirmations."
2. She Gets a Lot of Sleep
“Sleep is something that's important to me and if it were up to me, I would sleep 8.5-9 hours a night. But that doesn't always happen, because of my partner's kids, work, and travel," she told Y Net News in another interview about her beauty secrets. "If I sleep five hours, I'm a bit of a zombie.”
3. She Takes Supplements

"I believe in dietary supplements and make sure to take B12, Iron, Vitamin D, Vitamin C and Omega 3 regularly, even though I consume all the nutrients. I don't have a set menu. I believe in eating what the body needs. There is a definite connection between the mind and body. If my mind feels like it wants a pancake now, that's what I'll eat for breakfast, and yes, I will balance myself out with a health lunch,” she told Y Net News.
4. She Limits Social Media Exposure

Mishel also limits exposure to social media. "It's important to always remember that there is a beautiful world outside, set a limited time for social media and enjoy the world outside. I hope to continue living by this rule in the upcoming yea," she told Y Net.
5. She Exercises Daily
Mishel works out daily, even if it is just for ten minutes. "This includes sets, stretches, movement," she said, explaining that exercise "an inseparable part” of her day-to-day life. "I love to incorporate exercise into my life and mix it up - walking, hiking, biking, skiing. I can certainly say it is a big part of life."
6. She Maintains a Healthy Diet
Gerzig eats healthy but doesn’t deprive herself. "A bit of everything without getting carried away by anything,” is how she explains her way of eating. “When you feel good on the inside it shows on the outside, and vice versa. Balance is the name of the game." As for her cheat meal? “Mostly I have white bread with Nutella. But honestly, I have no desire to change that, it is part of who I am."
