She Avoids Gluten and Refined Sugar

According to the Times of India, Harnaaz avoids gluten and refined sugar. She also prioritizes hydration, drinking a lot of water. "Gluten-containing ingredients may also be found in other foods and beverages, most commonly soups, sauces, gravies, pre-seasoned meats, meat substitutes, snack foods, salad dressings, spice blends, candy, and alcoholic beverages," Alicia A. Romano, MS, RD, LDN, CNSC, spokesperson for the Academy of Nutrition and Dietetics tells our sister site Eat This, Not That!. "Additionally, gluten may be found in certain medications and dietary supplements."

She Practices Yoga and Meditation

It isn't very surprising that Miss India gets her zen on. "Yoga and meditation helps me to connect and integrate with my consciousness and helps me tap into a connection with my surroundings in a much deeper way," she explained in a recent Instagram video showing off her moves.

She Cooks

Harnaaz is a big fan of cooking her own food. "For all those who know me, know one of my most favorite hobbies is to cook!" she exclaimed in an Instagram post

She Works Out with a Trainer

"To keep the body in good health is a duty, otherwise we shall not be able to keep our mind strong and clear, the fire comes from within!" Harnaaz captioned a video, which featured a grueling workout with her trainer, Ishwar Rathod. Some of her exercises include donkey kicks, battle ropes, sled pushing, running on a treadmill and squats, lunges, and hip thrusts with weights. "Every time I come here I am filled with energy and positive vibes. And it makes me realize the goal I am working on. My life has been reset," she exclaims.

She Is an Equestrian

In her free time, you can often find Harnaaz riding horses. "I have always had a deep connection with animals and I truly believe that, we are here to turn the forest into a home, and make peace with all creatures. Let's respect every living being on earth and save our environment," she wrote in a post.

She Finds Power From Within

Harnaaz channels power from within. "Conquering the fears and chanelling my inner self to see where it takes me is what 'live your flow' means to me.I am like the infinitesimal atoms which are the part of this ever evolving Universe, constantly traveling beyond imagination to unveil the undiscovered parts of my inner Universe. I live my flow by being limitless and being a woman with instrinsic values who knows her worth and what she is capable of. By keeping myself grounded and connected to my roots, I balance to make myself shine inside out. To all the women out there, break the cages.. and fly high in the sky… 'LIVE YOUR FLOW' as I'm living mine," she wrote in a recent post.
