1. Prioritize Fitness

Molly-Mae’s top tip for staying in shape is to hit the gym. "I'm a massive gym freak, I gym pretty much every day," she said, per The Sun. Her trainer, Connor O'Brien, offered Liverpool Echo a rundown of their average workout session prepping her for Love Island. In the clip, she does 4 x 10 reps of leg presses, leg curls and shoulder presses, before finishing off with 3 x 12 reps of sissy squats, lat raises and cable pull-aparts. "We only had a very short time to get Molly-Mae the results she wanted. She found out quite late on that she was going into the villa. We did a lot of sessions in a short time frame and devised a diet plan after body fat testing so that it suited what it was she needed. It was only about two weeks we had, but we worked on getting her the body that she wanted," he said.

2. Find Outdoor Activities You Love

Molly-Mae is also an experienced equestrian. In her YouTube vlog dubbed “A Day In The Life Of…” she revealed she had started horse riding lessons in adulthood. She encouraged anyone who may be "apprehensive about starting a hobby at a slightly older age" to try it out.

3. Drink Lots of Water

In a YouTube vlog, Molly-Mae emphasized the importance of hydration. She also revealed she set a goal for herself to drink three liters of water a day, admitting she "really struggles to drink enough water." The U.S. National Academies of Sciences, Engineering, and Medicine recommends about 15.5 cups (3.7 liters) of fluids a day for men and about 11.5 cups (2.7 liters) of fluids a day for women.

4. Go for a Walk

Walking is an easy way to stay in shape, per Molly-Mae. She is always going on walks, sharing videos of them on her YouTube channel. Per the Mayo Clinic regular brisk walking can help you maintain a healthy weight and lose body fat, prevent or manage various conditions, including heart disease, stroke, high blood pressure, cancer and type 2 diabetes, improve cardiovascular fitness, strengthen your bones and muscles, improve muscle endurance, increase energy levels, improve your mood, cognition, memory and sleep, improve your balance and coordination, strengthen immune system, and reduce stress and tension.

5. Eat Lots of Protein

Molly-Mae encourages a protein-packed diet. She shared a YouTube vlog “What I Eat In A Day," revealing the food she eats. Her breakfast consists of a chocolate protein meal replacement shake made with water and ice, which fills her up and keep her energized. For lunch she will eat sweet potato mash, chicken breast, guacamole, falafel, and broccoli, and dinner, a salad consisting of half a pouch of Uncle Ben's Spicy Mexican rice, lettuce, sweetcorn, two bacon rashers, Quorn chicken slices, hummus, and coleslaw. She is also "actually addicted” to chicken sausages, eating five in a day.

6. Focus on Burning More Calories Than You Consume

Losing weight is an easy equation, reminds Molly-Mae. When she needs to slim down she focuses on achieving a "slight calorie deficit,” consuming less calories than she burns. "I wanted to get my body back to a point where I can go on shoots... and still feel confident,” she said.

Vicky Pattison in Bathing Suit Says "You Are Deserving of Love"

Vicky Pattison has a message of self-love for her 5 million followers in her swimsuit. The Geordie Shore alum shows off her figure – “flaws” and all – in one of her latest social media posts. In it, she models a swimsuit and embraces her real body. “Social media can often be misleading... After nothing more than a quick scroll through Instagram it can convince you that everyone has the perfect body, no one ever takes a bad picture, everyone's skin is perfectly smooth and they all have their shit together…” she wrote in the caption of the Instagram post. “I'd like to think I show both sides of the coin on my Instagram... but after a little flick through this morning I realised there were probably far too many carefully curated glam shots and fancy ads- so here is some of my reality- a reality that I am not only not ashamed of, but f**king proud of. I am 35, I have wrinkles, cellulite, dimpled skin, tummy rolls, absolutely NO lips compared to everyone else on here it seems 😂🤦🏻‍♀️ and double chins... I have good angles and bad, I have good days and bad... and none of this makes me any less of a good person or less deserving of self love,” she continued. “Don't get too hung up on the 'perfect' side of social media, don't let those images effect how you see yourself and your self worth- because behind every single one of those glam shots were a million more like this... That society has tried to tell us are in some way less desirable but if you ask me, there's far more beauty to be found in the real, in the raw... So be kind to yourself today and everyday for that matter. You are special, beautiful and deserving of love regardless of what clothes size you wear, whether your kitchen is tidy or whether your skin is perfectly smooth... ♥️ Don't let Instagram and all of its bullshit convince you otherwise.. Don't let it change you- you're YOU... and that is your super power.” How does the star maintain her fit physique?
