1. She Uses A Stair Climber

Hague is open about her wellness journey on social media. She talks about what things she does to stay in shape, and how she approaches working out. Hague opened up about this on her Instagram stories. In them, she revealed that she uses a stair climber. “I’m proud that I did my 20 min stepper tonight (I went to turn the machine off about 5 times but kept telling myself NO),” she wrote. “I used to step every day for 20 mins without fail, tonight was my first time in 5 months, I just know I need to do this for my mental/overall health!”

2. She’s Working Through Her Gym Anxiety

In her Instagram stories, Hague opened up about her anxiety with exercise and going to the gym. “I’m either completely in love with exercising, or the thought of it sends shivers down my spine,” she explained. She says that she is trying new things to see what works for her best. “I’ve completely flipped my life upside down in terms of everything,” Hague says. “Exercise, food, water intake. I’ve been on a journey with my body, finding out what works for my body, what I need for my body to feel good.”

4. She’s Embracing Herself

While Hague might be living a healthier lifestyle, she also isn’t putting too much pressure on herself. Hague says that she is working on embracing her natural self. She opened up about this on Instagram. “I've really taken the pressure off with healthy eating and exercising recently. I'm just sort of embracing my natural body and not even worrying about how I look."

5. She Has No Time For Body Shamers

Hague has embraced her body. And she also isn't afraid to call people out who comment on her appearance. After a series of unflattering paparazzi photos of her were taken, many people had a lot to say. Hague hit back on Twitter. “You guys have absolutely no idea what these paparazzi cameras do to your body," she said. "They make you look triple your size, I've even had paps add detail to my cellulite so they can sell the pictures for more money."
