Pride Of Britain Awards 2021 - Red Carpet ArrivalsMike Marsland/WireImage

If you want to stay in shape a la Molly-Mae, plan on making daily trips to the gym. "I'm a massive gym freak, I gym pretty much every day," she said, according to The Sun. She works out with trainer, Connor O'Brien who gave a rundown of her average workout session training for Love Island. In the clip, she does 4 x 10 reps of leg presses, leg curls and shoulder presses, before finishing off with 3 x 12 reps of sissy squats, lat raises and cable pull-aparts. "We only had a very short time to get Molly-Mae the results she wanted. She found out quite late on that she was going into the villa. We did a lot of sessions in a short time frame and devised a diet plan after body fat testing so that it suited what it was she needed. It was only about two weeks we had, but we worked on getting her the body that she wanted," he told Liverpool Echo.

2. She Rides Horses

Molly-Mae loves riding horses. In her YouTube vlog dubbed “A Day In The Life Of…” she revealed she was an experienced equestrian and started horse riding lessons in adulthood. She encouraged anyone who may be "apprehensive about starting a hobby at a slightly older age" to try it out.

3. She Drinks a Ton of Water

PrettyLittleThing X Molly-Mae Fashion Show & AfterpartyDave Benett/Getty Images

In one of her YouTube vlogs, Molly-Mae explained why hydration is so important and that her goal is drinking three liters of water a day. However, she admits that she "really struggles to drink enough water." According to the U.S. National Academies of Sciences, Engineering, and Medicine men should drink about 15.5 cups (3.7 liters) of fluids a day and women about 11.5 cups (2.7 liters) of fluids.

4. She Gets Her Steps In

MollyMaeHagueMolly-Mae Hague/Instagram

Molly-Mae gets her steps in by going for walks regularly. She even shares videos of them on her YouTube channel. The Mayo Clinic endorses regular brisk walking, explaining that it can help you maintain a healthy weight and lose body fat, prevent or manage various conditions, including heart disease, stroke, high blood pressure, cancer, and type 2 diabetes. It can also help improve cardiovascular fitness, strengthen your bones and muscles, improve muscle endurance, increase energy levels, improve your mood, cognition, memory and sleep, improve your balance and coordination, strengthen immune system, and reduce stress and tension.

5. Her Diet Is Protein Packed

MollyMaeHague2Molly-Mae Hague/Instagram

Molly-Mae prioritizes protein in her diet. In a YouTube vlog “What I Eat In A Day," she revealed what an average day of her diet looks like. In the morning she starts out with a breakfast of a chocolate protein meal replacement shake made with water and ice, which fills her up and keeps her energized. Next, for lunch she will eat sweet potato mash, chicken breast, guacamole, falafel, and broccoli. Her average dinner? A salad consisting of half a pouch of Uncle Ben's Spicy Mexican rice, lettuce, sweetcorn, two bacon rashers, Quorn chicken slices, hummus, and coleslaw. She added that she is "actually addicted” to chicken sausages, eating five in a day.

6. She Burns More Calories Than She Consume

MollyMaeHague3Molly-Mae Hague/Instagram

To Molly-Mae, weight loss is simple. When she wants to lose a few pounds she simply focuses on achieving a "slight calorie deficit,” consuming less calories than she burns. "I wanted to get my body back to a point where I can go on shoots... and still feel confident,” she said.

Influencer, YouTuber, fashion guru, and reality star Molly Mae Hague is no stranger to posting bathing suit photos. She has so many that she’s got ones that didn’t make the first cut. Hague just posted a series of photos from Tulum, Mexico of herself posing in a white bathing suit top and shorts. She captioned the post, “Out takes.” How does she stay so fit? Read on to see 5 ways Molly Mae Hague stays in shape and the photos that prove they work—and to get beach-ready yourself, don't miss these essential 30 Best-Ever Celebrity Bathing Suit Photos!

1. She Devised A Plan Tailored To Her Body

Prior to Hague’s 2019 debut on Love Island, she did a lot of working out with her trainer, Connor O’Brien. In order to see what diet plan would be best for her, Hague did body fat testing, and O’Brien devised a plan based on the results. "We did a lot of sessions in a short time frame, and devised a diet plan after body fat testing, so that it suited what it was she needed,” O’Brien told Liverpool Echo.

2. She Uses Portion Control

Pride Of Britain Awards 2021 - Red Carpet ArrivalsGareth Cattermole/Getty Images

Hague revealed in a vlog that she decided to learn about portion sizes, specifically how much of a food is healthy to eat. The CDC recommends portion control as a way to eat healthy and lose weight. “Research shows that people unintentionally consume more calories when faced with larger portions. This can mean significant excess calorie intake, especially when eating high-calorie foods.”

3. She Isn’t Always Willing To Workout

Maura Higgins Celebrates Her Ann Summers Christmas EditDave Benett/Getty Images

While commitment is a big part of staying healthy, it isn’t always the most realistic approach to take. Hague revealed in a YouTube video that she isn’t always willing to stay active and workout. This feeling is normal, and is actually a great way to help your body and mind stay healthy and recover. According to ACE Fitness, “Your body needs sufficient time to repair and refuel, especially between challenging, high-intensity workouts. This doesn’t mean you can’t exercise every day, but it does mean that you need to space out your harder workouts and combine them with lower-intensity workouts.”

4. She Ignores Hateful Comments

PrettyLittleThing X Molly-Mae Fashion Show & AfterpartyDave Benett/Getty Images

Hague is in the public eye, and while this seems like a good thing, it also is a bad thing. Hague has had to deal with a lot of hateful comments over the years, and has called them out a couple of times. However, she has learned to ignore the criticism. Ignoring haters is a great way of keeping your mind at ease, and helps overcome insecurities you may have.

5. She Switches It Up

PrettyLittleThing X Molly-Mae Fashion Show - RunwayMike Marsland/WireImage

In one of her YouTube videos, Hague revealed that she likes to switch up her workouts and diets, in order to see what works for her. This is a great way of keeping yourself engaged and excited to workout, working different parts of your body, and seeing what things you enjoy and what you hate. According to ACE Fitness, switching up your workouts can also keep your muscles engaged. “Many of the body's physiological systems (e.g., the muscular system) adapt to an exercise program within approximately six to eight weeks. If you do not modify your exercise routine, you reach a plateau because your body has adapted to the repetitive training stimulus.”

1. She Works Out

“Exercise can help prevent excess weight gain or help maintain weight loss. When you engage in physical activity, you burn calories. The more intense the activity, the more calories you burn,” says the Mayo Clinic. “Regular trips to the gym are great, but don't worry if you can't find a large chunk of time to exercise every day. Any amount of activity is better than none at all. To reap the benefits of exercise, just get more active throughout your day — take the stairs instead of the elevator or rev up your household chores. Consistency is key.”

2. Her Partner is Supportive

Billi-Mucklow-2Billi Mucklow/Instagram

Back when she was unhappy about her pregnancy weight, she said: “[Andy] doesn't take much notice, he just says to me when I moan: 'Ah, am I fat?' He's like: 'If you don't like something, do something about it.’ He's good in that way because obviously he trains every day of his life, his body's amazing. So if I moan and complain he's just like: 'Get up the gym, do yoga, do something about it'. So he won't suffer moaning. He does all that making me [feel] nice but.. When you don't look nice but he says you do; [Then] I say: 'No but tell me the truth' and he says: 'Yeah but if I tell you the truth you have a go at me!'” she told the Daily Mail.

3. This is How She Lost Her Baby Weight a While Back

Billi wanted to go back to heri pre-pregnancy weight. “I’ve been doing it through a combination of eating healthily and exercising. I had to have a cesarean, so wasn’t able to do anything for six weeks after giving birth while I healed. Once I was given the all clear, I started working with a personal trainer who specialises in post-partum training – I work out with her two to three times a week,” she told the Daily Star. “I’ve always been a really fit and active person so I found it really frustrating going back to the gym and realising that I couldn’t even do one sit up! My trainer explained that it would take time to get my muscles back and gradually over time I’ve been able to regain my fitness.”

4. She Had a Cancer Scare

She once wrote: "I have had some major surgery removing a Tumour in my neck that I found some weeks ago due to a visible lump, constantly loosing my voice and breathing restrictions. After many tests and biopsy only option was to have the lump removed along with my Thyroid… I’ve been waiting two weeks to get the results hoping it's wasn’t the 'C' word and today I got them results and got the all clear.”

5. She Loves to Play With Her Kids

“With summer in full swing and seemingly unlimited opportunities for kids to play, it’s a good time to remember that play isn’t just fun — it’s the foundation for healthy growth. Play strengthens bones, muscles, lungs and the heart, and can help reduce obesity, diabetes and high cholesterol,” says the Mayo Clinic. “In addition to the positive physical benefits of play, play also is important for emotional and mental development. Play helps build confidence — think of the boost kids get when they go down the big slide or learn to pump on a swing — and can teach them how to problem solve.”

Natasa Stankovic in Two-Piece Workout Gear Shares "Wednesday Challenge"

Stankovic shares her go-to workout moves, from squats to lunges, cardio, Pilates, and strength training.

Natasa Stankovic isn’t just a content creator—she’s a fitness inspiration. Known for sharing intense workout sessions on Instagram, she keeps her followers motivated with creative exercise challenges and dynamic routines.

In her latest post, Stankovic teamed up with Aleksandar Illic for a lower body blast, pushing through variations of squats and lunges. Dressed in a sleek two-piece workout set, she captioned the session, “Wednesday challenge,” proving that fitness is all about consistency and fun.

So, how does she maintain her lean, strong physique? From strength training to Pilates, here’s a look at Stankovic’s go-to workout moves.

She Does Squats

Stankovic does squats to keep herself in shape, as you can see in her Instagram video. Piedmont says that this exercise has a lot of health benefits. “Whether you’re hoping to tone your muscles, strengthen your core or just improve overall health, squats are one of the best exercises you can do. Although the movements appear relatively simple, squats can take time to master. Joel Hardwick, ACSM EP-C, EIM2, an exercise physiologist at Piedmont Atlanta Fitness Center, says practice will pay off…Hardwick explains that squats are a compound, multi-joint movement, which means they exercise several muscle groups. When you perform a squat, you work your calves, quads, hamstrings, glutes, core and part of your back.”

She Does Lunges

Stankovic is also seen doing lunges in her Instagram video. The Mayo Clinic reports that lunges are very beneficial to do. “The lunge is a body resistance exercise that works the leg muscles. Specifically, the lunge targets the quadriceps and the hamstring muscles in the thigh, the gluteal muscles in the buttock, and to a lesser extent, the lower leg muscles. The lunge is a great conditioning exercise for many sports, especially those that involve lunging movements, such as tennis, basketball or soccer.”

She Does Cardio

Stankovic likes to do cardio workouts to keep herself in shape. She shared this video of herself doing fast box jumps in different directions on Instagram. Stankovic captioned it, “Morning cardio challenge.” Cardio exercises have a lot of benefits. The Cleveland Clinic says, “When you work your heart and other muscles of your body during cardio exercise, this increases oxygen supply to your whole body, allowing all muscles to work harder and more efficiently. Over time, regular cardio exercise allows your muscles to adapt to an increased workload, making regular activities seem easier.”

She Does Pilates

Stankovic shares a lot of her favorite workouts in an Instagram story highlight. In some of the stories, she is seen doing Pilates exercises on a reformer. Pilates is very beneficial. The Cleveland Clinic says, “One of the reasons Pilates is such a good workout is that it specifically focuses on building core strength.”

She Strength Trains

Stankovic likes to strength train to keep herself in shape. She shared this Instagram story of herself using dumbbells. ACE Fitness says that strength training and using weights has a lot of health benefits. “Strength training with heavy weights improves muscle definition. Muscle definition occurs as the result of muscles remaining in a state of semi-contraction and heavy strength training recruits the larger type II muscle fibers responsible for a muscle’s appearance.”

Kim French in Two-Piece Workout Gear Shares "Real Results" Workout

Learn how she sculpts her powerhouse physique with deadlifts, lunges, squats, and more.

Kim French is more than just a personal trainer—she’s a fitness coach who empowers thousands through her Believe App and Instagram workouts. Known for her structured, effective home training plans, she proves that you don’t need a gym full of heavy weights to build serious strength.

In a recent Instagram post, French shared a glimpse of her at-home training, reminding followers that smart training delivers "REAL results." Rocking a sleek two-piece workout set, she showcased some of her go-to exercises, emphasizing that with the right strategy, anyone can see progress.

So what’s in her routine? From deadlifts to hip thrusts, here’s how French sculpts her powerhouse physique.

She Does Deadlifts

French is seen doing deadlifts in her Instagram post. This exercise has a lot of benefits. NASM says, “A Romanian deadlift is a hip-hinge pattern that works the hamstrings and glutes. It is a form of deadlift with noticeably less bend in the knee, leading to greater hamstring engagement than traditional deadlifts. The move was introduced to the masses in the 90s by Romanian weightlifter Nicu Vlad (an Olympic and World Weightlifting champion) and his coach Dragomir Cioroslan. The two invented the move to help Nicu strengthen his back for the clean and jerk. Today, RDLs are commonly used to strengthen the posterior chain, using the core muscles to stabilize and the hamstrings and glutes to drive the movement.”

She Does Lunges

Another exercise that French is seen doing in her Instagram post is lunges. NASM says that they are very beneficial. “The lunge is a versatile, simple and effective movement for lower body training. Various positions, planes of motion and speeds can all yield different training adaptations for the exerciser. Lunges are the gift that keeps on giving!”

She Does Squats

French is seen doing squats in her Instagram video. According to The Cleveland Clinic, squats are very beneficial. “Here’s a quick look at the many benefits of squats, also known as bodyweight squats or air squats: Works major muscle groups. Burns calories. Strengthens your core. Improves lower body strength. Enhances stability and balance. Betters your posture.”

She Does Hamstring Curls

French is seen doing hamstring curls in her Instagram post. According to The Mayo Clinic, hamstring curls are very beneficial. “The seated hamstring curl is an exercise you can do with a weight machine to work the muscles in the back of the thigh. As the name implies, the seated hamstring curl targets the hamstring muscles here in the back of the thigh. Strong hamstring muscles help to protect your ligaments in the knee.”

She Does Hip Thrusts

French shared this video on Instagram of herself doing hip thrusts. She captioned it, “Hip Thrusts are no doubt one of the best exercises for building your Glutes but of course with any exercise, the form has to be correct for you to see the maximum benefits…✖️ Feet too far forwards will engage your hamstrings more ✖️ Feet too close to you will engage your quads more ✔️ Feet placed so your calves are vertical will engage your glutes more.”

She Uses A Stationary Bike

She Uses A Treadmill

Healthy Talbot reports, “Treadmills are mostly used for cardio training. However, this fitness machine can be used for more boosting your cardiovascular health. It’s ideal for strengthening your muscles, including glutes, thighs, and calves. With treadmill workouts, you can always optimize the sessions to suit your goals. For instance, inclining the treadmill will stretch out the calves and glutes harder. This will help to tone and build muscle mass in your buttocks, legs, and thighs.”

She Lifts Weights

Grishina is seen lifting weights in the previous Instagram post. Lifting weights has a lot of health benefits. ACE Fitness states, “Strength training with heavy weights improves muscle definition. Muscle definition occurs as the result of muscles remaining in a state of semi-contraction and heavy strength training recruits the larger type II muscle fibers responsible for a muscle’s appearance.”
