Sims tells OK! Magazine that she isn’t afraid to indulge in her favorite treats, and she thinks that it helps keep her on track. "Sometimes, when you take everything away, that's the moment when you absolutely go crazy and want whatever you're craving. So of course I indulge!"

Sims says that she always tries to work out, but that she doesn’t always dedicate a lot of time to it. "I always tell people you don't have to work out an hour every day," she says to OK! Magazine. "But I do make sure I sweat."

Sims tells Shape that she bribes herself to stick to her healthy habits and routines. "I'm going to get up every morning at 6:30 to work out," she explains. "Then, when I've kept with it all week, I give myself something I really want, like a new handbag or a piece of jewelry I'm coveting."
